I have a problem - USGOBUY received my package and according to their website the package was sent by DHL 6 (!) days ago. I am using usgobuy.com more than 3 year. First use this service they have excellent service for forwarding but right now. They service really bad. First they always make repeat mistakes. I give this example: I want prepackage my item and choose option for Ship USPS only. But when invoice out. My package always in DHL ship cost not in USPS. This is happen again and again. 4 my last shipment always get problem like this. And I must contact USGOBUY Customer service for modified my package.

This company is so terrible & unprofessional. At first they said I should verify my ID which is a very big risk; but I didn't mind because I have already purchased high end items. Yet they still delayed to ship out my items.
I had to email them several times for several days before they put a UPS label on it; and it took 4 days before they sent it to UPS.
Now, I have to more shipments pending. It's almost two weeks since I paid for them yet they have not sent them to UPS.
I have lost more than $2k in booked flights using this terrible company. I signed up because of their high rate with hopes I would get quality service; but no, all I got was sluggish and unprofessional service.
I have to plead and plead before they would make any move... so bad.
Weeks after verifying my identity, two of my parcels are still being delayed: U*******5710 & U*******5995.
They claim to have shipped one but only created a label for the past five days. I called UPS and UPS said they haven't received it. The other one is just laying there.
I am just waiting to ship all my packages out and that would be the end of using this terrible & unprofessional company.
I have spoken to my lawyer and will sue this terrible company for damages & negligence by Monday if they don't ship out two of my parcels with them before then

There are a lot of US forwarding services available and each have their pros and cons. They're based out of Portland, OR which has the advantage of being a tax free state (i. E. no extra taxes for my US purchases). I've been using their services since 2013 for both small and medium-sized shipments to Canada and have been very pleased. Shipping is very quick and their fees are low - including decent prices for DHL Express. Their warehouse team are very good at prepping and packaging shipments quickly. Whenever I have questions, I have had good results communicating directly via their web chat support. The service includes an online shipping management tool that allows you to easily track and manage incoming and outgoing shipments. Highly recommend.

I am a Federally Licensed Firearm dealer. I shipped a firearm legally to another dealer via their website. The package was rejected by the addressee, and being sent back to me. UPS delivered back to US GoBuy / Post Pony warehouse in Oregon. The warehouse illegally opened my package and refused to send it back. My FFL license was in the package, and I emailed it to them. Also sent them links to the ATF and UPS regarding the legalities of shipping firearms. They have refused to ship it back and just told me sorry. Really? They are now in possession of a stolen firearm, and mail fraud for opening the package. I am so disgusted by the service I have received, primarily by someone named Felix. DO NOT SHIP USING THIS COMPANY, BEWARE AS THEY ARE THIEVES, AND SCAM ARTISTS.

My Name is Akeem, I have send my item to USgoBuy and I was asking to send them prove of payment before my item can be send out which I did gave them the invoice that shows the item was bought with gift card and they still asking me to provide statement. Which they have to right to asked for such as I have instructed to contact with the Merchant if they need such details. I don't know this is how the scam people and hold the item till the person is not asking for it again. I even asked them to contact Amazon directly to confirm with them if they have any problem with them but they refused to do that because they are SCAMMING PEOPLE. I hope people will not fall for their victim games they are playing.
I still have my package with them and I'm going to report to Authority as well to know how they runs the business they called flight forwarder.

I ask to make a rund (so to send my package back) but it was sent to a wrong address. I can not get refund. Was not able to get any feedback from usgobuy, basically I consider it as scam.
There are two options to return your parcel to the merchant:
1. Ask for a return label from the merchant(if they provide one). We can return your item with the return label. There would be a $5 return handling fee.
2. Use our shipping services to send the item back to the merchant. You do not need to pay for the return handling fee. All you need to pay for is the shipping cost.
The return addresses are either provided by the merchant or customer, we send the parcel back as you instructed I am sorry if it's sent to the wrong address.
