I have been using USGoBuy for over 1 years for shipping from US to India. Update Packages on your account is super fast they update your incoming packages within one day. Live chat support is excellent. Also consolidating package and shipping also super fast just withing day. But shipping price for DHL and FedEx is slightly high as compare to other service provider, hope they work to reduce shipping price but there service is one of the best as compare to other service provider.

I enjoy affordable and transparent international shipping costs.

BEWARE!
I was satisfied with my experience until a parcel they sent me was declared lost. Their policy is to refund only for the lowest priced item in the parcel. In other words, if you buy an expensive new phone and a protective case, they'll refund you $9 for the case + shipping! And this is at best, if you made sure like I did to purchase insurance (now useless I realize)... I tried to contact DHL directly but they ask that we deal with the sender directly so they can replace the items. No luck here.
Emailing back and forth with USGOBUY has been a painful experience. They write what feels like copy-pasted answers, completely ignoring questions and requests for help.
There is nothing worst then feeling ripped off and not being able to do anything about it.
Very sad I didn't realize this before losing valuable items and wasting money. They don't even deserve one star.

Consolidation is free and you can store products for up to 60 days in their warehouse. I have previously used a lot of freight forwarding services but none offer as fast shipping as usgobuy does. The CS team is always prompt with responses. Theres also a live chat if you need it. Sometimes i dont even get charged with customs! There are no hidden fees like some other companies do. I definitely recommend trying out usgobuy!

And you get 65 days free storage and free products consolidation (we are talking about real consolidation=removing products' old shipping material and placing them safely in a new box).
Add to that, competitive shipping prices and services (not many will offer you USPS first class or priority for international shipments like they do).

I've been forwarding my packages with them for 3 (almost 4) years now and they felt like screwing me over now. This was the second time they refused to forward my packages yet they did not contain anything that could be remotely classified "prohibited" even by their lists. They refuse to offer solutions and only say "send us the prepaid return label" what kind of customer service is this? It is a joke! Unwilling to help and not transferring back the money for cancelled shipments which THEY cancelled. Bunch of scammers.

I used to use this place a lot. Now, they are simply way to expensive. They tried to convince me it cost $47 USD to ship USPS a 6" x 8" x 0.25" padded envelope to Ontario Canada. Even when told they are crazy, they kept the money. They usually refund you after you pay... They don't do that any more. They just kept the whole amount I paid them. I also found, their site claimed the packaged was shipped express, but it was actually shipped standard post. Time to find a new forwarder
