Jan 5,2017: I have requested to consolidate 3 packages and ship out.
Jan 25,2017: Shipping label (First Class USPS) finally created after I emailed them whether possible to change to express shipping method as the item has been delayed to ship out for 3 weeks.
Feb 7,2017: I have received my parcel, however the parcel I have received was only consisted 2 out of 3 packages that I have requested to consolidate and ship. I quickly emailed to UsGoBuy to seek for clarification.
Feb 10,2017: UsGoBuy replied that that my missing package was not in their warehouse, and their repacking staff confirmed that all of my 3 packages have consolidated and shipped. However, in fact, their repacking staff did not consolidate 1 of the packages as evidenced by the shipping label which paste on the parcel. It is clearly listed that there was only 2 items they have sent. As I have total 3 packages, it is impossible there was only 2 items. I have then emailed again to UsGoBuy to seek for their explanation.
Feb 16,2017: After several email to UsGoBuy and no response from them, I have decided to share my experience by making review. The review has caught UsGoBuy attention, they have then requested picture of label, and purchase invoice of missing item, and tracking number of missing item.
Feb 18,2017: UsGoBuy replied that the information on the shipping label of parcel was a valid evidence and they will check with their warehouse once again.
Feb 20,2017: UsGoBuy was sorry for the missing item and they will refund the fund of item value which cost USD 20.40 into E-wallet.
Feb 23,2017: UsGoBuy has refunded into E-wallet.
Feb 28,2017: HOWEVER, UsGoBuy has only sent USD 4.02 into my pay pal account. Where is the rest of the money? AGAIN, I have to email to seek for explanation.
My overall experience with UsGoBuy was average as it took a lot of time to communicate with them on the missing package which was obviously happened due to their mishandling. During the communication, I was truly upset as they never bother to respond my emails until I left review. The after sales service and support provided is turning out to be abysmal. AND THEN when I requested to withdraw E-wallet money (which they have refunded due to the loss of my package in their warehouse) into my pay pal account, they have only sent portion of the amount to my pay pal account. It is really tired and frustrated where I have to email again for clarification. Well, if you are looking an affordable and budget forwarding company, then this may be your choice but please bear in mind that if there is something happen, you may find tremendous patient is required to just deal a simple problem with them.
