Talking about professionalism, UsGoBuy is the one, they know what they doing and everything executed perfectly. Thats why I give 5 Star review, one suggestion if they can add easier payment like PayPal or Credit Card for our country (Indonesia), that would speed up the whole process as this moment our only option is using Western Union which takes time. USGOBUY, do a great job. Even when the customs need more document, USGOBUY is fast in replying my questions online and do great wrapping and shipping. It is worth the money and I will continue using it.

They took my money, failed to purchase the product, failed to follow up on my order for 2 weeks, until I chased them up, and then they gave a refund becasue their system did not even purchase the product. Complete waste of time! If you want PROOF that they are dodgy, ***their purchase payment was NOT ACCEPTED BY WALMART!***
So much for black friday bargains. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND SALES
IMPORTANT NOTE: When they "refund" an order, it DOES NOT go back to your payment type (card paypal etc), it goes to your "ACCOUNT" on their website. You have to then manually "withdraw" the money to get it back. VERY DODGY.
Also, you can only delete your account by contacting support.
I am also now starting to get new spam messages (as one other reviewer pointed out) - I suspect they have sent me details on to other parties.

I've been working with USGOBUY for years and I have always been satisfied by their job.
I will for sure go on using it, for some us companies don't ship abroad and I live in French Polynesia or have a too expensive delivery price.
