Ordered a computer on the 9th from Amazon with a delivery date from the 15th to the 17th. Checked online with UPS on the 14th and they indicated that it had shipped on the 9th from NH and arrived at a facility in Illinois on the 14th with a notation that it was delayed. Went to an online chat and their customer service idiot, Pauline P told me that indeed the package was in Illinois but that it would arrive at my home in Washington State tomorrow morning. Considering the fact that that it was a ground shipment, I was pretty confident that 1) it would not arrive on the 15th and 2) that Pauline P doesn't have a clue about basic U.S. geography, and 3) UPS hires folks who are dumber than rocks.

Not only did the driver throw the package from the bottom of my stairs, but it also hit the front door and scared the heck out of my mother and my dog. Then as an added bonus, the box is totally open! The tape is clearly torn through and didnt break open from just being thrown. This box looks like its been through hell, and its supplies for my first grade classroom. Not. Impressed. I don't know if I need to have a word with Amazon about their packaging skills, but I know I for sure need to give a heads up to UPS that their driver just about put a dent in my door and was possibly checking my stuff.

How are you going to say, a shipment is supposed to be delivered by this date, then keeping delaying the delivery date until "there is no information available". Completely unprofessional and the fact that this is supposed to be express shipping is terrible. The customer service obviously didn't provide any viable solution, so I'm out on both money and the items I purchased. I don't know why companies continue to use this company, when they're so incompetent at doing one thing, which is to DELIVER a package on time.

Emergency family situation with funds in package! Emotional distress and not attending family funeral out of state. Employee made a mistake, UPS delivered wrong day, didn't make it right no matter what I was willing to do or give, blamed me for shipping options not being right but employee created in store and illegally did not release my prepaid overnight open ended return. And package the day it arrived overnight. CONSUMER RIGHTS, CIVIL RIGHTS, CUSTOMER MENTAL HEALTH, BREACH OF CONTRACT and MOOORE!

I called at 8am est to get information to file a claim for a package that they stated they delivered by front door and I requested to receive text alert so at 7:29 pm on 03/11/2022 a package was left by front door per UPS couldn't locate but on 03/12/2023 8:00am the next morning I received the alert I requested when package is delivered tried filing claim as I was instructed to to find out it's a contract with the usps and I had to go through the shipper I wanted to have all calls monitors for quality for them to tell me they don't have the capability over seas is the problem they don't completely understand what your saying and the overall experience is horrible saving money is costing your business it's integrity and your customer service rating will always be a 1star Carol Tome you have to do better as a CEO. Terrible experience with UPS the company as a whole is horrible.

UPS just lost a USD$200 worth of package. The only saving grace was that there was a $50 insurance, but obviously that is not enough compensation for what was lost. Please avoid if possible. UPS is even worse and more unreliable than USPS. Would give zero star if possible.

I responded to an urgent request for some technologies by Ukrainian defense forces that I was able to respond to. The box weighed 27 lbs. but they billed it at 67 lbs. It was shipped to a Warsaw, Poland destination address and the shipping charge was $1,365 + $80 "service options + $217 "fuel surcharge" + $57 packing charge for a total of a whopping $1,723!
I then spent an hour on hold with customer service and never got to speak to anyone. Why do I feel like I was ripped off big time?

I'd give a zero if there is an option. I saved a set of shoes from my deceased horse as a memory. I found an artist who reworks on old horseshoes to make an art piece. I mailed it through UPS and they lost it. They offered a lousy 100 dollar claim which I refuse to accept. They keep asking for cash value for the item. The factor is that the package means nothing to anyone else but means the world to me. They have no respect for the personal items i have there. They just lost it with no excuses. UPS is a heartless, cruel cooperate can't even do their job right. A Worthless piece of S***. Avoid at all cost.my tracking number is 1Z165A6V*******039. If anyone come across this packaging please return to sender.

The worst

This is the second time happening I order a package they claim they deliver the package and I never received the package. UPS is the worst delivery company. There customers services is not professional I was expressing my frustrations and the lady put me on hold…. UPS THESE DELIVERY GUYS ARE THE WORST THEY NEVER DELIVERED PACKAGE THEN PUT ON THE WEBSITE THATS ITS BEEN DELIVERED AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. Very upsetting

It already happened at least 4-5 times where UPS returns my parcels with no explanation. According to the tracking numbers, some information were missing, but instead of contacting and telling me what was missing they returned the packages. When I tracked the parcels though, it showed that they "made" several attempts to contact me, which is a complete lie. They never contacted me! Recently, one of my suppliers tried to ship out a parcel with UPS and once again they returned it to sender because according to the tracking number the consignee address wasn't correct but it wasn't true either. I checked the address and it was correct.
And every time, I contact the call center they can't even tell me what document is missing. It's simple a waste of time and money to deal with them. I rather use FedEx or DHL.

I had a very important document sent overnight and requested that someone sign for it. I called customer service several times and got different information from each agent. In addition to false information. I was told that I would receive an email so I could start a dispute process or investigation and I never received it. So I called back to get another agent who didn't even see any information from the previous agent. So I requested a manager and was told no one was available. BULL$#*!. So I requested corporate number and was told by Daniel in customer service (she would not provide what area she working from to narrow her incompetent $#*! down) that she had no corporate contact was available. The lies. I went on google and located the corporate number within five minutes. Yet they don't allow there agents to provide this information to guest who have issue with a time sensitive package. This is how you treat your customers UPS? Worst service ever its disappointing to say the least. This was an error on your behalf which is detrimental. I received no compassion from any agent I spoke to in fact they could careless. No one try to get my issue resolved or offer alternative options. I will blast this on every social media platform daily. Others need to know not to use this company for important documents.

The worst experience, DO NOT USE UPS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. They are absolutely a disaster.
The first package got lost and I asked the shipper to send it again and the second package got lost too.
Here is how the process look like for everybody who is going to plan to use UPS international shipping services. They lost two packages for me.
Usually, you need to file a claim for your lost package but this page never works regardless of whether you are sender or receiver. You will get an error msg that asks you to contact customer service.

When you contact customer service, have your tracking number ready, and type it in, do not use the voice because that robot is going to drive you crazy and it is not gonna get it right. Then you will talk to the customer service, at this moment do not waste your time explaining the customer service because they eventually will send you to the international department. So you better ask for international as soon as you get hooked with the rep.
In the end, they are going to send an email that again will redirect to file a claim page that is not working and you get trapped and in a circuit. So make sure to mention that this page is not working and what is next.
I assure you at the end they would say you have lost your package and they are not responsible. Trust this msg, I have spent plenty of hours and they are not going to take responsibility. Their excuse will be that the shipper needs to contact them in the USA. Guess what? Most international shippers can't speak English. My first package got lost, I contact the seller and they reship it for the second time at no charges and again got lost in UPS.

The best practice is not to use UPS for international shipping.

They never attempted to deliver my package, live in apartment complex with the outer lobby door locked on weekends but someone is always in lobby and they never saw UPS on Saturday 2/27 this is an on going problem fedx and amazon delivers with no problem will never use UPS again
