I've been dealing with several parcel forwarding services, and based on my experience with USGOBUY it is the most professional, and most competitive one. It has been almost a year I am using USGOBUY, and I am very satisfied with the service I am recieving
Don't trust in them. They overcharged my 3 (all) packages I sent there.
-The first one, appeared with a weight 10 times greater than the real package. It's still there.
- I forwarded the 2nd one to another US address with no "extra services" but they took it and put it inside a heavier box, so they ask me for extra money and extra LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND IDENTIFICATION. By the way, I didn't send them money neither documents but they sent the package.
- I tried to rescue the 3rd package, so I paid the extra money of the 2nd one but they STILL ASK ME FOR DOCUMENTS.
No way, I won't send any document, because I think they are scammers trying to do a kind of phishing scam with my identifications. I have my Paypal account verified with legal documents because I trust in that service, so don't have to verify nothing more in another website.
Fortunately, I didn't send more packages there.
Usgobuy is the best age to buy from the US, the shipping time is the fastest for affordable price.
The costumer services work 24/7.
Their service is quite good so far, using them for several years and never had any issues... only recently the DHL cost is prohibitively expensive; I'd suggest USGOBUY to use TNT or similar...
First they lie about the weight and dimensions of your packages so that they can charge you a higher price to pocket the difference (as confirmed by the initial courier tracking information to their address compared to what they entered into their system). Then on top of that they do not honor the prices they set on their own website for the dimensions and weight they lie about which makes the cost calculator they provide to entice you to sign up completely useless. Once your package is received at their location with the inflated weight and size added to your account, you can view prices from the list of couriers they use to ship your package, choose one and pay. Now you're done, right? Not even close because they still won't ship to you. You'll have to send multiple harassing emails asking why your package hasn't been shipped despite already paying and they will make ridiculous excuses giving you the run around and wasting endless time claiming that you owe them an additional payment because the price they provided and programmed into their own website that you paid apparently isn't accurate. So at this point they have added 3 additional price increases to your packages but it doesn't end there. They also open and go through all your sealed items without consent which is a federal crime. Piss poor service, no accountability, false advertising, trash communication. The list goes on with this place. What they do is literally extortion. They hold your packages hostage and keep demanding more money with no real justification until you pay. It's straight up fraud. I have used several other package forwarding companies in the past with this being by far the worst, most unreliable and dishonest one. No contest. It's as if they're literally trying to provide you with the worst experience possible all while pinching you for every last penny. It results in an over priced, frustrating, waste of time. I hope the owner takes a long walk off a short pier so the company goes out of business and can spare additional victims the headaches. Complete scam. Avoid this dumpster fire.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. Please note the actual weight of your parcel ***6586 is 1.3 lbs as on Fedex.com. We take the round number and record it as 2 lbs. The weight you check on antronix.com is the weight of the item instead of the whole box.
Your parcel U****6241 was paid and shipped both on May 4, there is no any delay on the side of USGoBuy.

I was so stupid to trust these fake 5 star reviews below.
Two packages were sent by Apple.com for an iPad Pro and Beats Earphones. They were delivered on the same day by the same person through UPS and were signed by the receiver named "LIJ."
They claim that they only received one package containing my Beats Earphones but never received my package containing iPad Pro. They are not claiming responsibility for the lost or STOLEN package even though they signed for it.
They want me to contact Apple that I lost the package when I didn't.
No refunds given.
I reported them to Oregon's consumer protection agency and I am preparing to sue them in small claims court. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
EDIT* Haha, NOW they respond, after not responding to my e-mails. There were two packages that were sent on the same day (8/30). It was both scanned before being handed to "LIJ." It could not have been marked as delivered until it was handed over to the receiver. I WILL NOT report this to the vendor, because they did nothing wrong. I will report this to the proper authorities so that justice can be served. You stole enough packages from innocent customers. I should've read more reviews before using your service.
I am sorry but we don’t receive your parcels currently despite it shows "delivered" on UPS.com. Sometimes a carrier will accidentally scan a package as "Delivered" when it's actually still on its way. When this happens, we expect the carrier to deliver the package within the following business days. You can also choose to file a claim with the vendor because your package is not delivered at your designated address.

They charged 15lbs instead of the 10lbs UPS said they received.
