2-sided convention fabric banner with LED light

Amazing.
I really can't say enough positive things about UPrinting and their service. The banner was printed beautifully, the fabric is strong and high quality. The assembly of the frame is very easy and everything arrived so quickly. I will be ordering more of these in the future.

I made the design when they sent the prof I didn't notice they got the number wrong.
I asked for a discount since I did not catch the mistake and paid extra for the shipping.
I was pretty much told to kick rocks. Stay away from this company!

I bought three retractable banners, and on the second use, two of the 3 printed banners came unattached from the retractor. Two agents said exactly the same thing, that "we do not warranty anything we sell. The customer has 30 days to check our the product". Beware.

Shipping fees

I have been using U-Printing for over a year printing many items from trifold brochures to business cards to leaflets to banners...
I finally MUST STOP... I cannot afford the shipping rates of this company.
I tried to place an order today for a box (1000) business cards... shipping to Florida... shipping STANDARD delivery was 31.53. They told me they follow FEDex rates... I know better as all shipping companies give great rates to companies that ship a lot of freight. Time for me to say good by to Printing! Shipping should not be a separate profit center...

Hi amazinghazel's a. We want to thank you for being a loyal customer and do not wish to see you go due to our shipping rates. However, the costs we have are provided by the carriers we ship through. Our default carrier is FedEx but we do ship via UPS and USPS/DHL which might have more cost effective rates. Customer have the option to also use personal shipping account on most of our products which will remove our shipping rates. We would be more than happy to take a look at your recent order to see if one of our other carriers have a better shipping rate. Uprinting is amazing!

Uprinting always does an amazing job with our projects. They help out in so many ways! Even when we don't know how to fix things on our end, they are always willing to step up and do what they can on their end! We have bnen using them for years.

We have used UPrinting a few times over the years but no more. We ordered 250 - 24x36 posters. They had the best price among a few others that we looked at. Unfortunately, they do not have enough concern or show enough care in the shipping of the product. The box was totally destroyed, and we lost 12-15 calendar posters because of the damaged box. I contacted customer service and they basically said that unless I had pictures of the damage, there was nothing they could do. We decided to no longer use U-printing. We might pay a bit more but in return we will get products undamaged and deal with companies that have better customer service.

Dont waste your time
April 29, 2020

Attempted to order a mass quantity of custom refrigerator magnets but needed a sample kit to determine the best size and shape. I ordered this sample kit 4 times. First order confirmation was for a paper sample kit, second time they sent my samples to a town in new jersey that i never heard of, third time never got a confirmation fourth time also no confirmation. These people use a foreign customer service that just screw everything up. I wondering if they are losing more money in orders then they are saving using this terrible call center. I know they lost my business which would have been substantial. I'm still looking for magnets but not here... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!

Made an order of 200 3 by 5 in notecards which product totaled $130 and they wanted $170 for shipping. Even contacted them and they confirm that that is the going price. Needless to say I did not order from them due to the high shipping rates. Don't waste your time creating your order because you may have to abandon it due to shipping costs.

Terrible customer service
December 29, 2021

I am a long-time customer and have always been satisfied until this year. This time they failed to meet the printing deadline for my Christmas cards, then failed to meet the shipping deadline not just once but twice. I had paid a lot extra for the delivery date they promised me, and they were late. They told me they would refund for missing the print date or missing the shipping date, which would be satisfactory to me, but they will refund for only one or the other as that is their policy. My policy is to find an online printing company with good service and ethics.

Looking for a new printer
February 17, 2020

I have used Uprinting for years and multiple projects they have always been great. However, I am not looking for a new printer. I called to ask why my order was going to take so long to ship and they said because I selected 6 days for printing (it defaults to this so maybe I did) and ground shipping. Because it would arrive too late I asked how much to expedite the shipping. I ordered 4 separate business cards and was told I would have to pay $50 for each box to be shipped to the same address so, $200 in shipping. The rep said they charge for each item to be shipped individually even if its all in the same box. Obviously Uprinting is making money on the shipping-wow.

The prices for shipping are regulated and given to us by our carriers, we do not control those costs and the reason why we charge shipping on each item is because we do not bulk/group ship. Not all orders can be or will be produced in the same facility. Essentially, all items even if under one order number are actually an order unto themselves.

I will not recommend anyone for doing business with this company and neither will I be placing any more orders in the future. This is by far the worst experience received and poor, shabby work. I spent a lot of money with your company and for your quality department to totally IGNORE my issues is unacceptable.

Please do not use. Had the worst experience with stickers, never got the half of the order, reached out to them and they said they had it. Then it took ago month to talk to someone... guess someone threw it away. And we didn't get a refund. $#*!ty overpriced stickers.

Fast and helpful

I was working with a very short deadline and realized I had made a mistake on the order. UPrinting Staff could not have been more helpful, fixed the problem and got the order to me in plenty of time. Very courteous, helpful, and excellent product.

An Absolute Nightmare
April 14, 2022

They folded my large poster which deemed it unusable for my artwork. They ignored my request for a reprint and I disputed my credit card charge. Several months later (long after the project was long over and redone by another company) they tried to reach out, hand me off to several people asking the same questions over and over. The last straw was when they asked me if the poster was usable (?) and then offered me a store credit.

I purchased business cards from uprinting based on a referral. The finished product was not what I expected. I designed the card and requested uprinting create my design. I have not received a solution to this problem nor have I had any responses from uprinting. The customer service is horrible. I will never order from this company again.

My business cards came half sized(2x2) instead of standard(2x3.5". When I called they offered me replacement but the replacement order printing cost was $22 which was listed online for $19.99.

Hi Sulu. We see that you called to replace Job #06282021, an order for 2" x 2" business cards, with an order of standard 3.5" x 2" business cards. According to this order's notes, the price for this item as listed on our website did not match the price in our backend system. We offered a discount to match the price advertised on our website. After it was explained that larger business cards cost more to print, a 50% discount was requested. This request was refused and the call was ended.

The product I had received was not what I had expected. I called them to find out what I can do about it and all they could did was tell us to keep the product that we can't use and they will take 30% off our next order. Don't think we will be using them again if that's all that can be done.

I placed an order for 3 banners on Sept 29,2015. Confirmation of payment of order was sent to me. Uprinting did not send any other communication about any issues, so I waited the time I was told and gave them more, til Oct. 23. I spent time initiating communication and was sent communication that there was an issue, I corrected the issues via email response to Uprinting. I looked online today and it was not in print or shipping status. I spent more time online chat and called and the issue I solved in the email was not settled. Very poor experience for me. I wasted a lot time and hopes with getting a product I pre-purchased and ordered. Frustrated. Be wary!

I have placed and received two (2) 250 each book mark orders from this company. The quality is excellent but their shipping fees are outrageous! They refuse to ship orders by any other medium than FedX. The cost is nearly $16 for a small box of product. I have been shipping 3 pound books all over country (including Hawaii) for about $4 via USPS. Although their product price is reasonable, their shipping cost is way out of line!
