Ups from Midway Arkansas has by far the worst management and delivery service. The driver with the help of the terminal manager just throws packages in the words, have been left for days to get snowed on, rained on, and who knows what else. It's about time upper management gets a grip on the weakness of this hub and makes changes to keep customers.

Delivery was late.

Delivery was 2 days late and the UPS tracking does nothing. Who cares if the package arrived in some random nearby town at the start of the day if it's going take you two more days just to arrive! For a service that demands a delivery fee this is simply unacceptable. Just order from Amazon this entire company is a joke.

The worst shipping company ever! I've been waiting for my package for 3 days. Every time they send me a message " sorry we missed you " I'm at home and no one even comes next to my door. The last time I received a message "we missed you again" I was sitting in front of my door for 2 hours! Please, stay away from UPS.

Ridiculous company

These people told me my package was going to get delivered to my house. But they only had the option of signing for the package. Well said it got dropped off. And it definitely did not. I called the general number. They don't even give you an option to tally to a representative.
I called another ups location and they told me the UPS ALWAYS has people not being able to find their packages. That they mark a package as delivered and then delivery actually the next day. What an appalling service.

Had a phone delivered to my house via UPS and this is the box I received just a few minutes ago from UPS. Y'all are the most careless crappy shipping company I have ever seen. Your employees do not care about the customers stuff. Something super heavy was sat on top on my box with a cell phone in it. Worse shipping ever

UPS customer service is the worst I have dealt with. They lost/damaged my package containing sandals that didn't fit me so I returned to the company. But I have had to call at least 25-30 times to followup. I don't know where the calls get routed but no one speaks proper English. I must have spent at least 50 hours on this issue. I wish we had better choices and competition. And no one gives the correct answer. Horrible!

False delivery dates - no customer service - nothing you can - awful terrible company- they get their business from overseas and real customers in western world are at their mercy. If you are having goods imported from abroad make sure they don't use UPS. Because you won't get your package.

UPS stole My Package
November 23, 2020

UPS driver stole my package and then deleted two destinations off their website tracking. UPS has lied repeatedly about the package even being out for delivery as they claim tracking can't be altered. I have attached the screen shots which show they did infact do that. I have gotten calls from UPS which claimed that the driver could not deliver it without verification of my address which is a joke as the delivery driver was at my house with the other part of my order.

WOW! NOT A COMPLIMENT!

I just received my guitar stand or should I say one half of my guitar stand. The box looks like it's been run over by the UPS truck a few times! There is a huge whole in it which I guess that's where the rest of it fell out! I don't know how you stay in business! I'd be ashamed to put my name on a delivery job like this!

A disgraceful service.

I chose this courier hoping to get something good, but I was wrong.
I sent a package from the UK to Italy and after 20 days I still don't know when it will be delivered. The courier reports inability to deliver but have never tried to deliver. They write on the website "Today within the day delivery" but no one shows up to deliver.
I have written at least 10 emails to customer service but no solution has been put in place.
A shameful phone customer service.
Absolutely never again this service.

Paid for 3-day delivery for a package that is temperature sensitive. Included 4 day ice packs for the ride. Was told that the truck "broke down" 3 days ago so now delivery will take a full 7 days. With the heat the U.S. is experiencing, the contents will be ruined and most likely a customer will be lost. Do they own only one truck in Illinois?!. My business will NEVER use this company again.

Garbage Company

Garbage company. Absolutely makes it impossible to talk to a live human. In fact, its AI voice also has the rudest manner I ever have encountered with one of those situations, telling you right off the bat you will not reach a live person and then hangs up on you, especially if you do not play the pointless game with AI that produces nothing anyway. Furthermore, if you want to pick up your package at UPS, if that is even possible, as in most instances UPS makes that impossible too, you have to pay a $20 yearly membership fee just to even pick up one package. As said, the company is scum. Perhaps at one point it was something better. Fed EX is MUCH better all the way around.

UPS meaning: It can't get worse

1 star because there is no option for zero stars. I really don't understand why multinational companies like DELL, WD, and others opt for UPS when delivering their products. UPS service is the worst I have ever experienced. The drivers are so lazy that they never call or try to contact the person. When they get late due to their laziness and are not able to deliver products to the customers, they simply update "The customer was not at the address". This company's license should be immediately cancelled and I am also thinking of moving my plea to the local court here in the Netherlands.

I respect their hard working drivers and fast deliveries, however, when you have an issue with shipment - good luck getting someone to help! The robot on the phone is designed to end your call and not connect you to support. Their website information and the one from the robot differs greatly. The site shows the package being prepared for shipment while the robot tells you there is an issue and to file a claim. Which one is it?

Package sent to South Carolina instead of Ohio. It's been put on hold for 3 days and counting! How is a late package not seen as a priority. Spoke with Amazon and UPS several times. Only to get a insincere apology and a unfulfilled promise that they are on it.

Always problem

It's the only company give me all kind of problems with they service. Drivers left packages Al over campground, or sending it back.Unfortunately some Amazon sellers don't have any other options to send a package, if they do I would never use UPS they are suck, nothing but problems.They should at least send you a picture where they dropped your stuff. No responsibility for nothing make drivers dropping packages wherever or maybe never deliver it and says it was delivered. No thrust for UPS at all.
If you have option to use some different delivery, do it.Do not use them!

Excuse after Excuse

My order was "Out for Delivery" and then the night ended. So I called UPS and I was told "something wrong with the package" like it was an Alien, mean while it is a T-shirt. When I call them out on that it is we have not heard from the driver so just need to wait. What? It was out for delivery why did you not deliver it, Then instead of just delivering the next day because they were mad they moved my delivery date to literally 4 days later. So whatever you do beware the childish revenge when you let them know you do not believe the lies they tell. I would rather have honesty. $#*! service. Sent parcel, it was delivered to local shop probably because they can't be bothered to deliver door 2 door, I done call, request to deliver again, they call me that the delivery driver could find my parcel in the lockable shop, and they said don't worry we will tray again in few days and your parcel will be there. So I cancel all this nightmare and sent to my customer another parcel by Hermes. The other I requested to deliver to me back to sender. After one week still nothing. Can't apply for claim its showing me mistake, and robotic idiots who is working on customer service can't help. *******@king nightmare

Poor upon poor
February 8, 2022

I don't know where to start, the lack of customer service or the lack of their ability to delivery packages. Just overall poor, I live in a private, gated community that has some dirt roads, nothing crazy. But they will not deliver packages of there is a drop of snow on the road and the excuse is emergency or sever weather. Living in PA, I'm not even sure if they deliver packages in here between the months of November to march. If they cannot deliver on the roads how they are today. They might as well give up delivering parcels.

Item attempted to drop off- no call- no knock

UPS tried to delivered at 12:21 noon

No knock
No phone call
Email was sent that it would be delivered between 2-6 didn't think I needed to sign for it. It is such an inconvenience as I already waited long enough. Hire people who would get the job done. Or attempt to do it right.
