I purchase 3 different bag sets on December 7th, less than an hour after my first purchase. Each items states it will be shipped in 3 business days. Today is December 19th, and I still haven't received my package. Mind you, I received my first order already. Trendsgal keeps lying and trying to blame it on DHL. They said it was already shipped to DHL, but DHL is being delayed because it's "peak season". I'm not stupid, so I contact DHL on 3 different occasions. They each told me the same thing my tracking info says... They've only received the shipping information from Trendsgal, but they never turned the package over to them. DHL also stated that being peak season doesn't delay them or our packages from being delivered. So when I asked for a refund of my "Expedited Shipping", they offered a 6% discount off of my next purchase. I needed this order before December 24th, and explained that to them on every ticket I've submitted for this order. If I make the purchase on December 7th and pay for expedited shipping, I should already have my order. So my next step, I will be contacting my bank and stopping payment. The good thing about my bank, even with Trendsgal already having my money for 12 days, they can still reverse the charges in less than 30 minutes and get me my money back the same day. I'm giving them until Monday, December 22nd to turn my package over to DHL. If it's turned over by then, I can explain to my family why they don't have their Christmas gifts yet, but will have them soon. If not, I will have to stop payment with the bank and run out in this Christmas madness to get them something.

Update: They released my package on December 21 and I actually received it on December 23rd. Farah, with Trendsgal, was very helpful. She gave me a 20% shipping refund since I didn't get the expedited shipping I paid for. I will continue to be a Trendsgal shopper because I do love their products.

TrendsGal I was happy when you first came on my e-mail. Your clothes, are beautiful and the prices are the best for the quality of the clothes you get. I sometimes complain about the shipping, but its all worth it, I still don't pay a lot for what I get. I showed my daughter and grand=daughter your site. I ordered some things but one of them was out of stock (the website still says it's in stock, 3 months later, in the size I ordered but whatever). They offered to switch it out or refund the item (but not also the shipping for said item). I opted to sub another dress. I got a confirmation saying they mailed it 2 days after my original order, but the dress never arrived.
Stupidly, I also placed a second order after reading some reviews that were positive.
I got a confirmation saying it'd been mailed. Fast forward 2 months and I have received the first order but not the subbed item OR my second order.
This is when things get fun. I contact them and start off with the subbed item. They say they'll shipped a replacement and I need to submit a second ticket for my other order. Okay, that's fair. I never received a confirmation email for the subbed item replacement. I'm still waiting to see if it shows up, which it might.
I submit a second ticket for the missing order. I get an apology and they tell me to contact the postal carrier as it's their fault. They offer to refund me $13 on a $35 order (that's 40-something with shipping, btw) or have me pay $18 for them to send it again. I figure the best thing is to pay the new shipping fee and get my items. I ask for a confirmation that the $18 is going toward INSURED shipping so that if it gets lost they can track it.
They ignore my question and ask what I want to do. I ask it again. They apologize and ask what I want to do. I ask the question again -- FIVE TIMES. I ask them FIVE TIMES if the $18 is for insured shipping. I reword the question. I explain that I refuse to pay them more money unless I'm guaranteed to get the items I paid for. They say they are going to refund me $13. I tell them I don't want a refund I just want my question answered before I give them any more money. After the 5th time of them not answering my question, they send me an invoice for the $18 on paypal.
I've opened another ticket. I just want to scream. I just want someone to answer my simple question about this shipping cost.

Seriously? I had seen the reviews and despite more negative than positive ones, I decided to shop on your site and I had a big checkout with 12 items that came out to about $75. Now I am NOT one to spend that much online but that many things for so cheap, how could I not? Well it didn't take me long to figure out how I "could not." I went to checkout and confirm my order and the freaking shipping price is $45! So much for "cheap" clothes! Maybe you should advertise your outrageous shipping prices before people waste time on your site! I may as well go shop on a more expensive website that actually has reasonable shipping rates and I'd spend just as much. I didn't even bother finishing my order. You lost business just as quickly as you gained it... That is just ridiculous.

Trendsgal is a really cool website! If you're curious about it, I highly recommend looking around. They have a wide variety of clothes/accessories for extremely low prices. If you're on a budget, or are changing up your style and want to collect a few different pieces, this is the place to go. For the prices, the quality is pretty good!
WARNING:
It is international shipping, so it takes about 10-25 days to receive your items.
The sizes are Asian sizes, so I recommend ordering a size or two up from your US size if you're unsure.
Customer service isn't the best, but they always get back to you within 24 hours.
I did have some problems with one of my orders, but it all got resolved. Overall, I think Trendsgal is a great website! I highly recommend ordering from them!

Ordered my items almost two weeks ago & according to DHL they have not received a thing from TRENDSGAL to be shipped. But TRENDSGAL has emailed me saying my things were shipped. No response to the two tickets I submitted. I plan to dispute the charges with my bank very soon. Learned my lesson AGAIN.! Either we are spoiled Americans or we just expect our SPIT to be delivered when a company says it'll be delivered. Don't understand why their is a option for expedited shipping if you still can't get ppl their items within the time frame listed on your website. Now I'll be traveling without the $90 worth of clothes I ordered. Guess the items were cheap for a reason.

I ordered 21 items, in two different orders. They shipped out 1-2 days later, I used expedited shipping, which is cheaper than standard ONLY when you buy a lot of items. DHL received my packages from Trendsgal 8 days after I placed my orders. After DHL updates your tracking number, it takes 3-5 days for your package to be delivered. (I got my orders today Dec 17th) and I ordered on December 5th. So overall, I got my packages delivered to Texas in a total of 13 days after ordering. The packages from Trendsgal come from Singapore, then to HongKong, then to your nearest airport, then straight to your address. Quality experience::: Cheap. U get what ya pay for. Order a size bigger; Their socks, jewelry, hats, & boots are good though. Stay away from the "jeans" which aren't even denim, and are a very cheap fabric. Overall, its a good deal. But shipping prices are high, since they ship from Asia. So if you have $54 worth of items in your cart, the shipping cost will be about $66. Always choose expedited shipping, so you can get it the fastest AND get a tracking number for DHL. I heard they don't do refunds; also, when you order, DO NOT cancel your order because they WILL NOT give you a refund. They will just keep your money, and not ship it. So don't cancel an order after its placed lol. Good luck & happy shopping!

Its amazing how quickly this company response time is when you tell them you will stop payment on your order. I paid for expedited services which should've taken 5-7 days max. I placed my order on Dec 2nd and still have not received it. They told me it was stuck at DHL warehouse when in fact they never gave the shipment to DHL. Only the electronic info. DHL physically received the package early Monday morning that just passed. They try to blame it on the carrier, then turned around and only offered to give back half of shipping costs? On services never rendered? Not to mention customer service is useless. I will never buy anything from this company again. Suggest no one else does either.

I placed in order mid November - i still havent received my order. I ordered 5 dresses, opened about 5 tickets quering this issue and the response time is very slow. The tracking details that i received doesnt seem real at all. First i got a DHL tracking number but according to them it doesnt exist, the second time they gave me different tracking details, this was after 10 days that i placed and paid for my order, my order still shows in transit at shenzen. I ordered 3 things and paid extra shipping to get my items shipped fast and delivered before Christmas and my items are still in China, I live in the US and they should of been delivered already it's been 10 days and they haven't even shipped yet?! What kind of scan are you running! I canceled an order, seconds after I made it, and the payment was taken out. Then days later the original order was shipped out. I have been trying to call and submitted support tickets. I want my money returned or I shall press fraud charges.

First of all its been over two weeks since I placed my order and paid for it and since then its been "processing". Then they take 4 fricking days to respond to my messages then have the audacity to tell me to be patient. Well my patience has now ran out. TIP: EVERYTHING U LIKE FROM THIS SITE CAN BE FOUND ON AMAZON AND AT LEAST THEN U R GUARANTEED WHEN U THINGS WILL ARRIVE! I cant believe I wasted my time with this.
