I loved the website my only thing was shipping took a bit long but i love it
Placed my order a week ago with expedited shipping (which is so expensive) and received a message the following day saying my order has been shipped, I kept trying to track my order because I leave the U.S. on the 16th and need my $70 worth of items, I couldn't track my order it kept saying "shipment information received" and that's all, so I contacted DHL and they informed me that the order hasn't been shipped yet so I was lied to.
I placed a ticket days ago asking for my delivery address to be changed because I won't be in the country by the time my package finally arrives (it still hasn't been shipped according to DHL). So you gave me a false tracking number *******032) and lied about it being shipped. And to make things worse they say that they will reply to tickets within 24 hours but it's been 36 and still no response and they don't answer the phone! I would have recommended this company to all of my friends but this is not acceptable. Please reply to my ticket and rectify this issue or this will be taken further.

I ordered 7 items during cyber week. The shipping label was made on dec 4th it is now dec 10th and after contacting DHL they informed me that t he label has been made but the order hasnt been dropped off to them. I paid for expedited shipping so shouldnt ya'll have atleast gotten it to DHL already? I realize overseas shipping takes some time even if you pay for the fast shipment but you all havent even shipped it yet... you just made a label... i orderd christmas presents and clothes for our daughters first Christmas pictures since im post partum and have nothing that fits me. I was expecting them to be here prior to christmas what is going on here?!?!?! I submitted a complaint to the site havent recieved a response yet
First of all I wish I looked up the review for this site prior to my purchase. Learned my lesson there. I ordered multiple things from them. One of the items didn't get to me 2 weeks after the first shipment came in. Next, most of the items where very poor quality products and almost nothing like what the picture showed. I was so frustrated I wanted to return the three items that were just horrible, they told me i will have to pay for shipping them back and they will still only gave me partial refund and wont refund me the almost $40 shipping they charged me. After checking it would cost me nearly $60 to ship the items back, I am simply not going to bother. Almost $100 went to garbage pretty much. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is my second time ordering with trendsgal and on both occasions I was unsatisfied. They take forever to process orders then forever to ship them. After they give you your tracking number you pay for you still cannot track your package. Thecworst online shopping company ever. Yes they have good things and for good price but its not worth the frusteation they put customers through. Thisvis my last time ordering from them.

I ordered 3 dresses and a jacket from this site 3 weeks ago with expedited shipping and have yet to receive my order. I tried looking at my tracking information and it says "not updated yet". In October I ordered 5 thingd from Trendsgal. I received 4 of the 5 things quickly and loved everything. After emailing them of the problem it took quite awhile to receive my other item but im VERY happy with everything and will be ordering from them again.
Ordered leggings and a purse from here, they took forever to come in and we're not what I ordered and way smaller then supposed to be, too bad I can't get a refund... never using this site again

I too ordered soemthing on 11 nov 2015 and havenot recievd my order yet. I dropped mails, raised ticket and got replues,,, i also asked to cancel the order and refund money, they denied. So by till date,,, no order recieved. No money refund. Nothing. A big time fraud...

We waited 30 days before filing a complaint, which they call a ticket. They responded that shipping can take 10 to 45 days. I feel that they should make that clear in the beginning.

Why is shipping so high? You should have free shipping on new customers or at least half off something... I will not be ordering things from here that are $1.63 and pay $18.00 for shipping i refuse to pay that...

Communication is not the best it is by far the worst! I ordered and still have not received my package. Shipping cost are ridiculous! Why have a customer service number or email when either one of them do not work! Will not ever shop from here again.

I purchased a shoe from this company for the first time but never got it they said I was refunded but i never got back my money this company is a scam
I order something on the 6 of december and yet my items have not shipped yet and picked 7 bussiness day and i would like to know from the 6th would it take 7 business day
I ordered a few items before a trip and they haven't arrived yet, despite it being 40 days past the date I ordered. While this was irritable, and I don't recommend ordering anything you need right away, their costumer service was fantastic. I got a reply to my complaint within 24 hours and $20.00 out of my $35.00 order was refunded to me. Like I said, don't order if you have a time frame, but solution to the problem was satisfactory. Although I have yet to receive my items, I'm sure they will be great, especially for the cheap prices.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think!
