I've tried a few delivery forwarding services from the US and I am sharing my experiences here for USGoBuy forwarding services.

For US purchases and deliveries outside of US, I've been using USgobuy regularly since 2020, simply because of a few key Pros:-

1. Free US address (while others do charge after a certain period of time).

2. Lower costs when shipping more than 1 package- Just click on the "Remove all unnecessary packaging (such as shoe boxes)" options under the SHIPPING AND PACKING OPTIONS, just before you ship your packages> Your total package dimensions and weight will drop due to the consolidation to 1 package and hence, the overall costs will also drop. The excess money that you've paid upfront can be refunded back to you via PayPal.

3. International deliveries are lightning fast (about 2-3 days).

The Cons:-
1. They do not on-board new customers and people are left to figure out things by themselves. But their customer services have improved over time and you can chat with their staff for your needs and queries.

2. Their forwarding costs (alot shipments are fulfilled by DHL) can be pricey and they do not have online discount coupon codes readily available, unless they give it out via emails or on special occasions (e.g 4th July, Christmas etc) or when you've used their services long enough. Again, you can check with their chat support whenever you need a coupon code.

3. They do not have descriptions or photos of incoming or outgoing shipments, so you have to manually match up the tracking numbers of incoming shipments & write the descriptions yourself. Something I think they can improve on.

In the case of incoming unmatched tracking numbers or unknown shipments, you have the option to request photos of the shipment to identify the sender or product, at the cost of $5 per 5 photos.

Of the best forwarding services I have used, very easy to understand and the postservice is really good

A lot of people are complaining about overcharging shipping cost, and yes, they do overcharged you. Let me give you an example why you are overpaying the shipping cost.

According to the customer representative, each package is rounded up. If the package is 0.1lb, it will be set as 1lb. If the package is 1.1lb it will be set as 2lb, same for the dimension.

When you have multiple packages in your account and when you are ready to ship it to your home, they will charge you before consolidation. Which means if you have 5 x 0.1lb packages, you will be charged 5lb.

Yes, after consolidation if the package is 0.5lb, it will be charged as a 1lb package.

So even though they will "credit" you after consolidation, you will have lots of credit sitting on your account, which means you will be forced to you up your credit.

It's their company policy, and there is nothing we can do about it.

July 2 2018 - Just want to response to CSR Monica W - The service your company provide is still misleading. Is there any reason why your shipping calculator allows us to enter 0.5lb but when shipping the package it will always round up like 1lb 2lb etc? Please don't tell me most companies do that, well at least mymallbox.com don't do that.

Excellent shipping options, quickly and good packing, the agents are online always and perfect replying.

Hahaha, when the reviews posted here comes with a paid review and or 5% discount for a 5* rating, then you can taste the BS.

UsGoBuy may be efficient, and repackage well and blah-blah-blah...

After three years, I can report that they are extremely expensive. Not only do they score on repacking and incentives from UPS and the others, they then charge you in excess or equal to the maximum UPS rates.

I had on three occasions had to abandon packages! Everytime, their forwarding costs, were 100-150% higher than the packages' original purchase price plus the cost shipping it to USGOBUY in the first place.

Do not be fooled - sometimes you can't get around their monopoly that some won't send out of the US, but when you need them, it will cost you dearly.

Also help me explain their curreng 4½* rating... 51% paid views gave 5*s.
31% rated them 1*

How is it mathematically possible to reflect 4½* rating with 49% of people rated less and 31% rated only 1*!

Taste the BS.

At the bottom, each 5star giver, must confirm that they were not incentivised to give a good review... thus by mere deduction, given that we are offered $5 or 8% discount, that all the 5star raters are potentially pathological liers.

Been with them for a few years now and just shipped my 18th package this last week. Never had a problem. I usually ship using DHL Express but they started offering DHL Standard which costs less and is great for small value items, used it once and also had no problem. I only had one experience with their customer service and it was good with prompt replies.
Precossing time for packages is SUPER fast (less than 24 hrs) as long as it's a business day.

I read a lot of reviews claiming that UsGoBuy refuses to ship packages and asks for identification, and to those people I say - VERIFY your account with UsGoBuy BEFORE shipping your packages to them. The verification process is a must before you start using the service. Also if you pay them with PayPal make sure your PayPal account is in order and that your PayPal address matches the one registered on USsGoBuy. I went through their verification process and never had an issue shipping a package.

Overall I'm very happy with their service and will continue to use it.

They shipped the package quickly at my request and I received my new package without any problem.
