UPDATE: finally they send my complete order to a new address without making any new charges. Everything arrived ok. I changed the rating from 1 to 3. They need to hire more people to answer the phone and solve this kind of problems
The return reason was that there was a mix up between one of your package and another customer's package in the parcel that went out.
Our packaging team were the person who called FedEx to recall the package back.

Update: I have contacted this company like they told me to and submitted all the documents which prove that my merchandise went to them, and where they claimed it is further on way to me and even where I bought it and the email where DHL ecommerce me informed that my parcel never left their storage. They wrote me again this:

Interesting is the fact that I submitted them already everything but I did submit all the documents again and I told them that I am really unsatisfied with how this here went and that I feel like somebody in their company have just stole my product because it was a rare collector knife which I bought really priceworth with eBay.
Afterwards I did not get any answer and as I asked if they will answer me soon I received the information from my email provider that my email address was blocked from them as spam so they not received it.
That's actually how they treat customers, my product got stolen in their care, afterwards they claimed it is on the way and kept me waiting for informations about two month and then they claimed it went lost in the care of DHL e commerce. And finally they blocked my email address because I asked them to investigate where my property is! They could never submit me any proof that it was handed over to DHL because that was just a lie. But I have all the proves it was handed over to them.
I investigated in the internet and I am not the only customer which merchandise disappeared in their care.
I CAN ONLY WARN ANYBODY

I STRONGLY warn anybody from using this company. I bought an item quite cheap from eBay and they really stole it! They claimed they did handed over to DHL but DHL never received the parcel. In fact it went to their warehouse and there it went lost. They kept me hanging on writing emails with them for 7 o 8 weeks but with no result. I really really consider every customer to stay far away from this unserious service! I regret using it, I never thought things like this could happen using a official company but in fact it happened. RATHER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
