I ordered a necklace from this bogus site in January. I waited and still haven't received anything. I called the number to only get a answering machine. I have sent countless emails only to get told that I would get a reply within 24 hours which of course I never do. Fortunately, I have contacted Pay pal to get my money back. I am also contacted the BBB and FDC to file a complaint. I am hoping to find others who have had bad experiences with this company to seek legal action against them!
Okay I will give a two for them sending me the cheap looking dress. The dress looked nothing like the picture they post. Also I had to threaten to sue them so they could send me the horrible looking thing. I will never order from trendsgal again and thank God I didn't spend that much but unfortunately the dress will be something I sleep in.

I ordered something from them almost a month ago I received no confirmation email nothing! I tried calling the number on the website but all I get is an answering machine what kind of business is this!?!?!? First and last time I EVER order something from these ppl!

I wish I'd have looked on here before I am so upset about this.
I ordered a coat about a month ago although the coat came it was faulty and material was hanging out there is a white stain on the front and it smelt and was too small. I am petite and it is made for a a skinny dwarf. I have called so many times and left so many messages when the mail box is not full. I finally got through and the women was chinese and didn't have a clue and kept saying email us. I had emailed 3 times no reaponce i asked for live chat twice. I emailed again no reaponce and now no I can't get through again.
This is the worst experience I have had. I'm over annoyed.
I wish I came here sooner I ordered here not only did they come months later but the products RIPPED not even on the first wear. It's terrible.
Ordered some clothing and shoes from this company. Never received them, after contacting customer service for the 10th time, I keep getting the same response "Be patient", be patient? It's been 6 months since I put in my order. Also, I keep getting the same person at customer service leading me to believe there is only one person working there and after looking at the other complaints, I'm sure she is really busy. I will never purchase from them again, and I urge everyone to stay away from this company. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but they won't let you put anything less than 1.

I ordered two shirts at the same time... I received one shirt and it was completely see through. Not what the picture or description showed at all. The other one never came and its been 42 days. They keep giving me the run around and wont answer their phone or call me back as I have requested. Awful company... do not I repeat DO NOT order from them.
Pictures much better than product: colors are different, sizes of earrings to small, pendants really poor quality. Of course after receiving product that does not look like a picture you want to send it back, but it is impossible. Customer service who is i think only person who is sitting at home and washing you brain as long as she can it could take you forever to get some solution and send it back, but no way. And also to send it back to china cost $75. Finally i gave up and lost $180.00 because i can not wear product i receive and also i forget to mention that all product i ordered smelled really bad i was keeping package on my balcony ( am happy i have a balcony) so far i can not get rid of what i ordered the only way- to donate. Do not order from Trandsgal - really poor! Sorry my English.
While I did receive the item I ordered it's the wrong size. Also the garment has a chemical smell almost like gasoline. If I had paid attention to the country of origin (China) I definitely wouldn't have purchased from this site. Save your money it's crap

Un$#*!ING REAL. I took $3,247.77 out of the $5600. 00 which I received for my tax refund. I was buying my way into the hand bag game and going to light that $#*! up. I drew up signs, hired 2 girls, paid 6 months of booth rent up front at my flea market and guess what? I've recently placed an order and now I can't log on to the site because it refuses to accept my password. Spent 30 minutes talking to Chloe who informed me that the password had been changed and that I could now proceed. I still can't. Today I can't get on to live chat, and after Trendsgal promising to get back within 24 hours they don't. I'm really wishing I hadn't placed an order now... the business is either a complete scam or unbelievably inefficient...
Do not order from this site! They do not ship your items, charge you for them, and then just keep giving you the ticket number and email. Be patient. I placed my order Dec 25,2014 was told they would be here in 10 days I am still waiting. Wait I did do is contacted PayPal for help and they seem to be making progress! So for those of you getting charged and not getting you items call PayPal they even said they have had many complaints with this site. Grrrrr
I've spent almost $275.00 on heels back in January 23,2014 and I just received the items February 05,2015 a whole year and a month later, I'm not understanding why in the $#*! MY ORDER TOOK A YEAR
Multiple problems with this terrible company.
-Missing two items from my order that they CHARGED me for. No notification and no refund. Customer service is inefficient and unresponsive. They might as well not have one.
-They OVER-CHARGED my credit card. The total price indicated on my order did not match what they charged me on my credit card. (P.S. The transaction was made to nastydress on my credit card so it's probably another horrible sister company.) It's a $10 difference, but it is still money. More importantly affects the credibility and integrity of the company.
-I have purchased clothing online before. I don't expect amazing quality or perfect sizes on these articles, but DAYUMMMM SON, you can't wear this $#*!. Some pieces are see through as hell. Some dresses are way too short. Some of the material will just tear within one wear. It's just too cheap, even for its price. Some of the clothing even makes me itchy when I wear it (after they have been properly washed).
The only thing that did not go wrong is the shipping. I received my order 13 days after it was shipped out. The tracking number corresponded with Canada Post.
Even though I just addressed all these problems, websites like this will never fix them. I am Chinese, and I know these businesses are probably ran by a small $#*!ty warehouse importing dirt cheap clothing from China. They have no intention of accommodating customer issues, HELL, OR EVEN ENSURE THEY DON'T SCAM YOUR GOD DAMN MONEY. I'll consider myself lucky if my credit card does not encounter fraud issues after this order. I usually order from recognized brands and this is my first time ordering from these "trendy" and cheap online sites. My advice is, stay the f*** away from them.
I ordered 3 shirts in November. It is now going into February& I still haven't received the shirts. I have written almost everyday& spoken with some girl named Seleny, she has been the most horrible person to deal with. One lie after another. Ive asked for a full refund as I believe these items were never shipped after being given a bogus tracking number. It is amazing the lengths they are going thru to NOT refund my money. I think this is considered mail fraud& I believe it is an international felony. I am not happy with this company.It is nothing but a scam. I can not stress enough how you shouldn't order from these people bc they will take your money. I will make it my goal to spread the word to everyone how horrible they are to do business with. This girl, Seleny, will get what it's coming to her thru karma. If you are smart you won't order anything thru this company! You will be scammed & lose everything you have spent with them.

I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
