Horrible Customer Service - "We rather lose customers than being responsible or do the right thing"

I just talked to the customer service trying to find out who they exactly were before I decided to switch a service from another ship forwarder. If I can give them negative rating, I would, and they deserve no star! I have saved two transcripts of the conversation. I have tried to clarify my concerns by asking them what happens when a package reaches their warehouse as Delivered in the USPS, as well as Seller's tracking system (which is very accurate to be honest with one or two rare mistake that happened to me in my 10 years of importing goods from the US). The customer service stated "We do not reach out to USPS as well as any other shipping company, and we do not compensate packages that are lost in our warehouse". I asked why don't they compensate as that is not right, and their reply was "We are so sick of USPS and Amazon and even though we told many times to USPS not to leave packages at the gate, they do it anyways! And we rather lose customers than we talk to USPS or Amazon."! Unbelievable level of customer service and their replies. I have NEVER heard in more than 10 years importing goods several times a week from the US that a ship forwarding company leaves customers merchandises exposed for theft and they lack securities. I asked don't they have cameras as a company as I had never heard of this from any reputable shipping company, and their response was "Yes we do", then why did they say that? They are like criminals! I asked what proof they have to accuse shipping companies and Amazon and how can they prove they didn't lose customers packages in their warehouse (which happens on rare occasions and most of the time it turns out it is in a wrong suite#). They said they don't have any! Be prepared that if you are the victim of so called "theft" and ill-relationship they have with USPS, you can expect ZERO customer service, and they will kick you to a curb to rot for you to lose the $$ you spent on merchandises as well as shipping fee. The customer service people don't even have ID or name identifier which is so shady! First of all, any shipping company even USPS which is known to be horrible for regular consumers or delivery to private homes, it is VERY RARE for corporate B-B relationship as USPS usually takes business relationship quite seriously than if they were to deliver to someone's private home, as the volume is so high., I mean are they kidding me? The shadiest of all ship forwarding company I have screened so far up to this point, and I have talked to 10. Stay as far as possible for these scam artist-like company!

Tip for consumers:

Do not use this site, as they will offer no customer service when your package gets lost. They need to be reported to BBB. Their chat agent will not even identify themselves, extremely shady!. Stay away.

A scam - buyer beware

Signed up usgobuy.com and received the packages at their warehouse. This is a scam website - potential customers please be aware

- shipping from US to Asia via DHLExpress costs almost 100 USD
- nobody picks up the phone at the customer support phone (except some Chinese IVR)
- email response took days to respond
- PayPal and Visa is not available in some countries (e.g. Vietnam) Website does not explain why
- Only wiretransfer is allowed and extra 16$ charge is added - Website does not explain why
- Billing Address of credit card must match the destination address of the shipping
- Verification of billing address and destination address is done only once (Customer support does not explain why)
- Customer support name 'Monica' emailed to ask her boss 'Jason' who did not reply to emails for explanation and solution to make payment
- Only webmoney payment is allowed and WebMoney conversion rate to USD and EUR is a rip off
- USGOBUY forces the customer to use their wallet so that they can keep the unused funds in their wallet; cashing out from their wallet is also an additional cost
- if you want to check the photo of the parcels is an additional cost
- customer support Monica said they can return the goods to the online merchants and did not offer any solution for payment although legitimate bill address was provided from a Singapore Bank and a Singapore address

All in all - potential customers. Beware of these facts. If you have any questions do not hestitate to contact me. My case is still open and I am at their mercy to provide a payment solution so that I can pay for the shipping cost to ship from US to Vietnam.

USGOBUY is very unserious

(UPDATE) USGOBUY have successfully returned my items back to Amazon, but I must say I've never seen such an unserious company.

This will be quite long, but I'll make it as brief as possible. I'm a blogger and I write about smartwatches. I managed to save about $1k to order 4 smartwatches, a tripod stand and letscom headphone (for my YouTube videos) from Amazon but unfortunately couldn't be shipped to Nigeria, I then opted to use a forwarding company. Myus. Com was my first point of call, but they took too long to respond, before I decided to sign-up for USGOBUY. Com. Sign-up was easy and fast, but this was the beginning of my travails turned truama and depression.

Amazon successfully delivered my package to the address USGOBUY provided, and they were honest enough to inform me my package has arrived (2 packages). I then ordered for shipment of which I paid with PayPal. They acknowledged, funded my account and shipping fees was paid.

It was time to ship my package, then then said billing address on PayPal isn't same as shipping address, that I must submit 3 documents. I did upload all three documents and it took them 4 days to verify. Account says 100% verified, but it's now over 3 days and my package (U*******1974) has not been shipped.

The worse of it all is that this company take forever to reply emails. I don't know how I got myself in this mess, if only I was here to read reviews, I would never have gambled with such unprofessional, lackluster and scam company. I'm depressed right now. I'm pleading with USGOBUY to please ship my package, and if for any reason they can't ship successfully to Nigeria, inform me so that I can apply for return back to Amazon.

I'll not loose my hard earned money, so I'll not accept any form of excuse as it's very clear from multiple reviews on this site and elsewhere that USGOBUY is a totally unserious and a scam company. This company is registered as USGOBUY LLC, I wonder how they have been allowed to thrive in the US of all places.

My findings;

1. The operators of USGOBUY don't reside in the US which explains the "we'll contact our warehouse" phrase.

2. This company is very shady in their dealings. Amazon shipped my packages to a US address with no qualms despite my billing address being different from shipping address. All I did was provide recent transaction statement and my account was approved. Why is USGOBUY delaying my package?

3. They charge exorbitantly, but I don't want to go there, just send me my package (U*******1974) successfully, and if you can't, tell me so I can request for a return back to Amazon.

I've come here to tell the world my ordeal since USGOBUY will not answer my mails. I'm very sad and totally disappointed. I don't just know why a group of people will choose to cause sadness and sorrow to other people who have put certain level of trust on them.

Usgobuy really helps me to get the goods I need, especially if the seller does not provide shipping facilities to outside the united state. If only I had known usgobuy since long (March 2015), great of chances are I can get some items that I can not buy due to limitations delivery at that time. Too bad, I have to let going, lost some items that I really wanted to get it. Also it would be better if USgobuy gave me the facility to add deposit using paypal service and not just use western union service, because
Western union in my area is very rare and not always available in 24 hours (this deficiency is very disturbing and inhibiting)
My opinion about USgobuy: the service is very good, quick response, though at the beginning, is very confusing me because of the limitations of language used and many rules that I can not understand. But after I repeatedly used this service, I was getting used to all USgoBuy rules. For the next few months I still order some items and need help shipping through this USgoBuy service.

USgoBuy sangat membantu saya untuk mendapatkan barang yang saya perlukan, khususnya jika pihak penjual tidak menyediakan fasilitas pengiriman ke luar wilayah united state. Seandainya saja saya sudah mengenal usgobuy sejak lama (maret 2015), kemungkinan besar saya dapat memperoleh beberapa item yang tidak dapat saya beli karena keterbatasan pengiriman waktu itu. Sayang sekali saya harus merelakan kehilangan item-item yang sangat saya ingin dapatkan itu. Selain itu alangkah lebih baik jika USgobuy memberikan saya fasilitas untuk menambahkan deposit memakai layanan paypal dan tidak hanya memakai layanan western union, karena western union di wilayah saya sangat jarang dan tidak selalu tersedia dalam 24 jam (kekurangan ini sangat mengganggu dan menghambat)
Pendapat saya tentang USgobuy: layanannya sangat baik, respon cepat walaupun di awal, sangat membinggungkan saya karena keterbatasan bahasa yang digunakan dan banyak aturan yang belum dapat saya pahami. Namun setelah saya berulang kali memakai layanan ini, saya sudah mulai terbiasa dengan semua aturan USgoBuy.
Untuk beberapa bulan mendatang saya masih memesan beberapa item dan memerlukan bantuan pengiriman melalui layanan USgoBuy ini.

Update 1: usgobuy said it because the paypal address is difference

Well, i have done 20+ transaction like that, all have no problem, (item under 200USD). Because paypal address cannot add USA address (my customer address), so i was put default address (my brother address) as shipping address in paypal page.

Now item +5000 USD, you locked my account. Check my history again.
All of my transaction to USA address (my buyers list), using the same paypal account.

Is this error like before? Because it is not funny my account locked after i paid 200 USD to ship my item to my buyer, suspicous thing from USGOBUY, hopefully it just like before that USGOBUY system doing maintenace

Can USGOBUY double check my account and my shipment?
I promise to ship it yesterday, and 2-3 extra days for handling thing.

This time if they close my account, i lost about 5K USD

Please check my account if its closed, please tell me why not only "security concerns"
Because it quite suspicous, it happened after i paid (i paid using same method as before, using my brother account and you can check the payment before)
I paid insurance, i can proof of all my item invoice, i can proof my legit (i verify my account TWICE),

This is matter of my name in ebay because i promised my customer to ship because he already paid, and i am your customer and your expensive price seems had nothing in return for me.
