I ordered a bunch of business cards and received an email saying it was delivered. They we're not delivered I never received the cards. After emailing and complaining I was basically accused of lying and the issue was never resolved.

Beware your personal info

You create your order, you start to place your order and find the shipping charges are outrageous. So you cancel, leaving behind ALL your personal info and your design. I'm sure they are sharing and selling your info, and using your logo are artwork. Just another scam operation. Please stay away.

Do Not Give Them Your Business!

I received my sign and it was blurry and unusable. I asked for a refund and after two days of back and forth they agreed to give me $7! What a joke. I told them to keep it. In comparison I ordered a sign from a competitor and they emailed and asked if they could adjust it so it would be sharper. Theirs came out perfect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. You can see from my order confirmation pic they said they would contact me if my image would not print correctly but they never contacted me. They just printed it blurry and sent it.

To say they do not value customer service is an understatement. We have tried to contact them on several occasions and never got our issues resolved. We requested more information and callbacks and they were never received. We finally decided to make the order anyway and got an email the next day that it could not be completed. We contacted customer service via chat and after 40 minutes it is still not resolved. I was told the order would be canceled and we would get a call from a manager and neither of those things happened. Very disappointed.

Stay AWAY

I had a flyer done and it was so bad it was an embarrassment to show it, they charged $50 dollars for one of their designers to complete it and it was a waste of money, they have to stick to printing only.

Misleading ordering process
March 31, 2022

I searched for self-seal, business envelopes and UPrinting came up with a good price. I uploaded my return address art and went back and forth with the proof. Had to send a pdf as the jpg wasn't sharp enough. I get my envelopes and they are all gummed! I call and am informed that I had to call in and request self-sealing when I placed my order. In fact, it does specify gummed at the very bottom of the web page, not in the order information. No refund an when I compare gummed, custom envelopes, UPrinting is way more expensive!

Horrible quality

I purchased 1000 business thank you cards from them. First of all their shipping price is staggering. They offer absolutely no free domestic shipping, doesn't matter how much you're spending.

Secondly and most importantly, the print quality is HORRIBLE. I purchased a stock image from their design platform and emailed customer support to make sure that the final products will not have the watermark & serial number, in which they assured me. What did I see when I opened the package... poor quality, pixelated print WITH watermark and serial number.

Last but absolutely not least, the cards are all dirty. Yes all 1000 of them. Smuged and stained with red and white spots.

I should have trusted all the bad reviews I read about this company but against all odds, because of the affordable price, I went with them anyway.

Believe me when I say TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS and choose other company.

Shipping costs are regulated and given to us by our carriers, we do not control those costs, and the reason why we charge shipping on each item is because we do not bulk/group ship. One workaround that a lot of our customers have found to be helpful is for one to use their own FedEx or UPS shipping account. If you have your own account then we can use it for shipping, and you will only need to pay for the print cost of a job.

Not recommend!

I did order, paid for business cards, design, and delivery. It takes over 3 weeks to receive my order. 20% of my order amount was missing! I contacted uprintting and told me if production can make it and send it to me. No one returned back to me. I called again, and they still did not ship the rest of the order

I ordered 13 different inserts, 250 each, to be printed on glossy 100lb paper. I received the inserts but they were printed on 32lb paper, only. 004" thick. The 100lb paper should have been. 007" thick. The inserts for our product bags are so flimsy that we can't use them. Called Customer Service and they said their 100lb weighted paper may not be the same as other company's. Said they would reprint for half the price. I paid $646.00 for a stack of thin paper, not useable. Poorest Customer Service I've had the experience of dealing with and I've been in business for over 40 years. Look local for your printing needs. They are sending me a sample packet to show their thickness of paper. No one would verify the paper used for our order.

Poor quality control

I had uprint make me bookmarks. On many of the bookmarks, the background color did not extend to the whole surface as it should. Also, it was difficult to make an edit that I wanted and the first chat rep could not help me. The second one could.

I ordered their step and repeat banner. I paid overall 400+ dollars with shipping, and they sent me a banner with one big logo on it. Their mistake... yet they are offering me a discount to reorder. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE!
They do not honor their errors!

HORRIBLE!
April 28, 2020

I placed an order on March 10th, I never received my order! I later realized it was because I forgot to add a "c" to my address! Ok, my fault, no big deal! I called, told them my mistake, then I paid an additional shipping cost of $13.99 to have it over nighted on April 10th. Well, it's April 23rd and I still haven't seen my order! I call back and they rep tells me oh I'm sorry, it was never shipped, we will over night it and have the shipping cost refunded for having so much trouble. I was happy! That's great! I received an email on the same day from the gentleman saying "we will refund your money, and have this shipped out ASAP! Well, it's now April 28th and no order! I'm on the phone with them right now, they said "can we ship it out to you and have it there by May 1st?" Wait!... what? It hasn't been shipped at all? Why? WTH are you guys doing!? I'm so over it, never doing business with the again!

Poor
September 22, 2022

Save yourself the time, the money, the headache, the effort, the energy. The quality is beyond subpar. The products that I received as far as the wall decal beyond ridiculous. The product that I received for the clothing beyond cheap, and non-representative of a professional image with see-through poor quality material. Also to make it worse, I asked for a refund but they blatantly told me NO! So that's fine. I have a right to voice my opinion here and have a right to vote with my dollars elsewhere. They have a right to run their company as they need to. I got this request to post my review so this is my post. Poor quality see-through material order number here: *******. I spoke with Erica who also asked her manager. I was told by two, No!

Horrible Company!

Horrible customer service! Refused to refund the order even though it was it was not printed clearly. Tried to email them pictures of the sign 4 times with no result.

Theives who don't care about the prouct they produce or how they treat their long time customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered giclee printings for my tiny, new business. There were three paintings in total. The first two, colors were off a bit, but the paintings had been stretched so that my work was part of the canvas side and not the front. One is not too bad. The other was a basket of flowers: the entire top row is covering the top frame and is not visible...it is half of the flowers!

The third printing was 2 x 3 feet. When I photographed it, I did so outside in its frame. When they printed the giclees, there were pieces of black ink that were ill-shapen on the front of the painting! (The ten copies, of the third, were $120+ apiece. The cost of shipping the three was at least $560.)

So now I have to make up for a $3000 "investment".

They are unwilling to make this right and I feel compelled to prevent someone else from incurring such a loss.

I googled AFFORDABLE FLIERS. The search showed me this paid ad in the first page of Google (above the fold): "1000 Flyers Only $23.19 - Choose Custom Sizes & Shapes" You can see their false ad HERE https://www.google.com/search?q=affordable+fliers+&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8. When I contacted them regarding this they simply said it was another company using their name, and I quote "Upon checking, these promos are from other competitors"... Yes, sure, the ad redirects to their site! I would give them 0 stars if I could!
