I ordered something from Amazon and UPS stated they attempted delivery twice when in fact that is an outright lie. I was home all day both days. Never using UPS again.
From now on, if the product works only with ups, I will simply not purchase the product. The amount of nerves spent are not worth it. Will strongly recommend not to use it to anyone I meet. I had people lie to me, not return calls, mislead, the delivery to my home was simply not attempted, online updates were not updated, still don't have my package and don't know where it is. I wish everybody would learn not to use UPS and tell your places to switch over to fedex because UPS is slow at delivering people's products and here I'll wait for a package for delivery today and they decided that they're not going to deliver packages only when somebody signs form and I'm not gonna be sitting here waiting for them all day to cancel my plan so they need to start delivering my packages. I've had it. Multiple missing, no-attempt delivery and generally non-helpful staff who do not follow simple instructions. I hope sellers stop using this $#*!ty service.
Every time I am to receive a shipment via United Parcel Service, it never fails, they say they attempted delivery while I am working from home right in front of my front door and windows, which has not to date, been true. They constantly take the packages to delivery locations in the neighborhood without making any attempt to deliver to the original address. It is unacceptable to have to call and attempt to speak to someone other than a Bot to find out why this is acceptable behavior of their drivers and have to spend 15 or more minutes just to get an agent on the line. The package even says it was delivered to a pickup location a day before it was even scheduled for delivery. Then it updated to say it was delivered to my home, while I was on the phone with UPS, which again is untrue which I informed the agent of. If I find that a business uses UPS for delivery service, I will no longer be partaking in that business' services.

Like some big corporations, UPS makes getting through to a live agent an incredible nightmare of wasted time and holds. And the drivers (independent agents I think?) with this business are just as bad with not really caring about customers or basic customer service. Unfortunately, way too many of us are stuck with this corporate policy of no service (to save pennies of course). Shameful on do many levels.
The delivery guy did not attempt delivery and i was left a note that delivery is attempted. There is no way the UPS accommodates requests to help make deliveries easy.
Anytime I have a package being delivered if is coming ups it's a problem. Waiting two days for a package say be delivered by 8pm. Then it says due to the weather it's delayed. My package was coming from ups 4 miles from my house and we got a little rain and 1/4 inch of snow. Called ups and that was just the icing on the cake. Zero help Fedx not only come in a snow storm at ten at night but they drive up a hill to get to my house.
Once again UPS has screwed up a simple delivery. I watched my package go from MN to here in Dallas where it was preparing for delivery. (It should have went out for delivery) I check later in the day and it's in New Jersey! This is my wife's valentine! Funny thing is a month ago they lost my early valentine present. As a business owner and "bottom line" oriented, we have been forced to switch shipping away from UPS. The proverbial "straw that broke the camels' back" was the way that they handled an overnight shipment. We shipped 2 packages "overnight" and one of the two got lost by UPS. HOW DO THEY LOSE ONLY ONE OF TWO? They were virtually the same, and contained custom signs that are used to display speed when drivers go through a controlled speed zone.
UPS failed to pay our legitimate claim for a lost package. They shorted us over $600 and made us PAY FOR THE SHIPPING even though the package was lost.

Missed delivery, tag on door, UPS access point is down the street and I can't get my package til tomorrow? Called customer service and the guy talked over me the whole time. Redelivery could take up to 48 hours. That's unacceptable. Just because they're Unionized doesn't mean they can treat people less than. I can't even select a time frame, so I can be home for delivery. Access points should be available on the same day, NOT next day

This is the worst delivery company that I have ever used. The charges are quite high, I was charged about $80 Canadian for brokage fee. My package was $71 US and I paid $40 US for delivery, my package I was only 100 grams only which could easily be posted in the mail.

UPS really needs to make it possible for customers to be able to pick up their package the same day if they are not willing to re-deliver. Customers expediting their packages just to have to pick it up the next business day- what if it's saturday? That package won't be delivered to a ups site til Monday and that's hella inconvenient. Ridiculous.
If I could pick it up the same day of the initial delivery date, I wouldn't even care to write this review but this has happened waaaaay too many times.

I ordered a package the other day that I needed in a very timely manner and they only use UPS and of course it was supposed to be delivered today in the last second UPS changed the delivery day for 4 days later. So now the company that I ordered from has lost a customer because they're so unreliable.(on top of it the tracking says that my package is 15 minutes from my house)
