Deny deny deny is all they do. They protect each other's shortcomings. They make no mistakes even when they do. Harder than hell to get through to them on any honest level. Small narrow minded operate by default to protect company and enployees at all costs first and foremost. Their only M. O. when you call. You can't get them because they hide behind computer screens and claim what is written there is written in stone. Written by a not listening to anything a customer tells them employees. Nothing but an inside job throughout the whole company. You tell them to much that is not listed in their small world they are living in you offend them, because they are extremely well at playing the victim card, and then get hung up on Hard egg to crack if anything goes wrong. Deny deny deny is their first and foremost priority. Tight union company does a customer NO GOOD. Laziness irresponsibility all over the throughout this place and accountability nowhere to be found. Strong unhealthy U n i o n company,. That is for sure. Too strong. Very left wing company, Very strict and personal and defensive and emotional that they ain't doing nothing wrong. Blm like attitude. Wrong place to go if you want any quality from a company. Quantity might be o. K. But they can't find the time to knock on your door when delivering a package so the thieves out ther watching can beat you to own mail even when you are home. Congress needs to change the law surrounding delivery. Union or not, they have to take that extra strep ( wooops, bad word) to knock before they run off. Aiding and abetting crimes otherwise." NO" I don't have proff of purchase it is on ebay and got stolen during delivery.

I dashed into my local UPS store this morning frantic because my brain forgot how to mail a return (big box). Talia took over and did everything including pasting the address label back together that I had torn off. I was back in my car in 10 mins! WTG Talia!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever with UPS! They do not deserve the one star I had to put!
I sent a TV from Italy to Greece. The TV was packaged in the original packaging exactly as it was delivered to me by the company. I read carefully the guidelines of UPS to be sure that everything was done correctly. The TV arrived in Greece completely broken! At the phone UPS told me that I cannot claim damage because the package was too big which it was a lie! So I wrote an email and they had to give me directions. I did a claim for damage and the TV was sent to Athens for evaluation. Then they called me a told me that the TV was evaluated and was indeed damaged and I should expect the details for getting reimbursed. They also sent the TV back to Italy although I told them I am not living there anymore. After 14 working days (they were supposed to notify me within 5 days) of waiting for their information to be reimbursed I asked them again by email what is happening. They sent a very general report with no specific details saying that the packaging was not properly done by myself so they will not return any money! Lies! It was the original packaging done extremely carefully. Shame on them... mostly for the continuous effort to not do the right thing since they destroyed my shipment. I will never send anything ever again with UPS.

That's what I would have given them if this site would allow it.
The drivers are liars. At least enough are for it to matter. I can't even count how many time they've left a "sorry we missed you tag" at the front door of our condo building! Every time I was there. All they had to do was use the intercom... All they had to do was try... just like Amazon, FedEx, DHL, USPS (when the need a signature.) They all make successful deliveries most of the time. The intercom for the building goes straight to my cel-phone. There is NO EXCUSE. Hell even middle-school kids selling candy know how to use the intercom.

I've been putting up with this for as long as I can remember. Does anyone know if we can start a Class-Action suit against them? They take are money with a promise of service and basically they are stealing it.

What happened to this company?
My parcel end up in USA instead in Mississauga Ontario
I think will never be delivered to me.
Lost my money, time and cost to much stress.
Shopping on line is big mistake. Never ever from Chine again. DO not use this company you will slip better.

UPS is the worst and most irresponsible post! My passport was stolen because a postman of UPS left that important and signature-required document in front of our outside door in the street! Don't work with this post company at all.

The worst and rudest

I wait of a package for 10 days from Netherlands to Greece and I have to wait from 8 in the morning till 18.30 to get my package and the rude ups employe on the phone told me that they can't tel me some exact time and I have to wait or the package will go back

Worst Delivery Service... I think so

As a natural consumer of products generally especially this day & age we as people have to get things shipped to us for a multitude of reasons. Not only that but we are subject to only a couple of delivery services/companies nationwide that ship nationwide and other then that we rely on our local delivery places. With that being said it really does make the customer experience horrendous when 80% of the time you order a package you can expect some type of issue which may have not been a result from yourself, but an issue none the less with places like UPS and or even FedEx. Recently with the last 2 packages I have had issue with delivery with UPS. I don't know if it is a competence thing after a pandemic and having to deal with high turn over and people not doing there job correctly. Either way I am now in a place where this error by UPS in not delivering my package today is now detrimental to my job seeing as I needed said package to work my job, went about what I was suppose to do to receive the package on time, and low and behold who screws the pooch once again. UPS.

Worst deliveries

The 2 times ive had UPS send me a package, both of the time they were not sent to the correct adress. 1st one was from NIKE that needed a signature couldnt find my adress multiple days in a row, had to change adress to a friends. 2nd package from Boohooman, didnt need a signature, now they dropped it off at some random guys house and they dont know where it is. And the product i bought were last in stock. UPS you guys need to fix the way u find adresses or atleast give us a 24/7 update of where the package is and a map where it was delivered.

Worst shipping company

They messed my order. They were rude, and unreliable.
They shipped my package to a whole different state then they didn't want to take responsibility for it. It costed me $500.

I moved to another city and shipped what I could using ups for the first time.

The second monitor I use for my work was shipped in its original box with a ton of foam. UPS still managed to break the screen entirely (which can happen I guess, the worst is yet to come). So, I call them to file a claim, the person on the phone says someone will come pick up the package and that I will receive a call. Nothing ever happened, after 1 month and like 6 phone calls, the person on the phone keeps telling me someone from another service will call me shortly but no one ever calls.

The saddest is that they mention that they need to conduct an investigation and that this process could take a while. I'm the client, and the package (that was perfectly fine before shipping) is now broken, I do not care who's at fault, UPS is at fault as far as I am concerned. Conduct your investigation on your side.

There is also no other option than waiting and just parying for someone to call you for I don't know what reason...

This is by far the worst experience I had, and I used a lot of shipping companies before as I move around a lot.

Basically don't choose ups, avoid at all costs

So upset

My package was supposed to come on the 14th but when I checked the mail to get my parcel key my parcel was empty. So I called UPS and found out that my package was in New York! 2000 miles from where I live. So now I have to give my sister's birthday gift 10 days after her birthday.

First I didn't get my package because they needed signature in person and i couldn't sign it or anyone else because we have jobs. Then the driver left a paper saying signature in person required. After that i called and asked if i am able to get it without signing and the guy said you have to sign at least the back of the paper and leave it wherever the driver left the paper and i did it perfectly as i was told. And i was at work when they told me final attempt made and package wasn't delivered because it needed the signature. What a $#*!ty company with a $#*!ty driver. After all that i called and asked for pickup package then they gave me the address and i went there, unfortunately they were closed at 6pm with a sign outside says opens from 1pm fo 6 pm. Who tf opens 5 freaking hours. And the problem is that on the maps it says they close at 7. Where is your technology? Tou cant change your business hours no more or you so $#*!ing busy to do it. I think you need more than that, alot more, but that's enough for now, i hope not delivering any more packages for me through us (up $#*!)

It never fails; every time I have a package coming with perishable items (by next-day air), the package is scheduled for delivery between 9AM and 1PM; at 3:30PM, I receive an update that the package will only arrive before 7PM. Every freaking time the package is marked 'perishable" "refrigerate immediately upon arrival", the moron driver moves my delivery to the last on his route. It has to be on purpose. I honestly don't know why any businesses still use this disgrace of a company for shipping needs.

Never Again!

IF I COULD GIVE UPS A NEGITIVE 5, I WOULD! I ordered baking ingredients for my catering business and UPS lost my $600 package. Because the sender didn't give me the option to fully insure my package. As a buyer I am the one who had to eat the $600 loss. I'm a disabled woman in a wheelchair living on disability. Trying to make it by doing some side work to pay for my medical treatments. UPS didn't care. They refused to pay to order the product they lost. We spent hours on the phone waiting on hold just to finally get someone on the phone who I could hardly understand. The incompetence shown in this situation was stressful and I was so upset they cost me thousands that I could have made to pay for my medical care. UPS showed zero empathy for the situation. I was so frustrated that i began having minor seizures, and my fiancé had to take over the calls. A billion dollar company stole $600 from someone who lives on a measly disability check. They are ruthless and heartless, and I would NEVER ship through them again! There is a hot place in hell for heartless people like that. Because of their incompetence I can't afford my infusions and I will suffer pain from my health condition (RSD) the pain from my disease is the most painful condition known to man. My life literally depends on my infusions. Because of UPS, I won't be able to continue my treatments. The shipper is not willing to send me my order since it was not them that lost the package. I'm literally writing this looking through tears and in panic attacks since I know the intense suffering that is coming. I hate UPS for their heartless way they have handled this situation. I will NEVER ship UPS again! If you have anything your life depends on, I highly recommend that you use someone else!

Worst experience ever

I would like to describe my horrible experience with UPS Spain. One of the biggest problems with the Ups is impossibility to contact them. I didn't have any reply to my letters, the phone number from the website doesn't work, another one doesn't exist. The only way to know it — ask the customer's company. Usually "change the time of delivery" at the website of UPS doesn't work also, the time of delivery is the time when the people are working or studying. Two of the four of my deliveries were refunded to the customer's company because of incompetence of UPS's operators. I've asked them to deliver my package to the pickup point if they couldn't deliver my package at time when I'll be home, and after two days of silence I've called and was surprised that my package was refunded. The worst experience ever

Terrible!

Ordered an RTX 3090 off Amazon international and whilst the order arrived in the UK in less than a week, UPS delivering it was a terrible decision on Amazon's part. Had zero updates from UPS regarding delivery and found that my order had been left on my doorstep! Hopefully next time I order something from Amazon, they don't ship with UPS.

They lost my luggage and not helping
Another days passed and no helps from UPS. I cannot understand how a company can lose my luggage and fail to sort it out. It is now more than 10 weeks, yes 10 weeks I am chasing my luggage from UPS and their agent GoParcel and none of these incompetent companies can help. The only way to hurt these incompetent and worthless companies are to take legal action against them and boycott using them globally. They think they are too big to care for their customers. They take my money and don't give a toss as to what happens to my luggage. Crying out loud, you (UPS and GoParcel) have lost my luggage, compensate me. How hard it is? Don't just brush me aside by asking to go to your stupid Facebook and contact you. I did and nothing positive came out of it! You acknowledge that you have lost my luggage so why not just pay me back the money that you took (120 Euros) to deliver my luggage plus cost of my brand suitcase plus the cost of my personal belonging? This is unbelievable how arrogant you are not to respond to my emails and calls since mid August! UPS and GoParcel have not honor and integrity and do NOT care about customers. Just grab our money and forget about it! Shame on you BOTH!
