It got delayed after somehow getting diverted from 30 miles north of me in Brownwood to El Paso in West Texas. Finally came in today after about a week, which is disappointing but oh well, and I open the package and this is what I find. Half of my order can not be used thanks to ups crushing all of the threads on it. At least i have a second one to use...
Dumbass delivery drivers need to go back to school and learn how to read. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'd rather deal with FedEx instead, at least their drivers deliver to the correct address. You cannot talk to customer service! They have VERY poor service and should be shut down
Called "customer service 4 times to find out about my package location and excessive fees! They claimed the tracking number I gave them was wrong yet I searched it and it showed up as in transit! Tried to ask for a supervisor and 2 times they just put me on hold and never came back!

Let me remind you. You are a shipping service and you're complete and total business model of responsibility is to deliver packages. Somehow you can't seem to get it through your thick head. Your company does not do this successfully. Consistently 99% of the time attempts to use your service is an absolute joke and failure. Tracking numbers don't work. Customer service is completely stupid and clueless telling me in my business personnel to go across town to pick up packages at access centers only to find out the access center says they don't have any recollection or any information pertaining to that. Guess we lost your package, absolutely ridiculous that you are still in operation. It's disgusting that people even consider you to be a valid company and absolute scam and the only positive thing out of it is my customers who receive FedEx packages. Simply also receive a letter included in the box to indicate the reason why you received a FedEx package is because of our negative experience with UPS do not use. Just give up UPS. You're a joke.
This is honestly one of the worst delivery companies out there. It's unbelievable how bad a company can be, it's absolutely remarkable. Not on one occasion have I had a bad experience, but every time I have a package delivered by them; I have to go see a doctor because my blood pressure sky rockets. What a horrible company. My last conversation with UPS arraangement was made that driver would return package ito the longwood office for pickup. I.went to counter provided ID was told driver wasn't there yet. The clerk stated that there was a problem Shipping address did not match. I told her don't live at Shipping address which is FedEx. She took the package to the back of the warehouse and refused to allow delivery. Asked for a mansger none available. No common sense a mare technicality. I wasted a whole day ⁶lost pay.up.

UPS has stooped to a new low. I've spent over two hours on the phone talking to bots, and being transferred from department to department trying to get my account reactivated after they billed a $4.44 cent late fees months after I paid a bill in 2022. Took them months to asses this fee. I didn't even know about it! The last customer service person lied, and then refused to transfer me to her supervisor. Unbelievable!
UPS treats its business customers TERRIBLY! RUN! USE FEDEX OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM. The only good thing about UPS are the drivers. THEY'RE AWESOME. Everything else STINKS!

UPS is the only company that leaves my packages outside. I have a big sign that says packages inside and it doesn't take any longer just open the door and put the package in SMH. One time they left my cell phone on the curb.
They have one job, deliver package to right address and they can't even do that.

I don't appreciate my packages being left by my mailbox that's right by the road. We have a porch we're packages can be out of the weather and no chances of being stolen. Our driveway is easy to turn around in and doesn't take long. Please have respect for others. If you don't care about your job and about delivering packages safely then get another job. Thank you!

I have been dealing with a claim now for over 5 weeks. And still no resolution. I have been lied to ignored laughed at and bullied. I have been told someone will contact me to schedule a time for inspection and nobody contacts me. I have been told my claim has been dismissed because a $925 charge for repacking a package was declined when the package was on its return to me. The same package had already been sent to Ohio for $97. With same contents to be returned to same address they wanted over $900. The only reason claim denied was for declining that c harge. Somehow the claim is reopened. And for the 4 time i have sent more pictures. Ever time i call im told different information. The employees i speak with can t be understood. This is ridiculous and ups should be a embarrassed i just can not believe anyone would be treated in this manner. I have never done a ratting before on anything in my life. I ordered a package on a Friday and it said that it was received at UPS ready for shipment on Monday and it just shipped out on Wednesday and said it won't be here for another week
For the most part I have had excellent experiences with UPS. I have had dozens and dozens of packages shipped overnight express from the same sender to me for 3 years now. However, I've had to take issue with my shipments recently, which are always the extremely urgent overnight envelopes. The driver didn't even come into our building or call so they could deliver it to my apartment, where I am always present since we work from home. They just stuck a pickup notice at the front entrance to the building and my online tracking said that they tried to make contact but no one was home, which was a lie. So that meant I had to take $25 round trip uber ride to the UPS store because the driver couldn't have been bothered to call me or take an elevator up to drop off the envelope.
And then today, it was getting to be 5:30pm and they still hadn't shown up so I called customer service who GUARANTEED me multiple times that it would be delivered before end of day. Then later I received another bogus update saying "We missed you. We are taking your package to a local UPS Access Point next business day for customer pickup.". AGAIN, this time I waited in the lobby for the guy to show up but simply nobody came by. So, they didn't "miss me" again, they never even showed up and now they're dropping it off at a UPS Store again where I have to spend another $25 and 45 minutes off of work to go pick up my package. And it warrants mentioning again that these were both extremely urgent overnight shipping options, but these drivers made it take as long as possible and that should be absolutely intolerable in a business with a global giant like UPS.
I spoke to customer service the morning after it wasn't delivered and he told me that I had to pick it up from the UPS store because the driver "had already made a delivery attempt and so he would have to change his route and delay the package by ANOTHER day!
Somehow they can it from British Columbia to Kitchener overnight, but it takes two days to make it the last 15 minute drive.
I had a parcel which included artwork(reportedly unrecoverable) destroyed in a fire while on UPS custody. I have had no corporate contact when I inquired of the negligence in one of their transfer centers in OK. I spent three weeks requesting information and pictures of the fire—and over 12 hours of phone contact trying to resolve issues of reimbursement and explanation. I have used UPS Stores throughout US and have the greatest respect for them, but they could not provide me with any details or contact info for corporate offices. Suspiciously, I am concerned that this was total negligence on UPS's part and could be a class action law suit if the total number of packages were known and if there were no preventative measures to prevent a fire in their warehouse. I also have never received a simple "I'm sorry for your loss" from any UPS personnel. My parcel contained two drawings by one of the most sought after artists in the world— resulting in a loss for the art world. I have had to use same UPS store again and they refused to prioritize my parcel and guarantee a safe delivery knowing of this situation. So unprofessional and non-transparent. Customer service has no regard for customer property or resolving negligent acts. No pictures are attached as UPS REFUSED TO FORWARD ANY TO CLIENT. We recently gave up on ever using FedEx again so shipped a package with UPS. It was next day air from Maine to the D.C. Area and the cost was $260. My wife watched a local UPS store clerk print a label at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th of February for delivery the next morning before 8:00 a.m. We did tracking with UPS and learned their system says the label was created at 5:03 p.m. on the 27th of February, okay no big deal about the time difference but the comment "UPS has not received the package yet" was a mystery. The UPS Store had it since 10:00 a.m. But here is the kicker, UPS tracking says the package did not have an "origin scan" until 5:48 p.m. on the 28th of February. UPS cannot account for why there is a 24 hour delay or why the package is still in Maine 10 hours after it was supposed to arrive at 8:00 a.m. in D.C. We had to request UPS return the package from one Maine location to the store in Maine where it was dropped off because I was going to be on an airplane returning to Maine on the 1st of March. It took over a day for UPS to get this package back to the store that was 30 minutes away. I had to go pick it up. And as this is written UPS is not returning our $260 so we will likely be seeking recourse through alternate channels.
So a really sad conclusion, at least for Maine, most of the proficient drivers at FedEx and UPS appear to have left these companies and are now working for Uber, Amazon, or somewhere else. Rapid package delivery is something Amazon can do but we have a lot of bad experience that says UPS and FedEx can no longer be counted on for results. Please visit your local post office for service that costs less.
