I placed an order on Dec 21,2015. It's Jan 28,2016. I haven't received anything. Will never order again. You have been warned... With all the 6's in my order number, I think my package went to Hell.
This company needs to be shut down. The quality of the clothes I ordered are nothing like what is displayed on the website. Two pairs of jeans (stylish high wasted zipper embellished slimming pencil jeans for women and stylish midwasted pocket designed lace embellished womens jeans have buttons but there is no hole for the button to go in. Chic mid-wasted pure color hole designed womens jeans holes were out of place and the zipper was broken. The trendy round long sleeve plaid dress was made out of the cheapest material I have ever seen. The material is so cheap it can probably pass for a Halloween costume. The romper was poorly made. Casual spaghetti strap solid color jumpsite for women was very dull. It was not made out of the same material shown online. Fashionable v-neck long sleeved striped sweatshirt and fitted pants twinset for women is msde of poor material as well. Everything was just terrible. Any good reviews you may see please ignore because the person was probably paid to do it. Avoid buying clothes online that are being shipped from China. I wasted my money and and will likely never get it back. Hopefully everyone sees this so they won't have to be scammed like me and many other people.

I was going to purchase a jacket and right up until I was going to pay for it the price had been in the Bristish pound and then it switched to the USD at the part where I enter my credit card details... why is that? The USD made it more expensive. I've decided against buying from this company and am seeking another with the same products and better reviews because there are too many negative reviews for this company for my liking :(

I just recently purchased something from the site and I completely recommend it to all my friends and family I wish I knew about this sooner it would have saved me tons of money I completely completely completely will shop again.
I ordered $70 worth of clothes, I paid for 3 day shipping and still NOTHING, they gave me this fake $#*! tracking website called myib.com I talk to the people twice and they assured me that my package was on the way but still nothing!, it's been over 2 weeks, and now when I call the 800 number for my tracking it says the number is no longer in service! Smh please don't make the same mistake I did!, my lawyer is looking into this scam as we speak!

Save your money! Everything is crap. Not quality. They have stolen other sites photos and are trying to make the clothes out of the cheapest fabric that half way looks like it! Sizes come way smaller then described... no warrenty they will keep saying they did not get your photo... or they need other info! Total rip off.

I ordered a ton of clothes right before I was leaving on a trip. Everything I ordered stated it would ship with in 3 days... I even paid for expedient shipping to make sure it got her quick! Yeah 10 days later I am wondering where in the heck my stuff is. The phone number they give you doesnt work and will always tell you no one is available to take your call and if you submit a ticket it takes hours and hours before you hear from anyone! So if you are in any hurry at all DO NOT GET YOUR CLOTHES FROM HERE! - now lets see if they give me my money back... :(

My 15-year old daughter paid $10 extra for a more rapid shipment on an item that cost less than the shipping cost and the item took more than 10 days to arrive. I could not even track the package until I put a complaint on pay pal. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Untrustworthy company. When I asked for my shipping money back I got NO RESPONSE from them. The only time they responded is when I put a complaint on paypal. Buyer beware!

They seemed to have rectified the payment problem. They have added PayPal and the credit card option seems to be working better now.
I placed my order in December. It said within 25 days so I contacted there support and they tell me within 45 business days. It's bs. I checked there longest delivery on there site and it says 10-25 days. I want my money back and I am going to eat them alive on Facebook. DONT BUY

I ordered some stuff on Dec 25th and its January 23rd and nothing. It said 10 to 15 days to receive. I've been e-mailing them but no response. This is ridiculous. Never again will I order from them. Don't order anything on this company. I received an item without any tags on it and no receide. They charged me 10$ only for the shipment that the item only was 6.50$! The quality is totally different from the picture shown I think all the items all the same. I emailed them so many times to do the full return they send man back an email that I have to pay for the shipment again to send the item to China! I have to add that the item had no tangs on it and nothing like a receive with the item. Avoid ordering somthing!

I had been quoted 10-14 business days after shipment to receive my order. It has now been 22 business days and I still have not received it. What concerns me most is the customer service. I created a "ticket" voicing my concern and asking about my order. It takes at least 1 business day to get a response and I was basically told "don't worry I'll get it eventually however there's no tracking number so who knows where your order is." I asked for a refund of the product and they simply avoided the request. So unprofessional. I also left a review on the item that I ordered stating that I was not happy because I never received it even though it has been well past the date I should have. The review is not shown because they only post good (and possibly fake) reviews. The website is misleading, difficult to communicate with and over all a big waste of time and money.

I was a little skeptical ordering from trendsgal, because of what I heard from others! Yes, you do have to wait a while to get your order because it is shipping from China! What do you expect? Yes, you do have to pay a lot for shipping, but again, you are getting everything for under $10! In the end, it's worth it. I highly suggest reading the recviews from other buyers before purchasing! I recently purchase a few necklaces, and some watches. Everything I got was IDENTICAL to the original photos, and AWSSOME quality! All the items I had purchased were previously reviewed, so I had an idea of what I would be receiving. You also get T-Points for reviewing your items on the site, and posting a photo of what you got. I put these toward my next purchase. I have bought from trendsgal again, and i will keep buying from them! You can't always believe what you hear until you try it yourself! :)
They make you PAY for a tracking number, which of course most people are going to say no to, and after that it's over. The order disappears. It says I never bought anything but they took the money off my card. Stay away from them

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think!
