Signed up usgobuy.com and received the packages at their warehouse. This is a scam website - potential customers please be aware
- shipping from US to Asia via DHLExpress costs almost 100 USD
- nobody picks up the phone at the customer support phone (except some Chinese IVR)
- email response took days to respond
- PayPal and Visa is not available in some countries (e.g. Vietnam) Website does not explain why
- Only wiretransfer is allowed and extra 16$ charge is added - Website does not explain why
- Billing Address of credit card must match the destination address of the shipping
- Verification of billing address and destination address is done only once (Customer support does not explain why)
- Customer support name 'Monica' emailed to ask her boss 'Jason' who did not reply to emails for explanation and solution to make payment
- Only webmoney payment is allowed and WebMoney conversion rate to USD and EUR is a rip off
- USGOBUY forces the customer to use their wallet so that they can keep the unused funds in their wallet; cashing out from their wallet is also an additional cost
- if you want to check the photo of the parcels is an additional cost
- customer support Monica said they can return the goods to the online merchants and did not offer any solution for payment although legitimate bill address was provided from a Singapore Bank and a Singapore address
All in all - potential customers. Beware of these facts. If you have any questions do not hestitate to contact me. My case is still open and I am at their mercy to provide a payment solution so that I can pay for the shipping cost to ship from US to Vietnam.

Actually, as a package forwarding agency in USA, we encounter a lot of frauds cases every day. Most of them are reported by the merchant or the holder to use frauds credit cards for shopping, or abuse our address as billing address. At that time we have to suspend or close their account and ask them to provide necessary information to verify identification.
If you don't have supportive payment methods you have to be verified before we support your payment via PayPal or credit card. Unfortunately your registration IP, shipping address, birth country and nationality are three different countries. And your payment is via PayPal without a shipping address and unverified, which means it's not covered by PayPal's seller protection policies and programs.
