They consolidated, charge me and sent my goods (almost usd500) in one package. Before the shipment arrived to the recipient they canceled it. No reason at all. I have been calling and emailing them and received no answers. I'm travelling to US tomorrow and I will not have the winter clothes I bought because. Fedex is returning the shipment to them (my shipments, my goods). I need an answer. Why on earth will you cancel my shipment? Act fast pleas. PARCEL No U*******5113. Don't ask me to write or call you, solve the problem! SEE NEW ADDRESS BEFORE RESHIPMENT.
UPDATE: THEY RESPOND ON MONDAY AND I ANSWERED THEM. TODAY IS WEDNESDAY AND THEY DID NOTHING. I WILL KEEP ON WRITING EMAILS, I WILL KEEP ON WRITING BAD REVIEWS UNTIL THEY SEND MY THINGS. I NEED THOSE THINGS NOW. ALREADY SENT A NEW SHIPING ADDRESS WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
UPDATE: finally they send my complete order to a new address without making any new charges. Everything arrived ok. I changed the rating from 1 to 3. They need to hire more people to answer the phone and solve this kind of problems
The return reason was that there was a mix up between one of your package and another customer's package in the parcel that went out.
Our packaging team were the person who called FedEx to recall the package back.
Now that we have the packages all fixed, please let us know your final destination is and provide us the Address, Country, Zip. Etc...
