I have a problem with delivery every time I order from Walmart. The online system communication re: package delivery is archaic. Twice total strangers dropped off my misplaced packages. Twice I have not received and another time I had to wait 2 weeks for refunds because of wrong information on their part.
I had a package scheduled for delivery on 11/6 and I wasn't home.The driver didn't leave it but instead left a slip authorizing them to leave it on the next business day which I signed and taped to my door.On 11/8 I get an email that it was delivered to the local UPS store for pickup.The driver never bothered to return.If I wanted to go to a store I wouldn't have bothered to order online. I get deliveries all the time but customer service has been non existent from UPS.If I ever have a choice in delivery companies I definitely Will avoid dealing with them if possible. Thanks UPS for being so horrible to deal with.
I would recommend no one to use this service because of the kind of experience I have had with them, I want no one to suffer. The customer service is so disappointing. Even they don't check their mail, which is quite obvious by the fact that there is an auto-reject of the mails because apparently, their mail box is full. Such a pathetic service.

Was delivered to the wrong address. Not the first time this has happen. My neighbor is away and has been for months. I walked around the two houses that has had my packages before, and I finally found my order. How can this happen when our address and neighbors house numbers are large and in view?
It is unfortunate that UPS has become a failed service. Their Customer Service reps fail to give you truthful information about your deliveries and instead the policies have changed and they no longer deliver to P. O. box#. Worst Service Ever.
Shipped my bike home from Portland to Milwaukee, it took a week and it got as far as Hodgkins Illinois then they screwed and sent it to LA! How the he'll did that happen?! It took another week to get back to Hodgkins Illinois, then after 3 weeks it was deemed lost! How can you lose a carton that is 72in long x 34in tall and 14in wide and weighs 67pounds? I insured it for damage not for loss! Even though I paid for $5k of insurance they want me to prove what it was and the value... what? Who cares what it's worth?! I paid for the insurance! After countless phone calls to customer service, which by the way is worthless, I got nothing but a run around. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had! All I want is my bike, the lest they could do after loosing it is replace it. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience! I would also give them zero stars if it was an option.

I mailed an envelope with gift cards for my grandkids. Driver delivered an empty envelope that was cut on the side items taken. How can any driver deliver an envelope opened it was cut with a box cutter and leave it in the mailbox. If he or she didn't do it why would you even accept to deliver a package that was clearly tampered with. I am sure the person doing this has done it before.

This has not been the first incident. The first time I caught them was on 9-11-2020 when they stole a lot. I have many cameras that record everything and even if the driver drives down my street. This latest incident involved two separate items. The kid new he had something expensive and just ran up to my door and placed a sticky note stating he rang the video door bell and no one answered it. So I checked my cameras and caught him racing off. I followed him around the block were he had parked his van, left it unattended and was inside he stated "that was my friends house and I was on my lunch break." Bs, you never supposed to leave those trucks unattended. And wouldn't you know, my package with some precious metals was seating right behind his seat. The day before he got away with "NOT DELIVERING" another expensive package… I went through all this last year with another company and the Chula Vista police department and the Local UPS fraud and crimes people… They absolutely did nothing and I lost my $#*! off.
Terrible service. Driver lied that he attempted delivery. I have waited in all day. Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday and now she has no present to wake up to. Customer service called and told me to collect it at 6 o'clock as the driver had finished work but delivery is till 7. They will ruin my daughters 16th birthday. Delivery was at first 830-1215. Then changed to up till 7. I could not attend my dentist appointment as had to wait for the delivery. They are not lettin me complain. I will never use this service again. Disgusting
If I could give them less than one star I would. This is the 10th time I've had a package delivered to the wrong address and had to go hunte it down in my neighborhood. The delivery people are unable out inhering to read an address it's very frustrating
Driver did attempted to delivery something 2 times and she & he were told that I would like to pick it up at UPS local location. But 2 of them had never left any notification to pick up. Now, I don't know who is the sender/ tracking number. Call their customer service who just said service.

They made me wait for whole 2 days making me prisoner at my home, I didn't even have a shower just in case they come and I wouldn't hear them. When I called them all day many times today their final answer was the driver couldn't find my address! I received many many parcels to my address before many times and where I live is a very well known address, it's not in the middle of nowhere! Latest, I talked to a woman named Sharon she said the driver wouldn't answer his phone. After waiting again, she called and said they won't deliver it today! So asked her where can I make a complaint and she told me to call this number **************. When I called them they said they don't take any complaints and I have to e-mail to UPS. Their irresponsible driver probably didn't even bothered to drive here to give my parcel for 2 days and now I have to go and collect it from a centre which is not my job because it's fully paid door to door delivery. Now I am thinking who will pay my 2 whole days of my life waiting for these irresponsible zero work ethic people. I won't give up, they should pay the inconvenience they created for me! If you love yourself, DO NOT use this company.!
Worst service. They deserve zero rating. I have scheduled a package pickup. No one called and no one came to pickup package. Every time when I call to customer care, they say that they will come today. It's been 5 days and no one is coming.

I paid for 2 day service for a time sensitive delivery from Chicago to Atlanta. In tracking it I see it will not arrive until Wednesday. That's 5 days! Will never use them again. If I wanted such bad service I could have used USPS and paid less. Sorry I don't want to hear it's Covid. If UPS couldn't have done the job they should have told me up front so I could use another service.
Two days in a row they didn't deliver the package. I was home, and they claimed I wasn't. No one knocked, rang the doorbell or even just left the package on the porch (it didn't require a signature). When I called customer service, they were "apologetic" but also blamed me, saying I wasn't home (I was). I had called the first time they didn't deliver and left explicit instructions to leave it on the steps the next day, and they said they would leave it (as they should have done the first time), and then the next day they did not do so.
They indicated it is up to the driver's discretion to leave a package. We have had packages delivered 3-5 times a week since moving in, and have never had an issue. The driver lacks the discretion to make these decisions, and after he refused to leave the package the FIRST time and I called to leave instructions specifically to just leave it, he decided that his discretion should trump my explicit directions. Honestly, they're the most incompetent shipment company I've yet encountered.
Purchased 2nd day air delivery service 9/25/21 and delivery was made 10/07/21. Defia tell not 2nd day air. UPS barely apologized and refused any refund because they do not guarantee delivery.
