I have been using the service for the last 3 years and so far very happy. No missing items and shipments in general are delivered on time or close to it very happy

I love using USGOBUY for shipping my items because I live in the Turks and Caicos Island, shipping with them is really convenient for me.
Not to mention they have great customer service, as I accidentally did not put a correct number on my address and I emailed them, response was quick and the representative was professional.

I've used USGoBuy sister site Yoybuy before so I'm familiar with their shipping processes. I find USGoBuy's pricing to be relatively cheaper compared to other forwarders which is another main reason why I use their service. Most of the time they are pretty reliable and on time but when there are issues, it could take some time to resolve them. Customer service (chat service) works from 10am-5pm (GMT+8) which is the same as my timezone so that works out for me although I would also prefer they have chat rep who works at US timezone.

My items are also packaged well although there was one time a couple of my custom-made polymail bags were sliced open during consolidation.

The shipment forwarding service has been very helpful to me for a while now. Their customer service is great too. Very responsive.

It would appear that USGoBuy has stolen my packages and refuses to give them back. USGoBuy has stolen my packages and refuses to give them back claiming I can't verify my identity... After dealing with me for weeks, forcing me to send them private documentation to backup my claims, and then on top of this telling me they have verified who I am, now I am being told they refuse to help me and won't be releasing the package. After contacting customer service I was told the warehouse, whoever is running it, wouldn't release my packages for reasons untold. I have verified my account to the tees. Shipped on the account multiple times and they still refuse to send my packages. Attempting to attain legal contact information to start the litigation process as their customer service has been nothing but abhorrent from day one and now they've literally stolen from me. They replied to another review I wrote claiming I asked to change the email and password, but all I needed changed was the password. These dudes are stealing from people. They have even ignored my BBB report.

Good service with USGoBuy, usually I ship electronics from USA to Paksitan or India. Sometimes I can avoid the taxation, it depends. But it really saved a lot in my previous importing electronics from USA.

As usual, very good service, very quick shipment to France, photos were ok and products well packed No problem then and still very happy with the service.

An incredible company, despite the great distance I feel as if it were a company in my city, very close, when I have a problem I write to them and in a very short time I have an answer and always with a quick and simple solution, they are very nice and very friendly, it is a pleasure to deal with them, I recommend them to all.
