Hi. I am between two minds. Hope any of you can help. I want to buy clothes and accessories for myself and my shop ar Trendsgal. Problem is the many negative feedback as well as the positive feedbacks make me doubt what to do. The other thing is that I used another online site in pass and waited 9 months for 1 parcel! Is it because it need to ship to South Africa? Know customs is a problem here. But I really need a reliable online shot to purchase from regularly. Any advice will be appreciated. Don't do it! This is the worse website ever, their customer service number is a magic jack number that's an app that ou download to your phone. I waited 6 months for bullshit, I hate this website don't even order a pencil from them, they crooked

If you order from them be prepared to wait a long time for your order. Be prepared to get crapy quality of material. I have to say a few items I got are cute and I do get compliments, but the material is already coming undone. I have had to mend 3 items. Some items weren't even completely sew'n when I received them. They look so cute on line, I know I was sucked in too. We girls are easy targets for cuteness but for I will not ever order from them again. Lesson learned.

I received ALL my items in about 3 weeks. Everything was as seen in the picture. Sizes a little off but otherwise I had no issues.

Trendsgal takes 3weeks to a month if you select the fastest shipping. I was happy with my order but order in advance.

Please do not do it! It was one of the biggest wastes of my money. I will never order from them again nor would I recommend anyone else order from them.

You are going to waist your money if you buy their products. They are not a reliable company and the quality of their dresses are really reallyvery poor. Their dresses are nothing like the pictures of the items. They did not even bother to answer to my complaints. I threw away the two dresses that I had purchased from them because they were really awful and unusable. In one word. "DO NOT BUY FROM THEM"

I would reccomend you do not risk it. I can't wear any of the clothes I brought due to the messed up sizing and am still waiting for the other section of my order which was sent seperately, so its now been over a month.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and only a few things are OK. A lot of the clothes are cheap and are nothing like the picture. I ordered a necklace that turned the same week. Its not worth it. Just spend more money for better quality clothes. You won't get that here.

This online store is a complete rip off. Any positive reviews you read are placed there falsely by trends gal. I can assure you that you will be very disappointed if you purchase anything from them. The quality of the material they use is absolutely terrible and cheap.
