This is more than a review. This is a recent experience that I want to share.
I live in Argentina and I'd bought three items from same seller in USA, shipped to Oregon warehouse. The shipping calculator had estimated a shipping cost of about 110 USD. When the package arrived to the warehouse, I could't make a consolidation due there was only one parcel at the deposit and due its volume, the shipping costs had raised to 200 USD. Furthermore, I was noticed I was in debt by 8 USD since a previous shipping (They didn't claimed it to me). I emailed to Selina (Customer service) and she said "Don't worry. We always do our best to make the parcel smaller and lighter to reduce the shipping fee". And she sent me an8% discount code for the inconvenience. They repacked the items maintaining protections, they applied a discount of 8% and finally they refunded me on the same day, in my credit card, about 85 USD. Conclusion: I've paid about 115 USD for the service and the previous debt, and I'd got my items 7 days after that chat in my house, in Argentina, at the end of the world. This is a thing that I call "Customer Service" in capitals.

They measured my product to be 26 X 13 X 11 inches when it was in fact
Only 24 X 2 X 9 inches. This caused the shipping weight to be 26 lbs
Instead of 5lbs, making the price of shipping it skyrocket. I tried
Asking them to remeasure but they said that they remeasured and it was
"accurate" and wanted to charge me $10 to remeasure. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am sorry for the discrepancy but I think you misunderstand what we mean. Actually we received many parcels every day with the actual weight and size different than that the estimated ones provided by the vendor.
As we talked via email, our warehouse to remeasure the weight and size and provide you the photos as proof. There will be $10 handling fee if the sizes we entered are correct. Of course you will be waived from the fee if the weight and size we entered are wrong.
