I just spent 150$ onclothes from your website its been two weeks and I swear I will have your entire company and all employees sued if I do not get what I paid for. My email is *******@gmail.com and I asked for tracking number and you send me back a link that doesnt't go anywhere. We have enough people to say your company has stolen money from them to $#*! you so hsard legally. Fix your $#*!.
My order still has not come and it is a good thing I did not order but two items; just to test the waters. It has been over 6 weeks and when I called them I was told it may be another 6 weeks. In other words; I will never get the merchandise I paid for. I believe this company is running a scam and from the reviews I am now reading I am so glad that I did not order hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. The shipping I paid cost more than the actual merchandise. Should have known and will never shop from them again.

I placed an order about 2-3 months ago and never received anything. They took the money out of my account and sent an email with tracking numbers that didn't even work. When I emailed them for the correct info, etc. They ignored me and sent anot email with coupons.

This is the third time I order here and everything is ok, quality is great everything comes like the pictures, they solved me all my questions and I got my products in avery short time
I placed an order on 1/24/16 of 3 tops. I paid extra for expedited shipping for these to arrive by the 30th. When I checked, the site only said "processing," the same as the day I ordered, no changes. On the 30th I tried to call the 305# but it doesn't go to a business! I sent a complaint to the company and asked for my money back, yes, Trendsgal took my money the minute I ordered but I received nothing. Their response to my request for money was to tell me what I ordered was on backorder and "wait until February 20th or go exchange the items."
How is it that they can keep my money when I've received nothing?
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. THERE ARE MANY OTHER LEGITIMATE SITES WITH MUCH BETTER REVIEWS AND WILL TREAT YOU APPROPRIATELY.

I bought two dresses as a Christmas gift for my daughter. They arrived after a very long time(over 6 weeks) and when I opened the packages, I was totally disappointment by their quality and workmanship. The material is substandard and not at all as pictured or described. The workmanship is extremely poor. Stitches are loose and wrinkles are sewn into the openings of the neck and sleeves. Even ironing would not get the wrinkles out as they are sewn into the stitching. I instantly requested a return slip to be generated by generating a ticket which I was supposed to receive a response to it within two days. It never happened. I tried calling their US site in Rancho Cucamonga. No one picks up that phone and the number in China, good luck with that as well.
I generated a second ticket after a couple of weeks of not receiving any response and that one too ended up the same way. No one called, emailed or attempted to resolve the issue. I really don't care if I get my money back at this point. I just want no one else to be cheated out of their money the way I have been. I believe, after the first purchase, no one will return to buy anything from them again because of their unprofessional conduct and substandard items. I will also leave a complaint for Consumer Report site on them because they have a business that is supposedly based in Rancho Cucamonga. Or, it just might be a phone number registered to them and nothing more. There may not be even a building connected to that number. I would not put anything passed this people.
Learn from my experience and the experiences of the others who left negative feed back for them. I wish I had done my research prior to ordering two dresses for Christmas. Please save your hard earned money and do not waste it on their junk items.

Worst purchase I have ever made. I waited for over 2 months to find absolutely NOTHING like the picture. I was very exited after purchasing this dress, and now that it is here, I want nothing to do with it. It is completely see through and looks like an extremely poorly made Halloween costume. I order 5 dresses they came in and they are so thin and cheaply made I can't use them for my customers wedding now I'm set back and I have to pay to return them there was no indication on the website stating these dresses would be so cheap and one ripped just by sliding it on I want a full refund now u have to pay to return them and the customer back if this is the way y'all do business I'll find another distributor.

I had no problem placing my order. Got immediate confirmation. Package arrived on the 10th day. Was afraid of what I was going to find in the package because of all the negative reviews I've read. *I decided to take a gamble when ordering and keep it to a minimum so I wouldn't be out a great deal of money if my package was never received. 2 cardigans $12 and an outrageous amount of shipping $17, total over $29.* So when looking at the package, it was small for what I expected as these cardigans resembled thick sweaters in picture. Well I took a chance and got what I deserved after not heeding the reviews. These pieces are disgusting at most. My grandmother wouldn't even wear them. They are absolutely nothing like the pictures! Pieces of thread are all over my floor. Threads sticking out in all the seams of the clothes. The print doesn't even match the photograph. I don't even know how to describe one of the materials. Feels like a filthy bed sheet. My car is pretty dirty right now. I think I will cut these cardigans up into rags and clean it out. Definitely don't want to be out anything more in shipping them back. Steer clear people! Obviously this is a sweatshop!

I place an order on the 18th of January 2016. I paid extra to get my order expedite. I paid for 3 to 6 days. It's been the 10th day I still haven't received my package and I'm told I'm not gonna get my refund for the shipping. I am scared I just waisted my money. I have ordered my items and now still waiting on them. It shouldn't take this long on shipping no matter where it comes from... I should know I have traveled the world... so the phone number they provide is never answered... the ticket you submit gets the same generic message each time. Saying the item has been shipped... I have spoken with my legal team and they are investigating this company. One way or another I'm going to get my package or I'm going to get a refund and make sure this company is straighten out. This is not how you provide customer service... or do good business..

Hello I ordered something in November of 2015 and still haven't received anything yet. I have tried contacting them multiple times and have not received a response. I am very upset as these were going to be gifts for people and they did not receive anything due to this website lying about their service. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Your decision...
