I ordered a black beanie (winter hat) they intentionally sent me the wrong color without telling me anything... I emailed them with a picture and they're response was unbelievable... when they don't have the color you wanted they pick a new color for you. They should remove the color from the selection on order page, or call/email asking a second choice color... they refused to fix my order. Also I ordered the kitty ear beanie and the ears are sown on sideways... never again... this was the worst shopping experience ever.

I am an avid internet shopper, and usually I get great customer service. I'm not one to be a negative nancy, but this site totally ripped me off. I ordered something from them and they shipped me the wrong size. When inquiring as to how I could go about getting this corrected, I was told (by someone that could barely speak English) that I could not get refunded, but I could pay out of my own pocket to send it back and get the correct size. I sent in many tickets trying to get a reasonable explanation for this mess, but I literally received the same response three times before giving up. The same typos were in each response. I feel that a computer just spits out emails to customers depending on inquiries. There is no place on the site to leave a review or anything either. I would not advise shopping here. The quality of the item I ordered was cheap as well.

I love TrendsGal, their shirts. I have already ordered one, It flows on my body type perfectly. And its so comfy. I usually wear XL to XXL in US sizes. I have wide shoulders and ribs but this piece was still fit on me as the loose flowly style I like. The black tassel and design on the shirt are beautiful. It is a great buy! I am impressed.

The dress i ordered on October, it is arrived today. A long time waiting. It is so cute and stylish. I am 5'2" 106lbs and it fits perfectly. It might be like a 1/4 inch too short and it does ride up a bit so you have to just keep an eye on it. Thanks!

I wear a US Med and purchased the dress in a Large. It fit well and is as good looking in real life as it is in the picture. I'm happy with this purchase. I will order more from Trendsgal!

So i ordered the earrings and just received them today. They are lovely earrings. Great for the price. I cannot wait to wear them. They don't feel cheaply made or costumey. I live them. However i am not in love or impressed with the amount of time that it took to recieve them. I have ordered items from overseas before and I have never had such a long wait time for any products. So if you are ordering from this site just a word of caution it will take a lot longer then normal to recieve your order. So if you want to order something for a specie occasion then its best to order months(2) in advance. Other wise you will never get it on time. Absolutely recommend! Thanks trendsgal!

The shirt arrived and it has style and comfort. Its soft and the length is beautiful. Its my fits me well on my shoulders which I was concerned about because I have wide shoulders. No worries though its perfect! And the shipping is fast, 7 days!

I ordered the dress and it fits perfectly! Most of the times i'm a small siGe, but Medium fitted just right, so maybe it is a good idea to order one siGe bigger than your regular siGe. The material is ok, I will definitely buy again! Recommend!

These were a fantastic purchase from Trendsgal! They fit true to size, and are very soft and stretchy. The colour is slightly more silvery-white than in the picture, but it turned out to be a bonus to me! They are great for any fan of the genre, and I will be ordering another pair for my friend for Christmas! Shipping was great too! I got them fast and in great shape! Definitely recommend this product to anyone who LOVES their leggings.

Awful! Horrible customer service! I signed up for the VIP option and paid $9.99. When I went to complete my order the shipping cost more than my items. I decided not use this website. When I asked for my money back (as i will never be using the website) they basically told me too bad. I would never order from a site that does not care about good customer service. They certainly do not care about how they treat their customers and only care about getting their money. I mean, how dare they refuse to give me my money back! They pretty much stole from me! I asked for my money back literally about 10 minutes after i paid it! Everything is operated in Asia. No one even speaks decent English. I'm aware of the items they sell and you can get the same items for cheaper on other sites. Do yourself a favor and move on! Don't waste your time with this ghetto site!

Last time I ordered from Trendsgal, I used expedited shipping, so I received the items quickly with nothing missing. I made another purchase in January for a few jewelry items and selected flat rate shipping. While they uploaded a picture of the package for me to see on my order, I never saw the package in person-- it is April and still no package. I contacted them and they offered me a half refund, which I appreciate, but I would've loved to actually receive what I ordered. I recommend that if you order anything, select expedited shipping. That's really the only way to receive your package. If you buy insurance, you can get a full refund if you don't receive it.

I received my order and when I opened it and looked at my shoes I was FURIOUS. My shoes looked like CRAP. Like they bought it from homeless people and sold it to me. I have better looking shoes I wore for years than these looked like new. I asked them to return my money and to send my items back as I am unable to wear them of how BAD they look and they offered me $8 REFUND! And I paid $80 for my order. And on top of that they even had the guts to tell me to give them to someone else if I did not like them. What company is this! What values does their company run on! DON'T WASTE your time or money, go and buy yourself shoes from GOODWILL if you want crapy $#*! like this company has. I took pics of my merchandise and they still won't give me my money back. And not to mention that my boxes were beat up when I received them. I bet you anything that they wrote their own good reviews and not real customers.

Prices are good, but quality is low. Its a drop ship company, items shipped from china. Normal delivery times over 20 days. (unless you pay expedited). Dresses run small, so if you are a lg here in the US you will probably have to order an X-lg from them. Check carefully the size chart measurement. If there is a problem and you wish to exchange product or refund, you are screwed. You lose original shipping and must pay return shipping. Not worth it.

I asked for my money back when this company said they no longer had the item in stock and would give me a coupon for something worth 1.5x the value. A refund was not an option they offer. I received only a "case closed response" in extremely broken English and no way to contact them nor a way to leave a review. I do not expect any money back nor do I expect anything in the mail. Please beware. This is not a reputable company. I should not have let my teenager talk me into ordering. Live and learn.

I ordered some stuff from this shop and after doing further research and looking at these reviews i was certain i was scammed so i contacted their support centre cancelling my order, they did get back to me in less than 24 hours and they said they couldnt as they have already shipped my order. 20 days later (give or take) my package arrives! It contained everything i ordered although some did have a strange smell put them im the wash and its fine. I would order from these people again
