I used to use this place a lot. Now, they are simply way to expensive. They tried to convince me it cost $47 USD to ship USPS a 6" x 8" x 0.25" padded envelope to Ontario Canada. Even when told they are crazy, they kept the money. They usually refund you after you pay... They don't do that any more. They just kept the whole amount I paid them. I also found, their site claimed the packaged was shipped express, but it was actually shipped standard post. Time to find a new forwarder

As you can check from our calculator, we never provide USPS for shipping to Canada, so I am not quite sure how you can ship a parcel via USPS through USGoBuy. Our shipping cost of 1lb, 6*8*1 in starts from $8.76 via DHL parcel.

I use USgobuy package forwarding services all the time! I buy most of the time phones and other electronics from USA and since most of the stores don't offer shipping of any kind to Serbia, here's where USgobuy steps into place! They reship it for me, at an affordable price, the consolidation is also free for up to 10 packages! Which is great. Since I have been using their services for months now and never had any issue I can recommend at a five star rating!

Always prefer USGoBuy

A regular customer can assure you the best opinion. There are many other shipping companies but they lack true commitments in general. So far it is one of best shipping company and furthermore the way they communicate & cooperate with customers no other company will.

Provide good service

I have been using their service for almost over a year now... So far I am really liking their service. Will continue to use their service... They have very organised system and they never damaged or lost any of my parcel yet... the customer service team is also quick to reply for queries... only annoying thing is customer service team sometimes does not provide exact answer. They will only copy paste some answer and send it to u... They should improve their customer service department a little more

Iffy service

Had 3 packages sent by them so far. First 2 was good and packed my items compactly and the shipping was reasonable. Not sure what happened with the 3rd but they used a box that's way too big for my items, padded the dimensions even more and charged me almost twice what it should've cost! Half of the box was foam peanuts! I had to spend time and energy to measure and photograph everything to dispute the charge, and when asked if this is a regular occurrence, I was told to send them a note every time to ask them not to use too many peanuts! So their customers gotta remind them how to do their job right every single time now? Ridiculous! They did give me a full refund so I'll give them another chance but if this happens again I'm looking for another package forwarding company.

Back in June, I wanted to send my parcel and created a request for dispatch.
At first, I was asked to create a query. After that, I was asked to provide documents. I did it all. And now, 4 weeks after the successful verification of documents - the parcel is still not sent. I still see this inscription "processing usually takes 24 hours."

Over the past two weeks, support has been telling me that they have serious problems with the warehouse and do not know when they will ship my package.
What does it mean? Just awful service for a pretty serious fee.

Unfortunately all of your parcels were all redirected to our warehouse and delivered with multiple recipients. For security reasons, we have to hold your shipment for further investigation.
We reserve the rights to request verifiable identifications when we start risk monitoring. At that time your parcel won’t be shipped until you are verified. As a new customer who never place an order before, we suggest you to submit these document in advance in case of any delay in shipment. ​

Beware of them!

They are fraud now. They used to be good though but later, they decided to show their true colors. They charge hefty amount for incorrect weight and don't even bother to refund that excessive amount. Charging more 60 bucks for a package weighing less than 2.2lbs for FL is insane. Won't recommend them to anyone now. Hope you perish soon.

I buy online from the states to ship to me in Canada so my review is based on that experience. Their website is easy to use, their pricing is very fair for the service they provide, they always pay back the shipping difference if the initial estimate is over, and their customer service has always been helpful when I needed it. I can't see myself using any other service for this shipping need! Remember you are also paying for all the services their business provides to you, not just the raw shipping cost, so the cost is quite reasonable when you keep that in mind!

They never respond to emails, they lie about free storage fees meanwhile your charges increase as the days go by... you initiate shipment, pay and wait a whole week to get tracking number... they are the worst worst worst ever. Please don't use them

Customers are allowed to store your packages in our facility for up to 60 days at no charge. You can extend the storage period by paying $10 fee per package, we will provide another 60 storage days.
Please notice that our shipping department will ship out your parcel in 1 business day after you submit delivery. Our system will notify you by email with the tracking numbers and estimated delivery time at that time.
We reserve the rights to request two verifiable identifications when we start risk monitoring,such as when your paypal address is not matched with the actual shipping address. At that time your package won't be sent out until you are verified.

BEWARE!

BEWARE! I've been tracking my package and sure enough it was successfully delivered to their warehouse, yet has NOT shipped my item nor even updated my account saying I have package waiting for me. The have no 1.800 number to call and I've sent them multiple message and not one decent response to my emails. They're all very vague. Luckily I was able to cancel my second order going to their address. Do not USE them and don't be fooled with their facebook account.

I’d like to tell you that if your packages arrive in our warehouse with your mailbox on the box, our warehouse staff will add it to your account within one business day and at that time you are able to check it under “My Packages”.
Sometimes your packages may arrive without mailbox, we will also scan the tracking number and put it on our shelf. Our “Add Forwarding Packages” option allow customers to add packages before it’s delivered. If your packages will be delivered without mailbox, you can add them and our system will automatically add it to your account when it arrives in our warehouse, thus in case of any delay.
In rare cases, we cannot locate your packages, this may arise from your packages are not delivered to us, such as you provide the zip code wrong. That was my third shipment and I am very satisfied with their services, package consolidation is very professional, utilizing all spaces to tide and fit in the smallest applicable box. Keeping my package for 60 days will give me the opportunity to prioritize my packages shipping orders.

I gave 4 stars as the website is not intuitive enough and makes feel insecure, other than that I am finding this freight forwarder USGObuy extremely reliable, economical and trustworthy. I've shipped several times to Australia and I have never had a communication issue unlike MyUS, who are very combative in my experience (probably a bigger merchant). If you have a question their customer service has always satisfied my query. All the above could change of course but I've been using them for close to a year and I will continue to do so based on precedent.

I went to their Facebook page before register. Their reputation was bad but I didn't have enough money so I gave it a try. After using their service I realized they were very helpful, friendly and replied to my email within 12 hours. Like them so much. Recommended to anyone who have limited budget but like online shopping. A+++ service

Scammers

They steal your goods when they like it by claiming the items are prohibited, items are not in their prohibition list nor any of the carriers they use. Then they go an state the airlines do not allow it, why would an airline not allow it when its not a prohibited item to be shipped by Air Freight Regulations both as cargo as well as with passenger carrying aircraft. They think they know better. Even after pointing to airlines and carriers documents stating they carry these items without any issue this company robs you blind and there's no recourse. In future stay with a company from the USA, if I knew this was a Chinese company I would of stayed away

I am sorry but batteries are considered to be combustible/flammable items which are dangerous for airlines so they are unable to be shipped internationally. If you are unable to return the parcels to the senders or your customers, please arrange a domestic shipment.

Actually, as a package forwarding agency in USA, we encounter a lot of frauds cases every day. Most of them are reported by the merchant or the holder to use frauds credit cards for shopping, or abuse our address as billing address. At that time we have to suspend or close their account and ask them to provide necessary information to verify identification, we cannot provide service anymore when in investigation. All the packages will be held or returned to the sender and hand over to police if necessary to avoid any risks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

They used to have a very reasonable shipping method called DHL Parcel International Standard. I did have one package forwarded using that service, and it was a good experience. So I ordered two pairs of sunglasses to their warehouse. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the above shipping option had been discontinued, and I was required to pay some $50 for shipping two small and light items. Their customers service representative said they had sent an email notification about cancelling DHL Parcel International Standard, but I definitely hadn't received it. And I always check my spam folder. They also said the shipping would probably cost less than the amount I saw on their website, and they would refund the difference as credit, but I'm afraid that just isn't good enough. There are other mail forwarding services that offer more reasonably priced options (like shipping via Aramex, that are usually quick and quite cheap).

I have used USGoBuy twice so far and I live in Malaysia. What I am most impressed is two things: 1) that they really tried and fit all my packages into one box without wasting any unnecessary space. 2) after my shipment is received, if there are any refund due to lesser custom tax, for example, UsGoBuy will automatically refund me. The refund can be cashed out or keep in their USGoBuy wallet - my choice. Highly recommended.

Yes, the prices on usgobuy.com are great and the selection is awesome, but their constant pushiness to sign up to prime is annoying.

I know that it's how you guys make your money, but start off by adding free shipping globally, and then, maybe, it will be justified...
