Had a very bad experience i ordered kiss cut stickers, and first of all their customer service is the worst. They outsource the call center in order to save money on labor, and these poor people somewhere out in thailand or somewhere have no clue about printing, it is not their fault. I had to call several times to get my proof. The proof i received was just a picture, i was expecting a sticker sample, which they did not clarify. I have been put on hold for 30 months every time i call.
Finally, i was able to get past the proof, and received my first batch.
The first batch was cut unevenly. Around the artwork there were big white gaps, in some places larger and some places smaller. I called and told them this is not acceptable. I either need an even cut around the edges to make the white space uniform, or cut as close as possible to the artwork, so there are no white spaces. They told me to send an email to claims.
I got an email back from erika, stating that my order was within tolerance.
If this is tolerant, to cut edges unevenly, then what they advertise as a 33 point check (quality, precision, experience) is absolutely false.
I was told they will redo the job, but if the uneven cut comes again, there is nothing they can do.
I cant believe people accept subpar products like this.
My art work was in need of modification, the team was very friendly and helpful getting it perfect.
First they will go back and forth with you for about 4-5 days playing with your order once you tell them to quit with the games you finally get some work done but still after those 4-5 days they will say production is STILL between 10-15 days and shipping is 2-5. I CAN NOT BELIEVE they are charging for this! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! If i could give a negative I would! On top of that they will try they hardest to not give a refund. RUN FAR AWAY!
A disaster, the attention is horrible, they say they will place your order in 15 days, but then it takes more than 60 days, they never respond to emails, and the online chat is simply embarrassing, they always say "the printing team will contact you... "pure lies, a disastrous service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!

I sent raw, cut out images with specified dimensions. This was the way the product was explained in the product description. The product was delivered and the images are much smaller than specified. Example, I requested on image 40" tall they printed it 26" tall. The images are for a trade show display, if I use what they sent my product will look horribly out of proportion. I contacted UPrint immediately 22 hours later they proposed that I re-buy the original print at a 20% discount and they COULD provide it as I originally ordered. PLUS I would have to pay $177 shipping again.
They did not give me what I ordered, told me they can provide it but I will have to pay for the product again. I will not pay again, and do not want to pay for the garbage they sent on their first attempt.
I leave for the show Friday and do not have the display, VERY BAD BUSINESS!
Have placed 2 orders first one was late but thought to give them a second chance. Called because I needed a huge sign. 6x8 feet. They said it wasn't going to be a problem to do it in one sheet. Placed my order and approved the art. The delivery date was coming up so I called to check on it.
1. It was my fault because it hadn't been approved.
2. Then it was lost
3. Then they could cut and fold it to get it here in time. Oh and it was always going to be in 2 pieces.
Don't count on them to deliver what is ordered or promised. They knew for sometime they couldn't deliver and just didn't reach out so I could figure plan b. Left me high and dry
I ordered some custom magnets. The whole process was very easy from uploading my design to picking the size and shape. Super reasonable prices and high quality printing and materials.
I have ordered from UPrinting for a while and as of late their quality has gotten terrible, as has their packaging and customer service.
On April 30, I ordered two different color tumblers from them (red and smoke), they told me the red was out of stock so I changed it to black. Then they told me it was actually the black that is out of stock so I changed it to red.
They said they were in production. It is supposed to be a 6 day turn around so I talk to customer service again today and they tell me it is the red that is out of stock and that the black is in stock.
I still have the emails.
The black has finally been shipped. But now I'm left with no black tumblers and late orders for my customers.
I also ordered some prints from the. And compared to prints I ordered from them back in March, their paper feels like it has gotten thinner. Honestly, the quality feels terrible and they way they shipped them was horrific. The just threw them at the bottom of the box and put some kraft paper in there. The corners of the box were banged around which means the prints also got damaged.
The past few orders with them have been an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend them to anyways.
I'm so frustrated with their service. Which I hate because I never had issues with them before, until recently.

It is as if they blatantly ignore your inquiries… I ordered a shirt at the beginning of November. A week later I received an unapologetic email stating they could not accommodate my order and I should select another shirt. I did, and requested a proof. A week later I followed up and requested a proof… and again a few days later. On my fourth or fifth attempt to receive a proof to approve, they finally sent me one of just one section of the design. And, it was wrong. I called to cancel the order and after being placed on hold twice for 20 mins each time, I was told too bad, so sad. They claimed it was too far along in the process and the would be shipping out the following day. Huh? By their own admission, I never received a final proof to approve. They are attempting to force me to pay for a shirt that is incorrect. I've reached out to BBB to help get my refund. I've ordered from in the past with no issue. This experience was abysmal and highly recommend using another business for your printing needs.
I ordered these stickers to help promote our agency in the community and add polish to our client intake paperwork packet. They are good quality and arrived on time.

I recently ordered hang tags for our online clothing boutique. I have ordered through a different company before but wanted to give Uprinting a try, the tags were a little more pricey but figured they were going to be better quality (not in this case). My product arrived 2 weeks after ordering and shipping was ridiculously expensive (almost $30 to be exact and I live only about an hour from their print shop)... I immediately noticed that the product was nothing like I imagined... our logo looked pixelated, it was hard to read and the color was off, I sent in the same image as I do at the other company and have never had any issues. I immediately contacted customer service and was asked to send a picture of my product. After sending it I didn't hear back from the representative and got an email from the company saying they were not going to refund, reprint or give me store credit. I called again and spoke to a different rep and asked to please explain why my product could not even be reprinted if I didn't receive what I had ordered... They continued to say there was nothing wrong with the product I received and gave me a 20% off coupon to REORDER my product... I will not be ordering from this company ever again, I do not recommend... you can definitely find better quality and better prices elsewhere.

As a small business, our image and brand are everything. I place a small order of 30 custom printed boxes on this site 30 days in advance of needing them. I called and told the rep I'm placing this order to mail gifts to our clients I need them by December 1, they assured me I would have the boxes by then. I just spoke with a manager that told me I will not get them until December 8-9. I will now have to spend several hundred dollars more shipping theses gifts in time for the holidays. NOT WORTH IT!

I received the sample package from uprinting and decided to move forward with purchasing 3000 gloss labels for my business. It was the last thing I needed to order for packaging. The labels I designed are mostly black. The black on the labels look dull and lack any shine sheen or luster! I compared the blacks on my labels to the labels in the sample packaging myself! Very dull looking with no shine and it looks horrible with the bags I have. It was difficult even getting to the point of sending in the labels to be looked over because communication with their customer service is not speedy at all. I had to call in to follow up 3 times, and emailed twice to check the status over the course of a couple weeks, even tho each time I was told that I would receive a call back. No calls back. Finally, I got a random email saying they looked over the samples and there was gloss coating on the labels. I will take the loss, but please beware of their "quality" check process and that you may not get what you pay for. Disappointing.

One of the poorest printing experiences I've had in a long time. I took a chance on less-well-known UPrinting and ordered some custom note pads for a specific event. I ordered them 7 days in advance and paid for one day production time and three day shipping... so they should have been printed and shipped within four days. They were scheduled to arrive three days before my event. They did not arrive three days before my event. When they were two days late, I called their support and UPrinting's customer support lied, and told me they were on schedule... I told him we were already two days past the original delivery date and then he lied again and said, "Oh, wait, I just got an update - they're out for delivery!". They were not out for delivery, and didn't actually arrive until two days later, the day AFTER my event, and because those pads were designed specifically for that event, they are now completely useless. They refused to refund the full amount unless I paid to ship the useless product back to them. I'll never use them again.

HI Sherry. We are sorry to hear about your concern. After reviewing the order, we were notified via phone and email that only 400 to 500 were affected. Our manager responded to your feedback requesting images. The images sent were applied to a cup. To get a better idea of how much the cut was off, she requested images of stickers that had not yet been applied to any product. We just recently received a reply to that email.
We definitely try to resolve our customers issues in a timely manner, however, we do need their cooperation. Our manager will contact you today!
