I order 01/26/16, but I still have to get my order. As much as I had to pay for shipping I better get my order soon. I check everyday to see if it has been shipped anywhere, but it stayed in china for at least 9 days. I am not the least bit pleased with the reviews on here. If i ever get my order I might change mine. Probaly not since it is taking so long

Pffff... they look for my order 20days after! I received message from them one 19 for a order i was place the 1! I hope juste a little i will fend hall the items. Very disapoint... they answer me just when i give a bad review here! You trust one they but its just your money the want. I placed an order on December 22,2015 and have still not received it. I expected it to take awhile, coming overseas, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to get it at all. Make a purchase on the 25th January to the 29th and it was in my home considering I'm in mexico is surprising effectiveness in the delivery, when I received my package completely satisfied with the items, all of excellent quality, my package complete and excellent packaging, without doubt more purchases effected, since trendsgal is an online store that is committed to its customers and the quality of its service and items are unequaled
It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. I made the stupid mistake of ordering over $200 in clothing from TrendsGal. The actual order came within 7 days. That's probably the best thing I could say about it. Firstly, they shorted me three pieces that I ordered but didn't bother to refund the money to my account. Second, don't be fooled by the product in the photos. That's NOT what you're getting. The items they actually send out are completely different and of the most horrible quality. Some of the pieces I received were already falling apart! Lastly, the difference in coloring and fabric quality is laughable. NEVER, NEVER buy from them. Now I have a box full of crappy clothing with no response from TrendsGal, after three days, as to how to go about getting my money back. BTW, their website says they resolve issues within one business day. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and have filed a claim with them.

Ordered a dress and a coat. Dress came. Okay. Not the best quality, but for the price it was hard to complain. The coat? Who knows. I never got it. Customer Service kept telling me to wait because it was coming. THEN they made me check with my local post office (I checked both near us) I can't track it, I didn't send it. They WON'T track it, and won't refund my money.
STAY AWAY. Stuff is cheap, but you get what you pay for... well, IF you get it. For all I know, they only send out every other order.

First of all let me say $#*! FACEBOOK FOR HAVING THIS BULL$#*! $#*! SITE LISTED ON THEIR PAGE AS "SPONSORED". Secondly I should've known better when I seen the prices but I saw this one dress advertised and it caught my eye. My birthday is a couple days away so I ordered a dress and shoes and paid $40+ for expedited shipping so it will be here in time for my birthday dinner. Here it is the 6th day after the purchase was made and my order still says processing. They did not hesitate one second to pull the money out of my account. When I go on their site and try to find a customer service number to call and try to cancel my order I was shocked when I heard the recording "the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is unavailable" BULL $#*!IN $#*! $#*! you better refund my $#*!ing money and cancel this imaginary $#*! order. Then I finally go to google and start Reading comments 95% of the are saying the same exact thing I'm going through. I'm convinced they paid the other people with the "my order came right on time and was exactly like in the picture" reviews. I hate site them and Facebook should be sued.

I personally just ordered from trendsgal for the first time ever recently. I was a bit skeptical with all the bad reviews i had seen and the fact that all the prices seemed just way too good to be true bu they arent. I bought 14 items for an amazing price. I loved every item i ordered and it was just as described. I got the normal shipping that takes up to 25 business days. It arrived within the time it said it would. A lot of people complained about not being able to track their orders but you can pay extra if you would like to do so it is an option. Everything was true to size and some of the items i got were even on competitor sites for much more money. I truly would recommend this site to anyone interested. My personal experience was amazing. The site also offers a very wonderful rewards program where you get rewarded for leaving reviews of the products to help other customers. The point add up fast to money off and their VIP program is also a great price for 20% off the whole site. 10/10

I order a couple of things from this site at the begining of january and paid for express shipping and they still have not shipped my order. I talked to a representative over their online chat who guranteed me that 2 out of the 5 items i ordered were going to be shipped immediately and that did not happen. A month after I put my order in 0 items have been shipped to me.

I recently purchased clothing from trendsgal and I've never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with an online purchase! Every item I ordered was not what was pictured. Too top it off it was all cheaply made. Things like two different cup sizes in shirts, panties that are extremely tight in the legs but insanely loose in the buns and two different length knee highs! I truthfully reviewed these items and the reviews were taken down within the hour. The biggest kicker though is that they are run by the same company that runs sammydress, a site that is notorious for terrible quality and even worse customer service! If you're thinking about buying from either site just don't, please girl just don't! If I could rate trendsgal as a zero I wouldn't think twice.

I spent so much on this website and not one marchandise is true to their advertsing. Everything is cheap material and wrong. The materials leak in chemicals and colors are way off to their advertisement.
Worst customer service. Also if u choose to return u have to pay and their address isn't even stated on their packaging.
They say that labels should be attached for returns but my stuff was sent with NO labels. Also none of my materials had side label for fabric information. I'm so mad at this website for the money I wasted and poor quality I recieved.
Never would recommend this site to anyone.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Your decision...

Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
