I recently ordered an expensive bracelet from Pandora, signed up on UPS website to receive alerts regarding delivery status. Never received any delivery statuses, tracked my package only to see that they say they left on the step 2/24/22 (when I was home btw), mind you, you have to climb about six steps to reach my door. So why wasn't package left at the door? I work from home so no one ever rang the bell or anything. And to top it off the last few days have been raining, so placing package on my door mat would have been more secure and kept it from getting wet. As of todays date I have NOT received my package which was a birthday gift btw! I tried to file a claim, it directs you to the website, then the website directs you to call a 1-800 number and still can't get any results! So I have lost $$$ and no package! Am beyond furious!
If you want a human to help with a problem then do NOT use UPS as you can not get one when calling customer service. Tried multiple times to get a human on the phone and the virtual assistant just kept hanging up on me after saying file a claim. If I had the info to file a claim on the package they said they delivered I would but I didn't even know the senders name that sent it nor did I have a way to contact them. How can you file a Claim on a package if you don't know what is in the box. All I wanted was a human to talk to so I could get some info. Their Facebook messenger isn't any better. Horrible company to deal with. Stay away from this place for deliveries.

Worst service ever my delivery date kept changing for 3 days and then all of a sudden it said that the address was Wong on my end even though that was not the case. In shot, took 7 more days then ETA to get my package and I had to pick it up from one of their access point.

I really feel it is so sad this company no longer provides Customer Service. I called and need to discuss with our local office why we are not getting packages for our business every day it just says loaded on the truck. I believe he is coming after we are closed and our gate is locked. So I try to get the local number and they will not give it to you however they do want you to give them all your contact information? Why would you when they won't give you any information? This is not an issue that can be resolved by a message as the driver may need our gate code.
I am supposed to get my package today, very very important package and now i dont know what to do. You $#*!ed me up, UPS. I will never use UPS in my life. Stop lying to people, UPS SUCKS.
My package arrived to Las Vegas on 2/21/2022 at 9:13 pm and as today 2/23/2022 at 3:52 pm hasn't been delivered, is ridiculous that my package has been all around Vegas for 42 hours with the risk of getting damaged, there is a lot of room to improve how you do your business, is going to be hard to me to consider using your services in the future. 1ZX85A49YW*******
UPS is sooooo bad, they will not tell you when they deliver, except for somewhere in the afternoon. So they make you sit and wait for 4 hours. If I had a choice I would get it shipped back to the vendor and get them to ship it with someone else.
Sent a package Oct 2021, my customer received the package Damaged and filed a claim. A few weeks go by and calls to find out about his claim. Told by UPS payment was made to shipper. Being the shipper I called up but was not given any information since I did not file the claim. Got claim number from my receiver, and called UPS up as the Shipper... told check was mailed to receiver... not given a check number to verify. Then me the sender and receiver did a 3 way with UPS to learn no check was mailed they were waiting on paperwork. None was sent by UPS to any of us to fill out. As of Jan 20th, 2022 I get an email to file the claim, has to be faxed or mailed through the post office. So I mail it to the Claims Department listed on the paperwork. It is now February 23rd, 2022 and they still have not received the paperwork. To learn that the address to mail the claim documents was the wrong address that was printed on the letter where to send the claims documents to.

Had a pickup scheduled and driver claimed to have stopped and that no one was home. I was home the whole day and porch camera shows the truck at the exact time of the supposed missed pickup just drive right past my house without even stopping. Did not stop, did not even attempt to stop. Now fighting with customer service as I can't take another day off work to see if they decide to actually stop. Horrible drivers and horrible customer service.
Took a days vacation to make sure I was here all day. The driver didn't knock just came up and put a sticker on my door. The customer service that I talked to(1:36pm) right after he left said that they would have them come back. Called back at 6:18pm and they said there was nothing from the call earlier and they would make sure that it got delivered within the next hour. Got nothing that night and I don't feel comfortable signing to have them leave a $1200 phone on my door, but can't take another day of vacation.
UPS has the worst delivery times. My packages are never on time and are days late sometimes. Worth service ever.
A few yrs ago my late husband helped someone s tart a business today a cheque was to be delivered to me as payback for my old age (I'm 68) since 2weeks ago this cheque has cost me £675 I've paid for flight next day delivery authorisation even tho name is on the package. All together I've sent £1,000 got an email on Friday saying a representative will be in touch on Monday about delivery of package. I got an email and these greedy people told me I needed to pay storage charge of£ 85 A DAY that's Friday Saturday and today Monday so £255 for an envelope to be stored. I don't have it so by tomorrow another £85 Will be added and I've been told if not paid within 48 hrs package will be confiscated. If that happens I've lost that money. And all Ill have is my state pension to live off. Oh plus tracking number can't be found. IVE REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND WIL TAKE THIS FARTHER
I sold a New HP Officejet Pro on Dec 9,2021 to a buyer through my eBay business. It arrived to my buyer with the packaging damaged and the unit nonfunctional. I filed a claim with UPS on Dec 15 and included all documents from my eBay account including my original purchase receipt from Amazon. Following eBay process once I have photos and proof, I automatically generate a refund to the buyer $242.28.
It is 2/21/22 and UPS has yet to reimburse me. The correspondence and information I have received from UPS during this process has been inaccurate, false and misleading. They input my claim as a lost item. Then they closed my claim for "not avail for inspection" but they never reached out, then I find out it was not my claim, then the shipping log did not match my original log, then they were going to process my claim within 5-7 days, then they were going to replace my item... It is impossible to reach a person through the Customer Service phone number and there is no reply to my emails... as of 1/7 there is no communication at all. This was the 4th item damaged in one week... the week before christmas. My loss in revenue the last week of the year was $734. Not to mention the $73.02 to fax them the documents because they do not offer a scan and email option in the claim filing process. Any amount of loss is a lot of loss for a business my size recovering from the effects of COVID and trying to maintain credit with vendors etc. I am very disappointed in the lack of professional organization and complete arrogance UPS exhibits toward their customers. UPS hurts small business.
This pathetic, unprofessional, sad excuse for a business, should not even be in business! I will never, ever do business with them again and be sure to let everyone I know and come in contact with to take their business elsewhere! They can NOT be trusted with your packages! They will never accept responsibility for any mishap on their behalf! They tossed, crashed and mutilated very expensive jars I was shipping. When approached, they forwarded me several times, and either forwarded me to a non-working number, or there was no answer! Finally, they refused to accept responsibility for how my jars were broken; by them! Tossed in the trash; by them! As if they were trash! No contact to me! No responsibility! No care for this customer at all! I was treated like garbage and not one person who I communicated with had any respect for me and my situation. As a reputable company, I should have been treated with respect and left feeling whole and given the opportunity to give them an honest, positive review of their company. In this day and age, this company should be looking to better themselves, not push customers away. After the fact, I read their reviews finding their rating to be 1.35! How pathetic! Surely after my review it'll be less. How embarrassing for this company! And through the grapevine have also heard how horrible they treat their employees. How they're belittled and degraded! No wonder why they can't keep good help! I only needed these two red flags! Hopefully you read this review and realize what you'll be putting yourself up against by using this company! Stay far away!

First off, I've had countless packages lost by UPS over the holidays, never to be recovered. But what really irks me is they are killing USPS Carriers. All smaller packages they are passing the responsibility on to postal employees who get paid the same as if no UPS contract existed and have same hours. UPS is So crooked they paid off top officials at USPS and carriers are doing all the work. My husband can't even fit all the packages in his personal rural route vehicle! UPS trucks can! All over the country carrier shortages are blamed on USPS being short staffed. Not true! It's UPS ruining USPS routes. Look it up, their packages if not lost by ups first, are sent to USPS and its taking priority over first class mail. Ups should be sued by the postal union if union cares at all.
We have the best delivery person period. He is always kind and smiling at everyone in the neighborhood. He actually will turn my day around with a toot and wave from his truck. I can't begin to explain how important that happy man is to us. So, All those bad reviews I'm sorry you don't have Gene!
Tracking is non existent, packaging are in limbo from the time the label is made, until the time that the drivers just slap a sorry we missed you sticker on your door without ringing the doorbell. Customer service was unhelpful, the only thing I could do was change the shipping location, and I would be on the hook for a $7 redirection fee. Nothing like buying a $1000 dollar package and them not knowing where it is or when it will get here.
Tried to contact UPS about shipping charges. They won't even let you through to a representative without a tracking number. I need information before I ship. Worst customer service of any I've dealt with.
I live on a Main Street with a ton of traffic. My delivery driver left my package in my walkway nowhere near the door. I was out of town, thankfully my son caught it
