I sent two parcels for France (where I live) to my mother in Quebec. I had several problems at the start (with UPS France… another story, long and painful. See image for travel history), and they finally arrived one full week after the shipment (guarantee 2 working days) and two different days. I was a bit annoyed to say the least. When they landed in Montreal, things changed. I called and had people who helped me right away. And I had two persons from the Customer Service who helped us speeding up the process and fully understood and acknowledged the problems we had. They even called me on my cell phone in France! Montreal Five Stars Service, it changed everything (warm thanks to S and T). France 1 point, Canada 10 points.
As a first timer for UPS customer i did not expect to received my item in a short period, i ordered from February 19 and received it February 22,2020 it suppose to be date of 24, fast delivery and the item is in good condition. I'm a little bit prostrate only for tracking message regarding custom delayed but still you did a great job. Thank you
To UPS CEO Carol B. Tomé
I called the 1-800 UPS phone number and wanted to speak with a real person, but THE HIDEOUS, IMPENETRABLE UPS PHONE BOT KEPT BLOCKING ME. FROM ONE WOMAN TO ANOTHER, WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT? WHY NOT MAKE IT EASY FOR UPS CUSTOMERS TO SPEAK WITH A REAL HUMAN BEING? BY GIVING THE HIDEOUS UPS PHONE BOT SO MUCH CONTROL, I FEEL YOU ARE CONTRIBUTING TO THE RAPID DOWNFALL OF THE HUMAN RACE AND HUMAN SOCIETY. SHAME ON YOU FOR THAT.😵😵😵
My experiences with UPS delivery have been a mixed bag. On the positive side, UPS offers reliable and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages within the estimated timeframe. Additionally, their tracking system provides real-time updates, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipments. However, there are areas for improvement. UPS's customer service can be inconsistent, with some representatives providing helpful assistance while others offer less-than-satisfactory support. Furthermore, delivery delays can occur without clear communication, leaving customers uncertain about the status of their packages. Overall, while UPS delivers on reliability, enhancements in customer service and communication would further enhance the delivery experience.
Sir, Dec 13: we sent two large packages via UPS to Miami, from Illinois.
They were delivered but we did not know, we made several calls e mails no answer.
Would be good if the delivery guy can inform us... package delivered, Received by John,
We paid over $176.00 delivery charges.
A phone call or e mail will do.
The receiver eventually notified us after 16 days,
I order quite a lot of things online, and UPS usually ships them as they tend to be larger items. Sometimes the boxes come damaged, i've called UPS on this many times, and it doesn't look like there's much they can do about quality controlling their drivers. Overall, i'd say 80% of the time the boxes come good, the other 20% there are dents/scratches what have you.
It seems that lately UPS has fallen way behind on getting deliveries correct and to the intended recipient. When you receive an email stating your package was left at the front door you expect to see something lying near your front door and with most houses having some type of security camera in stalled it's hard to see how there is no occurrence of a package drop off but yet still there is that infamous email from UPS saying the package has been delivered. Either the drivers are getting more incompetent or they are ripping off the customers and stealing the packages. Just something to think about! Where are our packages UPS?
I never had many issues with UPS until I downloaded app, put in preferences, etc. Then it all went to hell. I never knew when or where my packages would go. They ignore preferences and send your packages to far away locations when you live a few blocks from another! No one knows what is going on, no one can help you, if you are incredibly lucky and finally speak to a human, the say they will fix it and some one will contact you "within an hour"… never happens.
I have had great luck with UPS over the years. No real problems -- ever.
At a time they were a welcome alternative to government-run USPS. Now they are fairly equal in terms of dependability and efficiency.
The drivers that I have known are very nice with strong work ethics.
I can always tell by the sound of their trucks, that it is UPS. They use repurposed trucks which is another plus in my book.
Four stars for UPS...
UPS the worst delivery company ever. They delivery
Wrong address each time. Can you hire people who can read numbers? My five years old boy can do it. Each time after ups left, we have to looking for our packages all of over our neighbors. When we called ups customer service *******910) she wouldn't listen, just told us to contact the seller. I hate UPS.
I have stopped being a UPS convenience center due to the charges being incurred from UPS. My company is out in the middle of nowhere. 40 miles one way to the nearest UPS store. UPS has been charging us penalties of $250.00 to $300.00 a month. They said it is because we are not selling 5 packages a week. Yet the last week we were accepting packages we took in 49 drop off packages. My Quartey rebate was $73.00. Now they are still charging my Credit Card $107.00 for Aug so far. Even though we canceled services as of 7-31-24. They even have charged me a late fee. How do you incur a late fee when they have a credit card on file to run the payments? If they did not submit the payment on time, they have no right to charge me a late fee. The supervisor said they will not refund the late fee. I am very disappointed with UPS. Beware small business if the approach you to set up a convenience center. I would prefer to choose 0 Stars.
Whoever designs the delivery route is either on drugs or just dont give a F***, i am always one of the last stops on their route, they will drive by my house several times day and still deliver my packaged at 7 pm. When they deliver to the wrong address which happens every so often. I have to talk to the employees at maple grove, which is suck a treat, they love to degrade and abuse you on the phone. For example, how do u known it was delivered to the wrong address, thats not possible we talk photos. Yes, i know that it's how i know you delivered it to the wrong address, that's not my house, i could go on and on!
Waited a whole day for my package and it never even showed up. Package was then delayed for 4 DAYS.
Contacted customer service, they didn't do anything to help my delivery or give me any kind of compensation. All I can say is I'd rather have urethra cancer than get delivered by them.
I have been trying to over 3 months to get UPS to allow me to file a claim on a package they lost. They keep denying the claim even though they admit they lost it and I have the right to file the claim, it keeps getting stopped. It does no good to pay extra for insurance when they lose the package and you try to file the claim it will be rejected.
I find it incredible that this company is still in business. Even though there is a UPS drop centre in our town, the closest they can get a package is about 100km (60 miles) away. On top of that expect a 30% brokerage/tax fee, and an additional charge if they don't feel like delivering to your area. Don't expect to be notified, unless it's to tell you the package has been returned. If it were possible to give less than 1 star...
It is my sincere hope that this company goes bankrupt/burns down/drowns/etc. You get the general idea.
I have been dealing with UPS for package deliveries this year, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Here are the issues we've encountered on at least ten different occasions:
Repeated Failure to Deliver on Time: UPS has consistently failed to deliver our packages on time. This has caused us significant inconvenience, especially when we have critical deadlines for projects and events.
False Claims by the Fort Smith, AR Driver: We have caught the driver on camera several times falsely claiming that he attempted delivery. He has marked packages as requiring a signature and left notices without ever stepping out of his vehicle. On one occasion, he placed a notice on our travel trailer parked in front of the house, claiming he was afraid of our dogs, who were inside the house.
Lack of Accountability: Despite numerous complaints, the local UPS center has shown a complete lack of concern. They refuse to escalate the matter to the center supervisor, even though this driver has a history of complaints.
Discrimination Against Rural Areas: It is clear that UPS does not prioritize customers in rural areas. We are just 9 miles past two towns with over 110k people, yet we are treated as a low priority. FedEx and other vendors manage to deliver to us without any issues, proving that our location is not the problem.
Overall, UPS's service has been abysmal, and their lack of response to our complaints shows that they do not care about their customers. I would not recommend UPS to anyone who needs reliable and timely deliveries.
I shipped a package at Staples and got a tracking number 1Z9WX*******874. UPS claims they have not received and staples claims UPS has the package. May I get a refund because it seems you cannot track the package and yet the tracking number is there.
🌟
I recently visited the UPS Store on Red Run Blvd, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Not only did they overcharge me for a mailbox, but their representative displayed unprofessional behavior. When I requested contact information for the owner or manager, they outright refused.
Overall, I would caution others about using this particular UPS Store location. Transparency and professionalism are crucial, especially when dealing with customer inquiries.
Remember that reviews are essential for improving services, and I hope your feedback reaches the right ear
Opted to work from home to specifically wait on a UPS delivery. Delivery was expected between 11:45a and 3:15p or so. Next thing I receive a notification that an attempt was made and no one was home and another attempt would be made the next day. I was furious! To make matters worse, apparently, there is no live customer service support. Everything is automated and it's just one complete circular mess. If you want to possibly change the drop off or pick it up at a UPS location you have to sign up for their UPS My Choice® program but when I log into UPS it tells me I'm already enrolled in the program but when I choose to make changes it tells me I need to enroll in the program. I basically gave up as there are no other options. Will just tape a sign on the front of my door letting them know I am at home and to please ring the bell multiple times. It's incredibly disappointing that such a big company has such meager and basic services available to its customers.
Why have a problems only with UPS delivery? Courier didn't come I was waiting him and put my package to pick up location 38 min from my home
Why it's never happens with usps and fedex?
It's worse service in Beverly Hills not recommended ups
Answer: Because there is ZERO accountability at UPS and they dont care about customers or having business ethics. Answer my question if you can.(Click on my profile and see it)
Answer: Because the management orders the people under them to do it, so it looks good on UPS. And most customers dont bother to complain or write reviews.
Answer: It's driver preference and they don't care. I complained about this. I'm constantly getting medical supplies delivered and they don't care
Answer: Because they don't care! For the life of me, I can't understand why anybody uses them as a delivery service.
Answer: Because they are a very poorly run company. It doesn't even run its offices domestically well, as you can see by the overwhelmingly negative reviews on this site. Use any shipping service over UPS.
Answer: UPS is a disgrace. They are a disregardful and careless business who lies to their costumers. Absolutely will not support ever again!
Answer: Sadly, today the term racist is used to define almost anyone that we disagree with. I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
UPS has a rating of 1.4 stars from 2,216 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with UPS most frequently mention customer service, next day and tracking number. UPS ranks 395th among Shipping sites.
