This has to be the worst company and customer services I have experienced within past 20 years! Tried to sort an issue with an invoice already paid months ago as parcels cannot be delivered without pre payments. Problem has escalated rather than helping to resolve issue, as customer service staff do not listen carefully to the situation, resending an original invoice already paid so obviously do not keep records updated that you have paid for shipping fees. A shambles of a service would be a compliment for my first and last time using this company! YOU HAVE NO CHOICE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED AND COURIERS DO NOT LOG IN THAT YOU HAVE PAID! SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE OVER THIS DISMAL COMPANY. EVIDENCE OF PAYING ALL THE FEES COULD BE ATTACHED BUT PREFER DETAILS OF THIS TO BE PRIVATE.
Firstly, just Delays on delays. Then the site won't let me pay the import fee due to system error. Driver arrives multiple times to deliver the package, sees this error and just leaves. This despite the fact I called UPS a few times and they said this wouldn't happen. Like C'mon guys every time I use your company there is some new issue. It's 2022, shipping from the U. S to Canada is a breeze for most companies... yet not for UPS somehow whose whole function is delivery.
First review here just based on how mind numbing this whole process has been. Appreciate it again UPS.
Never on time they never deliver on that date alway the next like really lazy. I was supposed to have a package delivered today but never made it.Not very happy at all.
Have had three different deliveries from three different shippers not be delivered to my home but reported as delivered and left at "Other". They have no easy way to contact someone on the phone to figure out why this keeps happening, and their email support basically just replied with "Sorry, contact the shipper". No other carrier has had issues getting items to our door, just a terrible company.
Customer service is horrible, everytime I try to contact someone they can never help me or never tell me accurate things about my package I will not order from any company they deal with them as far as shipping I'm wasting money and not getting any help with communication dealing with them, and this has happened more than once
UPS regularly delivers packages to incorrect addresses. I have gotten others' items and mine have been delivered to other places. I have reported it and was promised they'd fix it "personally" and 6 months later, nothing. I'm told we're not being personally targeted, and if so, then others are getting this same "service" level. Getting really sick of it, honestly. I've lost hundreds of dollars already this year and it's April.
If I could leave no stars I would have. I have had so many issues with receiving my packages with this company and the main issue is that they never arrive, are late, or I have to drive to every UPS in the city only to be misguided to the wrong location. Their complaint is always that they are short staffed but that is not an excuse. STOP taking on more than you can bare. I really wish Amazon would stop using them because all my packages arrive from FEDEX and USPS but NEVER from UPS smh.
My first time scheduling a pick up of my 6 boxes by UPS and they destroyed them in transit. Only 5 made it to its destination and they are still trying to charge me for shipping. The worst! I have left a review here and with the Better Business Bureau where their rating is 1.5. I really hope something is done, I don't see how they are still in business with such terrible customer service. Now I understand why their rating is 1.3, I will never ship with them again, save yourself a headache!

Hi I must give a positive review for Herbie at the UPS in Orlando at the corner of Leevista and Chickasaw in Orlando Florida. Often management receives mostly negative feedback from the general public but I must comment on the top drawer customer service provided by Herbie. He is one of the most dedicated people I've met in customer service. I'm a 64 year old retired ICU nurse who has received awards for providing the Best Customer Service within my profession through the years, so that quantifies my ability to recognize good customer service when I see it. He is truly a positive source in your service to the general community and I personally thank you for making him apart of your team. He's one of the best of the few who serve our public. When I used ups, that become one of my worst mistake ever. I just I got a small item that worth less 45$ after some days UPS wants me to pay customs on an item worth less than 45$! Really? Not just that the said I need to pay 80$ to shipped again to me after paying customs, this is look like joke in real but that what happend to me.

I bought tires and rims from Costco.ca and learned that they ship the rims to your house using UPS.
That was where it all went wrong. I got the delivery notice saying that my four 46lbs rims had been delivered at 3:15 p.m. on March 23rd. I was home all day and of course, no one came and no one rang the doorbell or delivered anything. I called UPS and immediately they said they must have been lost or stolen and that I would have to fill out an online claim form that would be emailed to me in 20 mins. I called again because the email never arrived. I got it finally and to fill out four separate forms for each lost tire rim which is totally stupid! So I also had to call Costco.ca to get my refund and tell them what happened because UPS will conduct an investigation, but will only refund the money to the shipper and not the customer. So over the space of 3 weeks where I had to call Costco.ca twice to have them re-issue the refund request, and during that time UPS, I had to call UPS 3 times to find out what happened. On one phone call, they lied to me telling me they had found the rims and there were being delivered that day. Instead, some SOB from ups came and had me sign the claim forms I had completed and digitally signed online a week before. The other two times they told me they were investigating and that they would tell me what happened when they knew. So after about a month, I got my refund from Costco.ca and this is what really pisses me off about UPS. Yesterday a driver comes to my door and tells me that they found my rims and that they had been delivered to another address 4 doors from my house and that he had them in the delivery truck! I was like great because they were still out of stock from the supplier and I thought that meant I could get my rims after all. The driver told me that they had been delivered to the wrong address and that it happened because he was on vacation that week. I was like ok so can I have my rims now? The driver then told me that he had to return them to the supplier because the investigation had been closed and a refund had been issued. He also told me I could just order them online. I told him that I was happy to buy the rims again but that the supplier was still out of stock and that what I needed was in his truck. I also said I was more than happy to buy my rims again! He told me that he was sorry but that he had to bring them back to the supplier. So said you basically found what I paid for after you delivered it to the wrong house, but you can't give me what I paid for which is right in your truck because I was already refunded, but that I can just buy them online knowing that the company is out of stock? So I asked why he even bothered to come to my door to tell me all of this. He said I just thought you should know. I told him to leave and thanked him for nothing!
UPs is never on time and is always delaying shipments. I wish they would get their crap together or companies would use a faster service. Everything I have ordered through Fed ex has gotten to me on time. Everything through UPS is taking it's sweet time and it is aggravating! Don't let companies promise a specific time, if you can't deliver!
Delayed, Delayed, a couple of losts and had to cancel. Just to name a few. Pay for 2/3 day and wind up waiting longer. Just extra cost for normal shipping.
The package was damaged and returned to sender. I ship the exact same type of package with USPS several times and never have any issues. UPS customer service is unhelpful and very RUDE. Extremely disappointed with UPS service in every aspects.

Goes to deliver then changed to ups pickup point. Without notice. Doesn't let u know change of plans. Says it will deliver at a certain time but then you don't hear anything for days. So so very slow! Delivered to wrong address but clearly marked. Puts notes on wrong door but note clearly says what door! Just drops off where and when they see fit. Poor, very poor service!
I have lived in bend for 20 yrs. The last year has been horrible with UPS. Their service is terrible, and this driver marks packages delivered, hours before dropping them off, he constantly takes the wrong items to the wrong house, he has broken so many items that I have had to replace, and now he is probably driving around in my sunglasses he never delivered yesterday. I will be following up with filing a complaint. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
