Worst company ever!

UPS is the worst company EVER! I live less than a mile from the UPS Store and they refuse to send ny package to the store without charging me 8 bucks. If you want you package to make it to your place without getting stolen at the doorstep send with someone else because UPS does not care where or who your package ends up with as long as someone pays the shipping. Especially around the holidays so good luck with this terrible company!

I had several bad experience on receiving parcel on time, and Ups don't tell you where's the parcel located, keep saying it's been delayed due to sortation error.
After multiple talking different agents on phone, and they told me the error has ratified and parcel will be delivered same day. But still not delivered. Day after days.
They lie to the shipper that they tried to call me, but the phone is not reachable. And they cannot deliver because of that!
That's a big lie, I never get any calls or emails from them.

UPS has unfortunately hired drivers that provide incorrect delivery information to cause greater difficulty for Chinese in my area. The notifications are changing days within the same 24 hours and signature required deliveries are "attempted" outside of the time/day given by UPS systems thus preventing packages from being received.

Sadly this has been brought to management and proof has been offered (emails and delivery times over multiple dates and only for those requiring a signature). Nothing has been done, not even an apology.

I ordered my nephew a Christmas gift and it was set on my porch with the package ripped open exposing the gift. Thanks a lot ups. You suck.

I had a package that was to be shipped using UPS, UPS never delivered my package rather they left it at an access point and updated it to deliver at residence, neither was I even told it was left at an access point or provided the location of access point.I had to file a claim which took 5 business days like that is not frustrating enough they went ahead to return the parcel back to the vendor and up till now am still trying to follow up with vendor for my refund to be processed. UPS thank you so much for ruining in my birthday gift that I never got worst service ever

DONT WORK FOR YONKERS NY‼
THEY JUST RIPPED MY SON OFF WHO HAS A DISABILITY AND WORKED TWO DAYS & TOOK TWO WEEKS TO PAY HIM!?!? $14.91? The Hesperia store is horrible wanted to charge me $11.00 or more by renting me a computer to print a return label. The store I bought my item told me to show e mail and that was all needed.U.P.S Sucks.Just try calling these ----------If you would like to get your blood pressure UP they are to lazy to even answer the phone.Go to a different shipper

UpS lied and said they delivered my package at my front door...When they sent the delivered status at 4:24 pm i read the delivered status 2 minutes after they sent it...went to the front porch and there was nothing there...i opened up an investigation...i got curious and went back to my original email from them and low and behold the closed the investigation saying they have proof they delivered it but why haven't they showed me the proof of delivery...They are liars and they know they are...i want to see this proof of delivery!

DO NOT USE UPS! I will pay extra shipping if need be! I reported to UPS that I had not received my package. The automated site doesn't recognize the tracking number, no matter how many times, no matter how clearly and slowly you read it. I tried calling the local UPS office. They suggested I contact to their distribution center. They said that the distribution center doesn't have a phone. I would have to drive over there and walk in. When I did, the UPS agent said they would look into, took my number and said they would call me the next day. When I didn't receive a call by day's end, I returned to the distribution center. This time the UPS agent suggested I check with my neighbors to see if they'd received my package by mistake, and gave me their phone number(!) and told me to call back if the neighbors had not. I did. They had not. So, I called the UPS center, only to discover that the number he gave me was disconnected! I AM DONE WITH THEM.

I really wish I could give them negative stars. First according to the driver, they made an attempt to delivery which failed for some reason (no one came to my house as I have cameras around my house and no one rang the bell). After calling 5 times to UPS, they said the package is on the truck and it will be delivered before 9pm today which never happened. So, I called 2 times again next day and they said it will be delivered today (also got an email from UPS with timeline) but 2 minutes after hanging up the phone, I got an email from UPS hub that my package is no where to locate. Hence, I called again and International department manager promised me it will be delivered before 7pm which never happened as it is on the truck after connecting with the hub. I called again and this time the CSR was so rude and even screamed at me for the fact I asked her to spell her name so I could write it down. She was so unprofessional that I can't even describe in words. I asked her if your supervisor does not call me back what should be my next step. She was not answering the question and kept saying I promise they will call back ij 20 mins which never happened. I called again after 1 hour and I insisted that if I have to hold for 1 hour I will like to speak with the manager. This CSR had the guts to say that I will talk to my manager and if we have to I will hang up the phone on me. After 15 minutes of ringing the telephone belll, someone picked up and they said it will be delivered before 9pm, at this point the time was 8.58pm. She said she cannot connect with the hub where it has been sent from, maybe the phone is not working or they are closed, she is not sure. Guess what…delivery never happened. All I heard is we are sorry but we can not reach the hub and the driver and no compensation of wasting 2 days of mine. Please look for smaller or any other big courier company, do not bother with UPS.

Worst ever!

Came home on my break to make sure I get my package and 2 hours later I'm told I won't receive it till tomorrow are u $#*!ing kidding me I'm already late to get back to work $#*! off will never use you guys again on either end

No delivery

Delivery drivers are either dropping off packages at the wrong house miles away or stealing them and marking delivered. 5th package in 3 months time period marked delivered,left at front door. Camaras shows NO ups driver at my door,driveway,or on the road.

WOW! NOT A COMPLIMENT!

I just received my guitar stand or should I say one half of my guitar stand. The box looks like it's been run over by the UPS truck a few times! There is a huge whole in it which I guess that's where the rest of it fell out! I don't know how you stay in business! I'd be ashamed to put my name on a delivery job like this!

Worse delivery company!

Second time in less than two weeks that "I missed them" but in reality they never even attempt to deliver my packages. I was waiting for them both days, all day and nothing. Now, I have to go and get my package from one of their locations.
I wish I could know in advance what courier a company uses, so I do not buy from them anymore. For now... Apple, Arc'teryx and Gymshark uses UPS so not planning to buy anything from them since they can not ensure the proper delivery.

UPS customer service is the worst I have dealt with. They lost/damaged my package containing sandals that didn't fit me so I returned to the company. But I have had to call at least 25-30 times to followup. I don't know where the calls get routed but no one speaks proper English. I must have spent at least 50 hours on this issue. I wish we had better choices and competition. And no one gives the correct answer. Horrible!

Ups steals packages. Doesn't deliver. Leaves little packages on driveway bc too lazy to put at front door. Maybe to avoid doorbell camera.

3 more deliveries after contacting ups. Of course front door... not.

Horrible Service
December 4, 2022

I never received something that I ordered. I was at work and never received my delivery yet the UPS driver marked the package as delivered and met with person which was a lie. I had proof that I was at work at the time of the so-called delivery. The delivery driver never even left an option for me to pick up my package. I filed a claim and two days later they closed the investigation saying that the package was delivered. I would not advise anyone to trust ups with their packages because the carrier can clearly steal your package and nothing will be done to help you. After this situation I refuse to deal with any company who uses UPS to deliver their packages.

Worst delivery ever

By far this has been one of the worst experiences with a company and their customer service since I was old enough to purchase things. UPS botched delivery at almost every step other than picking the package up. The delivery driver out right lied on both days that he said he tried to deliver. On the first day he reported that the business was closed, when I live in a residential home. The second day he stated that the receiver was not at home when I was outside cleaning my yard to put up Christmas lights. I called customer service at least 8 times during the delivery period to change delivery to just picking it up. They would not allow this and said that it would be delivered the next day, then changed to it being dropped at the local USPS office and would be delivered two days later. Once I received the package within an hour of it being dropped at the post office it was crushed on one side and ripped open on the other. I called and complained, and UPS said since it was no longer in their system, I could not make a complaint and call the shipper. Basically, passing any responsibility and washing their hands. I opened the box through the rip in the package and the inside box had also been opened and contents put back in messily. I eventually returned the item to Best Buy for a new one since I was not sure that the original even worked. I will never use UPS again and I advise everyone who has a choice to use someone else so what happened to me does not happen to you.

They said i can get it end of days. So i waiting for my parcel.
And they said next day... Next day... 5 times... Haha...
