I have ordered numerous products from UPrinting and have always been more than pleased. UPrinting has taken my "less than perfect" graphics and improved them immensely. They are my go-to for printed items.
I ordered oval static cling vinyl labels. I received stickers. When I asked them to fix it, they refused. They blamed me for the issue. I wrote at the top of the artwork "clear static cling vinyl." They refused to do anything about it.
I am going to try and fight it with my credit card company.
I used UPrinting for a custom sticker order I needed with a pretty tight deadline. UPrinting was extremely helpful throughout the designing and ordering process, and I received my order on the estimated day of delivery. I was worried with designing the stickers myself that the quality would be less than desirable, but I was impressed with the job UPrinting did. Very satisfied and would recommend.
Am very disappointed with Uprinting. The overall quality is good and the prices are also good, but the online order process and customer service are unbelievably bad. Have been a Vistaprint customer and am going back. Proceed with caution when dealing with Uprinting, they are NOT interested in retaining a repeat customer! Linda S.
I have used u-printing for a few years now, placing banner, postcard, and label orders. Always great. I always ask for a proof, which is so helpful. Yesterday I ordered 1000 stickers and was told I didn't select proof (how? I always select proof), so they went to print without me viewing them and are totally ruined (wording is transparent on them- you css as my even read it). The live chat was SO long and slow and then, on the phone, difficult to understand... but they offered to recycle them for free and give me 10% off if I decided to reorder. That was a kick to a loyal customer. I won't be using them again. Small mom and pops may be more $, but they don't print 1000 of something without seeing something is out of whack and then still charge the customer the full price... with a 10% discount to order the same thing again. Boo!
This place is garbage. Would have paid 700 for business cards. Something told me this business is bad so I ordered 200$ worth of business cards and they still haven't shipped almost a week and a half later...

We had a slew of products that we needed to get, and UPrinting really came through for us. The print quality really exceeded our expectations, and has helped us maintain a professional presentation. I am a huge fan of the online design tool. It made it so easy to create our new notepads from scratch. The tool also made it incredibly easy to upload and incorporate our new logo into our products.
This company is great to workk with. Customer care is a pleasant experience should you need them. The website is easy to navigate for ordering which makes a big difference on my workday. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I had to make some "missed punch slips" for our new system for my employees to use... this was a SUPER easy website to create the perfect slips... I will definitely be using them again. Price was great and the quality was PERFECT. Better than I expect
My latest order was for appointment cards. The printing and the colors were sharp and clear. The card contents were exactly where they were designed to be (no shifting, no offset, no stretch or bleed). The card stock was very bright (white was chosen background) and no paper defects were found in any of the cards.
This company and their phone service are terriible. Hard to talk to people who have such rough English and they take forever on the phone. I placed an order and had to adjust the artwork and they held up the order until I paid the additional $25. I Paid the additional $25 and they sent me the exact same artwork without any changes for me to proof They are great at apologizing but do nothing to improve their service.Never Again!
These business persons are apprentices, they don't have a clue what they do. I order magnet business cards, then they send me the proof, and I returned 3(Three) Times! After that, they sent me another that looks good, hoever, they did it as the wanted without respecting my final approval. I got a very very horrible job. I open the box in front of them, and they refused to repeat the job because I open the box. Can you believe that? I told them I had to open the box in front of you because I have to see the job how was done. They did not respect people. In my 30 years in this business, this is the first time I find a beginners and inexperienced guys in a printing business.

They messed my business cards up and they took 2 1/2 weeks to get to me also when I asked for a refund they refused to give me my refund back when they saw and admitted there was a problem with my business cards. They have no code of ethics for there customers and treated me like I was an idiot on the phone.
I ordered 2 magnet for my truck a couple day ago, the magnet didn't work but is not just that the quality of the image was really bad they will make you pay for them to fix it before you pay for it on website, and you don't even know how to do that on website wtf, I noticed that when I contacted the customer support and they told me that, they were really awful. I really don't recommend this website for your business, website is awful, prices are awful, customer support is awful, and the quality of your product is the worst you will find
I needed business cards and stickers within a week and had many questions about payment and shipping along the way, but I utilized their 24 hour calls and they were super super helpful for every question.
I did not read my order fully before submitting so I was not going to get my order by the date i needed it by unless I paid $70 is extra shipping fees... I was about to cancel my order on the phone with the 24 hour customer service line, but they sat on the phone with me for an hour trying to figure out a way for me to get all of my items on time and for the lowest payment possible. Needless to say all of my items arrived on time and I would have been out $60 for the items if I would have cancelled them, so I am very grateful for the amazing customer service the showed me throughout the process.
Very happy with the order I placed. The only issue is that it did not have a hole for the hang tag which was probably my fault when I ordered the tag. I have remedied with with a hole punch and I would absolutely order again,
I started new company and hired Uprinting for my business cards, flyers and car magnet initially they provided very good service when i ordered less quantity but I ordered higher quantity they changed my color scheme from navy blue to purple and refused to fix it as per their company policy.
I spoked with one of their Manger and she was not in a mood to talk or solve my issue.
As per her their machine not capable to print same colors every time, as per her navy blue change to purple is within color calibrations. For me i am not happy due to bad quality of color due to their machine incapability.
I would not recommend doing business with UPrinting. Their customer care is NIL. I had an aspiration to work with them, but the care they provided me after an issue with the first poster was beyond disappointing.
If you will ever have an issue with a product, they will through the book at you with all the reasons why they should not work with you to solve the problem. STAY AWAY!
I ordered a bunch of business cards and received an email saying it was delivered. They we're not delivered I never received the cards. After emailing and complaining I was basically accused of lying and the issue was never resolved.
