This "company" is a total scam! I placed an order over 2 months ago and never received it. I've sent several emails and got not one response. And the customer service number is a non-working number. So disappointed and really annoyed!
I recieved my order. But was really upset to fit it fit horrible! Nothing like the picture or close to it!

I bought a jumper dress from here, wasnt sure what date i was suppose to receive it so i did contact the website and they answered me back within 5 minutes and sent me my tracking number, i ordered on the 29th december and received it today on 15th january which fitted perfectly in the time scale i was given. I opened my parcel and it is perfect, lovely bold colour and definatly worth buying. I will be buying again from this website, thankyou :)
I order $200 worth and got trash in return seems are different on both sides there was holes in it they were huge and wide I'm not happy at all I regret coming to this online sit to buy, you people should really do your jobs right and stop scamming ppl this company should be shut down your clothes ain't even worth a cent... Package never received. Was going to place a large order but placed a small one first and it never came. Ive waited over 45 days now and nothing- what a joke. I keep contacting customer service and nobody seems to help. Worst customer service ever, Dont waster your time and money here. This company seems to just be a reseller from popular china sites and this is why of the outrageous shipping cost- thats how they make their money. HORRIBLE

My first time ordering off there site and I loved it! My order arrived within around 2 weeks. I have tried everything on and it all fits me perfect. I even ordered my partner some tops and he is happy with them. We have already placed another order. I won't stop buying from trendsgal! Life time shopper from now on! Amazing quality.
I got my order of shoddy, and nasty watches. One had the glass broken, (how could that happen?) another one the band was broken, and the third was the wrong color.
I have tries to send photos but then the site says wrong Capcha, but wont let me change it'
They just want me to keep sending over and over again. They aught not to be trading.
Will throw their trash in the garbage.

Most clothes are true to size, they're all very cute and I get compliments every where I go. Highly recommend this site.
I got my package just in time and everything is good quality for the cheap price!
How do your sizes work i have been told that when i get my order i will not be happy because your large size is actually an extra small is that true?
Firstly, the idea of emailing trendsgal proof of identity via credit card details and drivers licence is absolutely outrageous. When I kicked up a stink about that, I asked for my order to be refunded in full. It appears that they are refunding me a lower balance of $171.74 from the original and TRUE total of $247.12, which means I have been ripped off $75.38! They have picked the wrong person to scam. My husband is a lawyer, and we will be taking action. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please be aware of this.

I am also in the throws of experiencing the same astounding worst customer service ever. I placed two orders with them in Nov. 2015 and am still waiting for them. But has anyone read the replies from Trendsgal, to all the complaints. They are all repetitious down to the last letter. Plus the English is atrocious to say the least. This just shows me that no orders come from the U.S. As originally thought... everything comes from China, hence the bad quality, service and lack of concern actually, for you ever receiving your order. They could not care less. They have your money, so they are okay... plus... there will always be another sucker out there to fall for their trap as we all did. You will probably find that the offices they have in the U.S. Are just shell companies run by the Chinese. It looks better if it comes from the States, more chance of sales than if ordered directly from China. I have been in sales for over twenty years and am from a third world country, and I have not seen or experienced such bad and horrendous customer service as I have had from Trendsgal. You would never even warrent one star from me, but I had to put one just so that I could submit my review!

I am ANGRY! I never received my package and it's been well over the time allotted. A friend of mine in the same town ordered hers a couple of days after me, but received hers! I never can reach customer service which angers me more!

I ordered my things on 11/26/15 it is now 1/10/16 45 days ive waited and I STILL have not received ANYTHING I asked the support center and all they gave me was directions on how this was my fault. Saying I should doubt check my address and that I probably should check the post office... but that didn't make sense to me because my mail comes directly to my house... I will be contacting them again because this is just terrible and I want my $50 worth of stuff

Ordered on 12/19/2015 and today is 01/09/2016 and haven't received my order. I contacted customer service and was told it was my fault for not spending extra money for a tracking number and it would be an additional 10-45 days. It originally said the company was based out of California NOT China... hoping I didn't waste $40

My product was amazing. It took less time processing and shipping than it said. I ordered It January 6 and it was processed the next day! It was extremely quick to order and it is really cheap (meaning low price). I think this is the best website for buy everyday items. My order number is G**************.
I absolutely love this website. Everything I've ever gotten from them has all been amazing. And everytime I wear any of their products I get so many compliments. I will definitely continue shopping with them.
Product wise, I wouldn't buy clothings from here but My past experience with them left a bad taste in my mouth because they charge so much for shipping but if anything goes wrong with delivery and you don't get your items, they'll do nothing about it and you'll loose your money altogether. A better option would be Amazon or Aliexpress.

I hear many things about this company, I didn't know what to expect. So I was anxious to receive the pieces. The dresses are true to size and looks exactly like the image. I am a plus sized woman and I didn't know what to expect, their size chart is accurate. The dresses were extremely affordable and I will be order again for sure!
Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Your decision...

Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
