I opened a wholesaler's account and place an order (most likely larger than most, hence wholesaler) on June 1st. I paid with my PayPal business account and I selected all the shipping perks (tracking, express, etc). A couple days later I receive an email telling me I need to verify my identity and ownership of my credit card. They wanted me to sent a copy of my driver's license and a copy if my credit card. Problem is, I didn't use a credit card, I used my Paypal balance. So, of course, this raised concerned and I questioned them about it. I refused to send my information. A week later they still claimed they could not verify payment, even with me providing the payment id. So I began to request a refund. Final, after days of asking for a refund, they tell me a refund was issued and it would take 5-7 business days for it to show up in my account. That was a total lie. As a PayPal merchant I have issued refunds to accounts and it takes less than a day if the refund is just going to your PayPal account and not a debit/credit card. Eventually, I had to file a case with PayPal. And what do you know, my money was refunded within hours. STAY AWAY! Thank God I used PayPal just in case something like this happened
The styles online are so cute and different. It's what made me purchase. When the items arrived. I was shocked, and appauled. This would be a great site if they just made the sizing more realistic. I could deal with not so great quality fabrics. I ordered a size 2X to be sure I could alter it down (I'm a seamstress) and this is an extra small. For days I have been trying to up size it to no real avail, and I can reinvent any garment. It's quite sad, as this site would be wonderful if they just sized realistically. Don't purchase from this site. I've not tried to get a refund AS I know it would never come to fruition anyway. I'd be wasting my time.

I ordered 4 items from on March 27,2015... By April 30,2015 I received one item. I emailed them concerned about my other 3 items, which had not been delivered and they emailed me back quickly and said " You must allow 60 days from the time you placed the order so email us back in a few more days if you haven't received your items. I emailed them 2 Weeks later which now is May 21,2015 and I said just refund me my money for the 3 items I didn't get. They quickly responded '' Just tell us what items you didn't receive and we will give you 3 options but (3) did not apply to me (1) pay us half of the money for your items and we will reship them to you (2) We will only refund you half of your money back. (3) Get a full refund only if I took out insurance. But this did not apply to me... Wow so pay them again but only half right! Nope or Get only half my money back... Wow so now they keep half of my hard earned money... 2 options that only benefit them! This site is CRAP! DO NOT ORDER FROM TRENDSGAL!

I order 2 items on April 29th & this is now May 26th & haven't received anything! I emailed them about my order & since I didn't pay for the tracking number they can only say it's been shipped! I asked if they were sending it by pony express! Will never order again!

Terrible business. Poor email etiquette. Everyone is rude, and sounds like an idiot. I spent weeks emailing back and fourth and can't get pictures across just for them to tell me I will owe them money to put everything back on the shelf. But they still won't give me a return address. Almost 40 days and my order is still not here. STILL unable to contact them. "Wish.com" is a similar site with the ability to track your package and cheaper shipping rates. Id avoid trendsgal... I believe its a scam. If you order on wish.com you will want to order a couple sizes bigger as they do run small. They also have a wish app you can download. Trendsgal is getting rich off of us fashionista's... I wont waste my money with them again!

I ordered a swimsuit from them and they put the address wrong and kept trying to call them and no answers and so I emailed them and they sent back a message saying it's my fault about the address and if I wanted it shipped again I will need to pay for swimsuit and full price of shipping. I needed a dress for my bachelorette party and came across this website. I'm not one to buy much clothing online being I'm set on the curvier side and honestly do not trust online sizing charts but I had to take a chance, especially with THESE prices, why the heck not?! I can honestly say I'm glad I did so. I chose two dresses (pink and black was my first choice and the black and white was my just in case). After having ordered the dresses I decided to look at reviews online which I'm sure you all know can freak you out sometimes. Regardless of what I saw, I just had to hope for the best.
I received my order within a week. Of course the material isn't the greatest quality but you have to keep in mind, "you get what you pay for". Fortunately for me, I love the fact that it was so stretchy and I know I'll be comfortable all night long. Tried both of them on and was completely satisfied. Of course my figure is not at all like the fit models for these dresses but I am content with the outcome and would definitely consider ordering from this website again.
I bought a swimsuit from trendsgal I am a US large so I ordered a large the label has a large tag, but this swimsuit is so small my teenage daughter who wears a size 3 fits her perfect. The colors were not as vibrant as the ones shown in the picture either. Also said first time buyer would receive a $50 coupon for future purchases... didn't get it. They say will be shipped in 5 days took 10 days to get into shipping and 3 weeks for delivery. As for DHL who delivered it was raining so you just tossed it out the window ( my neighbor watched them do this) shame on you trendsgal and shame on you DHL.

I placed my order over a month ago and nothing. I received two emails saying it has been shipped one two different days; and when I asked them about it they told me the had split my order. I paid for tracking and my tracking numbers don't work. Their customers service sucks. They should not be a business.

Prices are awesome... for a reason, the quality is truly awful. I ordered 2 tops, after 32 days I finally received them in the mail and although they vaguely resemble the pictures the quality is total crap. I had suspected it most likely was to good to be true. Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
