I should of known better. I ordered 9 items. My total was $50 and change SHIPPING COST $30 AND CHANGE. OMG right. Received items to find one was ripped thread was coming UNDONE AND SIZES ARE WAY WAY WAY TOO SMALL. 3xl is a size large in America sizes ladies. I called customer service and the rep spoke broken english. Couldnt understand anything that was said. UGH WASTE OF MONEY TIME AND ENERGY. THIS IS THE WORST SITE. GO TO TORRID AT LEAST THEIR SIZES ARE CORRECT...
I had purchased SIX (6) shirts, and out of those, four were the wrong sizes/measurements, and the other two had the belts missing (and were also smaller than described). I wanted a full refund PLUS a postage paid label to return the items since the cost would have been over $27.00, which was $3 less than HALF of the total cost. First, they wanted ME to completely measure each one and send photos. I just don't have the time to do that and besides... that isn't my responsibility! They could see all of that upon receipt of the return.
Well, stupid me went through PayPal, which was my first mistake, and PayPal decided that I had to pay the return shipping. EXCUSE ME? The items were literally "crap!" Cheap material and incorrect sizing. One of the garments looked like it had been made from the same cheap stuff they make the cheap Halloween costumes and, no matter how I tried... I sure couldn't get it to look anything like the picture as far as fit! So... I am stuck with SIX (6) cheap, crappy shirts that are too small and have missing belts, and lost $58,. 76 for nothing!
This company is so dishonest that they keep taking my reviews off of their site If you want to email me, I can give you more info. These people are sheisters... that's why their prices are so low. They send you crap because they know you're not going to send anything back because of the return shipping cost. They should be banned from selling in the USA.

The leggings I ordered are not even close to the length the description said. It's like they are screw ups of some sort. They were supposed to be low and mid waisted. They all go up to my boobs. Bad enough that when they said they shipped it out they didn't, they waited 13 days and only with several complaints they finally did. Then when I received the order, it was like they sell factory screw up. Horrific no woman in they world is shaped like these leggings are made.

I payed for the order through PayPal. It gave me option e-check so I did it. Takes 3-5 days. Company emailed me day after I payed and said they didn't receive money although it shows that order is payed for. I ask them to wait 3-5 days but it seems like they don't understand. They keep saying "we didn't receive money". I said wait 3-5 business days. Anyway I had to stop payment on the second day of processing. They didn't send me link or instruction how to resend the money through PayPal. I keep asking and reply for 5 days. After reading all the reviews I am glad that my order didn't go through. So I'm canceling it.

I ordered from stressful twice and have not received none of my orders and then you can't even track your package and every time I try to submit my ticket it won't go through and the phone number is not responsible real number and I spent like $70.00 on this site I'm very upset give me my items or my money back before I report this site.

I had a great shopping experience with trendsgal great customer service an everything the items I order came on time and in good shape I love them will order from trendsgal again
I placed an order january 1st and my order is still processing which said it would only take 3 processing days its been 5 days. And i payed 10.00 for standard 6-8 shipping days. I tried contacting the seller but i never get a reply. I really hope i dont get $#*!ed over

Disgusted. The sizing was incorrect and the material was ridiculous. I bought 5 dresses. I ended up paying with postage $20 per item roughly and they were thin, poorly put together and I would never purchase from this company again. Unsure how a business can operate with products like that! I cannot wear even 1 of the 5 dresses. These images were clearly copied from other websites. I would like a refund but I refuse to pay to return these items they are not worth the postage packet.

As soon as I ordered from here, I read the reviews and I was a little hesitant on the order I just paid for. I paid for the 10-24 (I think?) weekday shipping on December 23 and it arrived here on New Years. I ordered 4 different swimsuits and one dress. The swimsuits looked just as good as they looked in the photos and they fit, except for one which had been a "one size fits" all swimsuit. So pretty happy about that. I also ordered a dress which resembles a poncho more than an actual dress which I wish I didn't order. But overall, the stitching was really good considering I had ordered almost all knitted bikinis and nothing was coming off.
I ORDERED A SHIRT IN SEPTEMBER AND I NEVER RECEIVED IT! I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS WHICH WERE NEVER ANSWERED! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY...

I ordered two products on Dec 3,2015 and today is January 2,2016 nothing has arrived. So I tried calling them. They had a magic Jack phone number! So I tried tracking it, there was no way possible to track it, I tried every tracking source.the last thing I did was submitted a ticket on their website in which they told me that there was no way to track the package, I just had to wait for it and that it would no longer take the 6-25 days that they originally told me but be expecting to receive it within 10-45... this company is just taking everyone's money and the prices are too good to be true so just don't waste your time lady's... sorry no good review.

I made an order and i got my stuff earlier than expected. Most of the quality is great. Fits well too and very trendy. I made a second order today. If i get my stuff as expected then i will be a lifetime customer. Also I have friends that will be tagging along too. I uploaded a few of the stuff i bought... O and the handbags are awesome..
I recently did a review for Trendsgal.com on that same day I received my products I ordered. I am still a bit concerned and have questions in my head about this site because the number they provide is a magic jack number and their support address is different that they have from PayPal. When a payment is taken out through PayPal it comes up as Ivan instead of the site name. They provide you a tracking number but you can't track that package. So although I did receive my products Im still concerned for those who hadn't received their orders..

I placed an order, paid for express shipping, and then nothing... no communication at any point with the vendor regardless of the multiple attempts used. I also found additional phone numbers online for this vendor but all the phone numbers are a dead end. I have disputed my charges with PayPal and with my bank. I would suggest doing the same. This company deserves to be out of business. This has been a huge waist of time and money.

I placed an order 12/4/2015 and I haven't received any info, pics, or tracking info on my purchase. This is horrible customer service I've been waiting nearly 1 month for items I hoped to have before Christmas and it came and passed so now it's New Years Eve and no package. I called the contact number listed and it's a Magic Jack number! Wtf! Why are these companies allowed to continuously conduct bootleg online businesses with so many negative qualities? I have been waiting on my order since December 9,2015. This was the date given that it was shipped. I filled out question form inquiring about order. Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
