Paid $109.00 to overnight something. 3 days later not there can't find it. Was on the phone literally all day. People literally lie to you just to get you off the phone. As of tonight still don't have it. Was told at 11:00 am found package and we could drive to location and get it. They were suppose to call from location no one called. This was a very important document and now I am totally screwed thanks to UPS. Cost me a lot of money and a once in a lifetime opportunity. Thanks for ruining everything UPS. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They mess with people's lives and don't care. They are a very poorly run company and take advantage of people's trust in them. NEVER AGAIN.
UPS courier is the Worse service ever. Don't use UPS courier. My parcel never arrived. It was sent twice and after two months I got a notification that my service was disrupted and sent back to the sender. Both delivery and customer service are terrible.
Beware ordering anything to be delivered by UPS. First, they left my order AT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE, NOT MY ADDRESS! 2nd, you can NOT EVER get hold of a real person at the so called "customer service" phone number. They want your tracking number, and even if you give it to them, they will NOT give you a real person. I tried 10 times, different ways, and no live rep. I NEED MY PACKAGE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE, NOT THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE I AM A SENIOR WITH NO WAY TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE! And the post office expects you to go THERE to get it, because it is a 3rd party, not them actually. This is so stupid and I am so mad! I do not have family to go get it, or friends where I live now. BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM ANYONE OR STORE USING UPS IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER TO GO TO YOUR HOME DIRECTLY.
My package was due 04-05-23 between 12:30pm and 4:30 pm. After sitting in front of my open door for over four hours I got a notice of attempted delivery while the UPS tracking app showed the driver in the Taco Belle parking lot behind my complex. My complex has no gates, fences, codes, pets or anything else that could hinder delivery. I watched on the app over 4 hours while the guy drove all around me and passed me up 3 times. I am a disabled senior citizen and really don't need stress for no reason. I have contacted Midway USA and informed them as long as they use UPS I won't be doing any further business with them. These delivery charges are already outrageous anyway. I have had issues in the past from UPS and others with deliveries and will no longer wait to complain. With much hope my package will show up tomorrow but I have my doubts from past experiences. I don't know how the BBB gives them such a high rating when the reviews there are worse than here, go figure, no accountability. How can they improve service? That should be apparent.
Lost my phone in a river, so ordered a new one. I specifically chose FedEx (just a little better shipper) but the sender accidently messed up and sent it through UPS. Living without a phone is almost impossible since I need it both for school, work, and communication. UPS gave me a reasonable delivery time, but they do NOT deliver close to on time. On the tracking pager, there's a map showing where the delivery truck is, I literally watched the UPS truck pass BY MY HOUSE without stopping, but stopping 2 doors down. And then procced to leave on the map. LITERALLY THE WORST SHIPPING SERVICE IN THE WORLD. Heck, I'd have my package 3x as fast even with DHL.
I asked for a change of address, and was informed that it would be completed within 48 hours. However, it has now been 96 hours and I have yet to receive my order.

As a customer of 36 years, I'm very disappointed in how I've been treated. Demanding payment in 10 days is unreasonable. Closing my account because of an unpaid bill not received when bills after were paid. Telling me my account will open when paid then saying no you won't open my account us less I give you my bank account info. So, if someone gets my account info you can wipe out my bank account. Good by UPS hello Federal Express. I am small but if enough customers feel like me you will become small.
The absolute WORST goddamn delivery experience through UPS. The delivery driver was literally one street over from my street and marked my address as could not be located... My neighbor lives in the same building and received a UPS package a day prior... I paid for express services to deliver by Friday 3.31.2023 of last week... Today is Monday 4/3/2023 and I still have not received my package... I called the *******877 and was taken in a complete circle even after reaching a representative of whom seemed to be a complete WASTE of TIME but only for a paycheck! I absolutely dislike UPS and will NEVER order through such a horrible company of delivery service as those suckers! UPS NEEDS TO BE BPOYCOTTED AND SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY for seeming to falsely advertise for a delivery service, take customers money and treat customer in such a bully way to deliver customer package when UPS feels like it! Does anyone else have a problem with UPS deliveries not being delivered on time! I have received tracking information for three days that my package would be delivered today and of course it was not again! I saw out my window the UPS delivery truck pulled up to the end of my driveway, sat there about five minutes, the employee went into the back of the truck and came back to the drivers seat and drove away without leaving my package! This is very frustrating when you are expecting a package and you need that package and then it's not delivered on time! Why would they send me three days worth of tracking info and then not deliver!
I unfortunately get Ups deliveries every week despite the fact that I've asked all my vendors to ship fedex. Ups either loses the package or it's late every single time, regardless of when the estimated delivery is scheduled. Invaluable waste of time and resources to ship ANYTHING via ups!

800$, for items I didn't need but after 5 days of correcting the address and continuing to deliver to the wrong address. Then holding my package 3 cities away, I am livid. In a year I have 5-10 packages delivered by UPS and they all have issues, while on track and fed ex deliver them with no issue. This delivery company is a stain on good delivery services
I recently shipped a package internationally from Reno NV to Canada the package made it as far as Sacramento CA and then vanished into thin air well it didn't really vanish it was just plain stolen and now the only recourse I have is to file a claim and for anyone who has ever had to file a claim with UPS before we'll you know what a nightmare/waste of time that is. It's too bad UPS just doesn't give a $#*! about the rampant theft that occurs throughout their company. I know that I will never ship anything through them ever again. UPS=useless pieces of $#*!
I have cold food products and business related products that are time sensitive for personal use and my business coming to my house. I paid for the quickest delivery from venders and instead the UPS driver decided to claim my house isn't a valid address and wouldn't come down my side road and deliver said products to my house. I have FedEx, DHL, Amazon, USPS that have no issues delivering to my front step. I'm always having items shipped to my address almost daily. UPS drivers are extremely lazy. Now I'm having to wait extra time losing money from a important client and I have food that's supposed to be cold probably sitting in a truck going bad because some a$$hat didn't wanna take an extra 5 minutes to come down my street to deliver my stuff.
I paid $$ to enter an exhibition in PA. My painting was accepted into the juried show, I package it up and shipped it via UPS as requested by the gallery, in plenty of time for the exhibit date. Today my painting was returned to me. It never made it to the gallery. Somehow, they got my home address mixed up with the address of the gallery and sent my package back to me. I'll never use them again. From now on it's Fed-X.

I'm applauded at the poor customer service in Cleveland (University Circle).
The UPS store is at ******* Mayfeld Rd Cleveland, Ohio *******, Store #2697. My name is Lee Carr, and I entered this location around 1130 am to send tires to a family member. There are no signs posted about a return policy, none posted on the walls or under the counter, to inform customers of the rules and policies of the company.
I paid seventy-seven dollars cash ($77.00) and an additional ($1150.00) on a credit card to send my tires to a family. I returned home and found my receipt was faded, and I could not see a tracking number or any of the vital information (i.e., tracking number)
Upon returning to the store, I requested my money back as I had changed my mind about sending the tires (I did not trust William #*******). William needed to be more informed and have more knowledge to help me or reassure me that my item would be reaching its destination.
William and I got into a heated verbal fight over returning my funds.
The problem is this; the store has no signs about a return, exchange, or refund policy, none posted on the walls or under the counter in front of the register. No signs are posted on the doors leading into the establishment or on walls behind the register.
You only get notified on the receipt after paying for an item return policy. How is this fair? It could be better company practice. Right now, my credit card is tied up with this transaction. William is refusing to return my seventy-seven dollars (cash).
I request a full refund as I have my tires. They were never shipped, both in cash and on my credit card.
All UPS stores should have signs posted on the door, by the register, and on walls behind the register. The store employees should state that there are no returns or exchanges before accepting payment.
Horrible carrier. I prefer FedEx anyday. UPS old dirty broke down trucks, they cannot fulfill there obligations. I will avoid them at all cost. UPS sucks.
