1 star is the least I can choose so 1 star it is. Save yourself time, money and frustration. Maybe this site works for people who live in the trendsgal area but if you order from them keep in mind the shipping is overseas. I ordered 1 item in the beginning of March. We are on last week of April and I still have NOT received it!
Their email responses are automated; calling them is expensive and cancelling is expensive. Make it a habit to read reviews from WHOEVER you order BEFORE you order. I will NEVER order from here again. Trendsgal is out to make money from people like us. Hard lesson learned-never again! Good luck.

Where is this company located I've ordered from them 3 times a hit or miss withe the sizes but they're cheap so if the didn't fit I didn't trip but my last order of 3 pieces yielded only 1. Cc so far, I like them I just I that I receive my other two pieces... whether I can ware them or not.

Ordered two dresses, one came in. It look like a 5th grader sewed it. The belt was torn. The dress was cheap see thru. Nothing like the picture they advertised. Send an email to the customer service, never got a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT.

I ordered 8 items from them, I received three but on my account it states that the entire order was shipped. Two of the items were even the wrong size. I've tried calling I got no answer, I emailed support team and I have yet to hear back and its going on two weeks. Its a fraud. They are taking people's money and not sending the merchandize. Very upset about this.

SCAM & RIPOFF

They claim their products are between $5-$10 but after checkout the total comes 4x more than the product costs.

I bought 3 dresses that were supposed to come to $15 but the total was over $65!

They claim shipping takes 12-25 days but it came after 2 1/2 months with 1 item missing and 1 item damaged, The dresses looked completely different then what the picture shows.

I messaged them regarding the damaged and the missing dress, they responded saying they didn't have that dress in stock... THEN WHY WOULD THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT AND NOT TELL ME BEFORE I PAID!? They completely ignored me about the damaged dress. Basically I paid $65 dollars for a supposed $5 crappy dress.

THE SIZES WERE ALL WRONG, WAY TOO SMALL. TRIED TO RETURN THEM, THEY OFFERED A 6% COUPON AND THEN WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT, THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT." TOLD ME I COULDN'T USE IT ON SALE ITEMS. IT SO HAPPENS "EVERYTHING IS ON SALE AND MARKED DOWN." THIS WAS ONLY THROUGH EMAILS AND TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR ME TO GIVE UP, AND PHONE NUMBERS ARE BOGUS! I FINALLY JUST GAVE UP.

Trendsgal is literally stealing peoples money through their broken website, and refuse to fix the issue. For your own sake, I sincerely hope you shop elsewhere.
I have contacted customer service no less than 9 times, and talked to two different people- they have done absolutely nothing but ignore and lie to me.
To be specific, I turned off the tracking number charge, along with a few other expensive options, and hit submit on a page that confirmed a price of $19.70. And the following page said Thank you for your purchase of $21.70! As I said, they are completely ignoring me about the broken system and refuse to give me any kind of refund.
They also erased my purchase information from their website completely, and I mean Completely. While I was still waiting for it, they hid my order so that I could no longer access it in any way, nor the tracking number that I have been forced to pay for.
Please do not give them your credit card information. You will be scammed, and sorely regret it.

The pictures look great and like you're buying something very cute but it's honestly a piece of crap. What I got doesn't look anything like the pictures and is not close to the right size. Everything is see through and the material is very very cheap. The products are basically handmade and whoever made them doesn't know how to sew worth crap. The shipping takes forever and it's definetly not worth the time. They will take your money and don't expect to get any refunds. Never buy from the website. It's all a lie

I ordered 3 weeks ago and it's showing still processing. I wish I would have followed my gut that the site was too good to be true. I will call PayPal for my refund ASAP as based on this it is a scam.

I ordered my stuff about two weeks ago and after ordering I found this review website when I read the reviews I was so disappointed and definetly expecting my experience to end horriblely but my experience package came yesterday and I'm fairly pleased. Its not a top quality website but for the prices the material matches I love the purse and the jacket unfortunately is a little small but that's my own fault I ignored the one size directions which states it only fits a xs to a medium... this website sent what I paid for and I think my experience was adequate.

Rosewholesale.com, trendsgal.com, rosegal.com, are all the same site. I ordered 3 dresses and 3 necklaces on 02/10/2015, I received 1 dress and 3 necklaces. When I try to submit a ticket it just says loading, I tried calling a number listed under their contact us tab, but, no luck. I like the dress and jewelry, by the way I'm 5 foot 9,132lbs. My items were also priced considerably lower on the invoice than what I paid.

I started out being excited to order these 2 beautiful corsets! Then some weird stuff happened. I had three orders pending! I canceled 2 of them... the first one I will admit was my own fault. Then I tried calling them at 10am all day I got the voicemail... Then I did some research to find out what was going on. All the reviews I read said it takes forever its a scam blah blah blah and I started to believe it and sent in a bunch of tickets for it to be fixed. One night at around 10pm I decided to call and give it one last shot. I GOT THROUGH it was a very nice lady who spoke very fluent English. I asked her where they were located she stated CHINA. That would explain the fact that you cant call during the day THEY ARE ON A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE SO CALL AFTER 9PM. She canceled my order for me and refunded me on full. They are a real site. The reason it takes SO LONG IS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN CHINA which its states in the description on the site. Order from the orient! You can add at least 2-3 weeks for it to go through customs.
