I'm on my fifth shipment (dealing with USGoBuy). There are a few hiccups with my last shipment but everything's great. Used their BuyForMe service twice and so far everything went so well. I don't think I'm gonna use any other forwarding services other than USGoBuy.
Not even worth one star. They'll charge you an extra shipping fee once again, even though you already paid for your package, using them as a hostage! And you need to pay cancellation fees, even if it is because of their "extra shipping charge after the payment"! Like other comments, DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM.
Thry will take money for extra requirements and will never pack eyeshadow or fragile cosmetic with proper bubble wrap and then they will not even provide thermocol peanut for safety of package, as it travel from usa to india, my things broke so badly. I wont suggest to use them. I have been having problems with them since last year and all my shipment came with broken stuff.and when i asked money back from PayPal they asked for return of things from india to USA, without return, and that is also not sure if they will refund the amount as insurence is just 1$ which is not even the cost of product. Sk plz save your money and choose better forwarding house.

Requesting identity documents that I cannot produce. I have been told that the items are being returned to the sender! So the sender gets my money and there item back and I am left with nothing?...
I am a Ebay seller, If I ever see anyone has ordered to one of USGoBuy addresses then I am going to contact USGoBuy and tell them that the person who bought the item scammed me. That way USGoBuy will just send my item back to me and I get to keep the persons money.
Ridiculous site, all the seller has to do is send them a message saying they have been scammed and they instantly take the sellers word for it and return the item! What a joke.

Most of them are reported by the merchant or the holder to use frauds credit cards for shopping, or abuse our address as billing address. At that time we have to suspend or close their account and ask them to provide necessary information to verify identification, we cannot provide service anymore until we get clarification from the reporter. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact the reporter. All the packages will be held or returned to the sender and hand over to police if necessary to avoid any risks.

They lost my several hundred dolars package, dont answer my mails, dont have a telephone that answers you, dont take care of things, dont take reponsability, dont give you images for free, place extra packaging on the parcel so either waits more or the volume is bigger so they can charge you more. They changed the status of my parcels in my account as "received", when the package was not received and I am the one to touch the status of a package in my dashboard. I used it once, they didn't know USPS would charge extra by local post service. Which made me pay more.
And they didn't even know to mark it as a gift! My local post serive said they made the mistake, so I had to pay tax!

Generally USPS will provide door-to-door service and there won’t be extra fees except for shipping fee. But if your package is overweight or the destination is in remote areas, etc the local post office may ask the recipient to pick the parcel up by yourselves, otherwise there may be extra fees charged. So please subject the regulations and charges to your local post office.
I am sorry but we don’t support to mark parcels as gifts due to most of customs don't have clear regulation on clearance of gifts, once examined the parcel will be considered wrong declared value, cause clearance delayed, or even returned. In addition, not all labeled as imported goods, it is important that the declared value within the range of personal use.

I got my package delivered to them on the 11th of march,
I was asked to download a form and upload with my identification, i did but only verified the form and i got unverified at my forms of identification. Stopped responding to my messages what a terrible company. I paid but still waiting to hear form them.
I am not a paypal user, i tried to pay directly but not successful, i gave someone money to on my behalf but not successful through but later sent money to someone overt here through moneygram so he paid them using western union.
Actually these documents are not necessary for everyone. We reserve the rights to request USPS 1583 Form and two verifiable identifications when we start risk monitoring, such as when your paypal address is not matched with the actual shipping address, you are reported by merchant, vendor or credit card account holder, etc As you know, there are many frauds these days, we have to do this in case of any lost. I had a parcel sent to Europe. I thought the price I paid USGoBuy for shipping and handling was reasonable until I was asked by the actual shipping company to pay for shipping and handling again. It turned out that USGobuy had kept the money to themselves and the shipping company's shipping fees were a lot higher. I ended up paying three times what USgoBuy had initially quoted.

Like someone wrote a bit further down they will swap out your items with something else. I just had several orders from Amazon shipped to my "USGoBuy Portland Adress" approx 200USD worth of items that I can forget about.
Amazon needs to block these SCAM packaging forwarding services immediately to protect their buyers. I don't even know who is real and who is fake so I would advice people to just find another way or have the packages sent to you directly even if it will be alot more expensive you can be 99,9% sure to receive your package without it beeing swapped for something else and not have to go through the headache and waste of valuable time.
If everyone would file a police complaint they would be arrested by now.
Also I hope you are smart enough to recognize the real reviews from the fake 5 star reviews. If you look at their prices there is no way in hell nobody would give them 5 stars in every aspect, no way.

I started with another reshipper, then tried a 2nd one. Then I tried USGoBuy. I have now used them for several years and 100s of shipments. They have been reliable and the customer service has been quite good. I have read some of the complaints and see two major issues: 1) blaming USGoBuy for USPS and DHL issues (like Covid delayed shipping), and 2) misunderstanding what is prohibited. I think they may be wrong about what USPS or DHL will actually ship (e.g., hearing aid batteries) but the list is clear and available. Yelling and complaining at them will not make them ship something on the prohibited list. Some of the other complaints are so far off from my EXTENSIVE experience that I suspect they are fake negatives from competitors. I wish more reviews required proof.
