I have a lot of parcels sent to usgobuy, and a lot of people never address my parcels properly so they sit there. As soon as i ask for help. They fix the problems and i get my parcels. Thank you customer service at usgobuy

Account was closed and they held my $800 item hostage. Verified my IDs and took all precautionary steps in order to receive my item Unable to contact them, and so far it seems like a scam. Please note I also paid for them to ship my item to me as well. So not only did they take my money to ship my item to me, but they also kept my item. I don't know what will happen to my item and I will do everything in my power to either get it back or let other consumers know of my experience and the potential scam. Unless something changes, this review stands as is!

I've been using USGoBuy reship services on several occasions. So far my experience with them is very good, including communicating with their CS, which was quick to respond.
I only recommend avoiding the two least expensive regular (non-express) DHL shipping methods as using these may result in excessive delay and even return of your shipment. This happened to one of my shipments and I lost the shipping fee that I paid, however USGoBuy offered me a store credit that covered half of my losses even though it was not their fault.

Been using usgobuy for past year now, just advanced to silver membership after 1K+ spent on shipping. In total only 1 parcel lost (15km from home) and 3 damaged. ALL cases were handled professionally and insurance refunded. All other parcels arrived on time, vwell repackaged - excellent customer service.

The fastest delivery timetime was 3 days and the longest 7 days.
Customer since September 2018 and after using two other shipping companies, I am overall satisfied with usgobuy's servcies, answers to questions are quite fast, photography and repacking services are quite good.
Me as an e-commerce professional, speed of shipments is important and usgobuy ships fairly quickly.
The point for improvement remains the possibility of shipping batteries, usgobuy does not ship computer batteries, mobile phones,...

Cheap and fast.
I needed to ship a small hard to get item from US to Canada however when comparing all other forwarders, they often charged 2-3x more.
UsGoBuy had the cheapest rate including tracking and there was zero issue with my order.
Everything was handled (received, repacked and shipped) in just a few days and it was during the pandemic as well.

I have used the services of USGOBUY two times, and I'm about to ship from them for the third time now. For my last shipment, they really did a great job consolidating all the seven items in my shipment and all seven of them came in excellent condition. Totally satisfied with their services. Trust me, you can trust these guys. They really won't let you down. Go, USGOBUY!

Untrustworthy Company. Shoppers be aware! They steal customers' goods. The manager said your orders were fraudulent and they would hand over to the police or return to the shippers. But the tracking information never showed that the packages were returned. I contacted the shippers. Shippers said they did not get any returns. Who knows if this company handed over the goods to the police. The manager might have taken them home! Be aware of this scamming company!

I was initially reluctant to choose usgobuy.com because of so many negative reports but then there were similar stories about other forwarders too but their features were good so decided to take the plunge by creating an account on their website, got and address and shipped the item (a camera) from Amazon. I got an email as soon as the item was delivered to them. I choose FedEx Economy because it was the cheapest non-USPS option. They shipped it same day after receiving the payment thought webmoney which by the way is very cumbersome and I wish they had credit card option too.

Cons:
1- Slow and insecure website with poor quality checking (For example "Edit" was written as "Eidt").
2- Live chat is actually just a contact form. And you get reply on email.
3- No credit card payment option.

Been using this service for over a year now and i have never had any issues. Items are always packed very well and neatly, never lost a parcel as i always ask them to repackage. They answer my queries really fast like within 24hrs. I always choose the fastest shipping method suggested by them and i always get my items within 3 days and that is pretty awesome. So far so good and am gonna stick with them. Thank you for your wonderful services. I appreciate you guys a lot.
