The UPrinting templates are easy to work with but the personal touch of a real life person makes the creating process so much better. I will not use any other company!
This company makes their money SHIPPING your product. $40 for 1000 postcards - for the longest printing turnaround available, and snail mail!
You know what Vistaprint charges?! $13!
And you are not told BEFORE you pay - OH NO - YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED and THEN they will disclose what they charged you for SHIPPING - AFTER the fact!
Stay AWAY. This company is using DECEPTIVE PRACTICES that are most likely ILLEGAL. Haven't even received my product yet - and I'm already horrified by my own experience so far, and by all these negative reviews. NEVER AGAIN.
Decided to compare 2x4 business cards from Vista and Uprinting. Somewhere in the order process my order became one for 2x2 cards. Ugh. Furthermore Uprinting was advertising that it's 2x4 cards cost $15. So I decided to order cards on the same day from Vista and Uprinting. When i placed my order I found that shipping and handling was another $15+... and for some odd reason that became apparent only AFTER the order was placed. I was so annoyed but decided to keep b the order. Well, Vistas order arrived early and a few days later the Uprinting order for 2x2 cards. What a colossal waste of time and money. Will stick with Vista whom I have used for many years.

I sent in photos for printing postcards. A UPrinting staffer modified the mailing info side of the postcard without notifying me. When I received the postcards, they were not mailable by Post Office requirements. I initially assumed it was my fault in the initial submission and threw out all but one of the unusable postcards, but later discovered it wasn't my error after I had disposed of the postcards. Uprinting refused re-printing the postcards without proof I still had the unmailable postcards. I suggested cost-sharing proposals in the re-print, but they refused. Lesson learned. Will now seek alternative printer.

When ordering flyers, I always order 4x6 flyers. They always come in card stock glossy. These flyers are literal pieces of glossy paper. The cost is the same as other sites for cardstock paper. I will NEVER order flyers or anything from them again. I really can't believe they are selling these as flyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Uprinting!
Ordered notepads for gifts to give 125 women and they loved them! The design was exactly as I submitted, packaged great and delivered on time. I've order these in the past and will order again!
I have found UPrinting and have been doing odds and ends printing for my job. I am very happy I found this service and will be using it for my personal use as well.
These a-frames are stable, sturdy and pretty, being black. The inserts slide in easy. The print job was perfect and so reasonably priced. Thank you, U-print.

I used the Reorder button to reorder a previous order to avoid having to not have to go through the lengthy proof process that I already did with my previous order. A "reorder" should be exactly that and supply the same thing you ordered previously, and not be misleading to provide smoothing only "similar." What I received did not match color, image size or material. I contacted them multiple times and was told my case would be reviewed and someone would get back to me by X date(s), but no one did by X date(s) until after I contested the charge with my credit card company. They claimed to my credit card company that they provided what I ordered and this is still in dispute.
First image shows original product on the right side and what I received on the left side. Color is faded and image is not cropped on the reorder. U-Printing refused to do any thing to address this.
Avoid them at all costs. Such a horrible customer experience and stealing money from customer. Save yourself money and headaches by using another merchant who delivers qualify and has a professional customer support department.
These people screw up your order ad then try an extort more by offering 20% off. Stay away... dishonest. Uses anyone else or get some blank cards and a crayon... you'd be better off

It looked like the print job was going to be late. I sent one email with an inquiry and they handled it right away. My order arrived a day early. Love this printing service.
I have used UPrinting for several years and never had any issues with them. Always do great work, deliver my cards in a timely manor and the price is very good.

I gave their live chat customer support a 1 star for the lag time, but they have really improved that recently. I'm going full 360 on here and saying they are rocking it now.

Their products for the price are okay, but their customer service is really a buzz kill. The live chat is SO SLOW and they continually put you on hold if you call customer support. They are difficult to understand and overall, they need more help, more proficient help and much better response time.
I ordered memorial bookmarks for my father's memorial. They turned out absolutely perfect. We had a little snafu at order but the team worked hard to correct and I am 200% satisfied.

In response to a mess-up, horrible, terrible and badly done BANNER, the representative refuses to provide a fair solution SUCH A replacement. There was NO REVIEW at all of the uploaded artwork by the UPRINTING printing department. The final work I received is useless and a complete waste of money from my side.
It is unfortunate that I cannot rate the them and their customer service as a 0 (zero) out of 5.

This company is a joke! I ordered stickers with my logo—a circle with a W centered. They couldn't center the circle in a square! Twice! They reprinted and literally reprinted the EXACT SAME OFF CENTERED CIRCLE! They refused to reprint correctly. Don't waste your money or time.
I tried to undercut uprintng by going to a local printer. Not only were the prices higher locally, the service locally was sub par. It seemed liked they didn't even want or care for my business. When I told them they couldn't beat uprint prices they didn't care.
This is my third order with uprint and they have made the design process easy. I'm happy with the end product. They made it easy for me to do my eddm campaign, by having sizes that work for eddm. Their review process is easy too. I'm very happy with their print time and delivery speeds. They under promise what they can do and they have printed and delivered my product way faster than expected.
Uprinting never fails, they deliver every single time with the best pricing, printing quality, & delivery time. I will always use them for my big printing projects.
I just ended a 51 minute call without having solved my fairly simple questions: I need a custom color on the boxes and there's nowhere on the site to give the PMS or CMYK or RGB color. And, I got a 15% off notice in my email and there's no code and no way to redeem. It seemed like the product was good, but the management is very poor. Finally muddled my way through most of it and then she couldn't figure out how to give me the cost of shipping before I placed my order. I live in the area, but they wouldn't let me pick up my order. Not sure how they stay in business.

We print your designs on our products. Our standard method of printing is CMYK. We also offer printing in Pantone colors as a custom option. Our custom team provides special pricing for Pantone color printing. The colors of your item are determined by the colors of the file that is uploaded through our website for printing.
Our customer care team will honor any valid discount that is either offered through our special offers program or by a manager on a prior order.
We offer pick up for orders at the facility where they have been printed.
