I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY ORDER SINCE 12-19-2015 and I have not received anything worse company I have dealt with I will never order anything else whenever this one shows up sorry company don't waste you're time and a magic jack number and no one to talk to. I hate this I want the tracking number and the person name who runs the company or I am contacting BBB.
I placed my order December 16 so I can have it by new years, recieved two emails saying it was shipped out and I called DHL and they said the order was never physically given to them. NO ONE SCAN THE PICK UP. They process the order online but DHL didn't recieve anything anyways! 1 order was supposedly delivered from China and one from Singapore. So when I called to find out trendsgal to fine out they have a disconnected magic jack number... and i paid to have my order expedited smh would never recommend this place

Ok, so a lot has changed since my last review. I have since then did some research on trendsgal and I came to find out that the warehouse is in China I believe. So I came to realize that it may that my package a little more time to arrive and then it did. I am now a happy shopper with Trendsgal and I will give them 3 stars now. The contact number still is unavailable and the live chat support doesn't work. But emails are up and running. Customer support is available through email which will get a response the next day. I do believe I will continue to shop with them. Now that I'm aware it's not a scam

I ordered some items on September 10th, 2015 and I have yet to receive what I ordered. I tried contacting them and got no response. They say they don't check emails and they are located in China. I wanted more items. Thank God I only order a few, but I'd like my items or my money back. If you've been able to reach them, please let me know how.

Wow, I really wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased my items. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, it has now been 2 weeks. I am so so sorry some of you wonderful people have been done wrong, I am reporting this to the news asap, also the BBB, I am going on every major site to spread the news about Trendsgal.com. Order numbers are not popping up and the number does not work. I bet they are going to reply with the same bs they replied to with the other reviews. This is ridiculous. At first I excused the lateness, because of the holidays, but not anymore after reading your reviews.

I JUST ORDER ON DEC. 24TH 2015, HOWEVER I DID GET MY ORDER THIS MORING

I am trying to figure out why my stuff has not come in. I ordered 2 weeks ago so I can wear the outfit for a party this Saturday BUT I STILL have not received it! I am so furious at this point! Shipping has been located in Hawaii since 1-12-16. I placed this order on 1-6-16 and I am just waiting. I ordered from this company before and received my order at the last minute but I love the outfit in red so much I had to get it in white but a smaller size. I ordered my babydoll nighty. Trendsgal even emailed me a picture of my package. Obviously a fake Since DHL never even received a package from them. Their contact number don't even ring. They keep sending me the same message through that ticket thing on the support center. Don't use this site. I filed a complaint on the BBB website along with lots of others. Hopefully they will shut down soon. EVERYONE THE PRICES ARE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I bought 200dollars in different products almost a month ago for Christmas gifts and I'm still waiting for receive them, this is a really bad experience, I always buy on amazon and the most longer period of time that I wait was a week...! I ordered cyber Monday and maybe a day or two after. I really wanted this red dress for Christmas and it's been over two weeks and it's still not here. I've messaged them throughout the weeks complaining asking for an order status and no response! Their number doesn't even ring! So you can't $#*!ing talk to them. It took until yesterday to show up in my order that my dress was in route to DHL but that was on the 15th and it didn't show until the 22nd? I just called DHL and they said they're waiting to receive my package still. The day before Christmas Eve when I wanted to wear my dress. Just bs. Save your money and time and don't use this website. Expect to wait 3 month or more for you order and it will arrive in multiple packages sporadically. The quality will be terrible as well as the sizing. The pictures on the website are the product that they are making cheap knock offs of not the actual product you will receive. Save your self the headache and disappointment.

I'm super unhappy about this and reading all these other reviews is making me think they might not even come. These are Christmas gifts too so this is all really crappy. I placed 2 seperate orders on Nov 28th and I got 2 emails confirming and had a photo of both packages and said it will take 6-25 buisness days if it's not here by tomorrow which will be the 25th day, I will be contacting a lawyer. And since I can't reach customer service, I'm writing it here so that who ever sees it can get my messege. It's rediculous. I ordered an item at Gordmans 2 days ago and I just received it today. First let me start off by saying I never do reviews but I really felt like it was necessary with this company because the service was terrible. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. Needless to say it took my order over 3 weeks to come. I had to file a dispute through pay pal in order to get my receive my items. The money was taken immediately out my account but when I would email the seller to see what's going on with the order they never responded. When I finally received the items I purchased I was very disappointed. The quality of the clothing with poor. I will NEVER order from this company again. I advise anyone who is thinking to order from this company not to.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
