I didn't expect much considering the prices but, this gotta be some sort of fraud you're advertising items of clothing which when bought buy the buyer are nothing like the pictures your apparently saying they are! I'm so disgusted buy this clothes site someone needs to close it down

WHEN I RECIEVED THEM THEY COULD FIT MY DAUGTERS BABY DOLL NOT A HUMAN BEING. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT NOW THAT I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEMS I HAVE GOT NO MORE RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY (OH AND THEY ONLY RESPONDED TO MY BAD REVIEW THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AT ALL) THEY HAVE OFFERED NO REFUND NOR ASSISTANCE OR REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY KIND. I recently recieved my shipment and multiple items were missing. The products were much lower quality than pictured and the material was cheap, im just glad i recieved them. Personally i mosy likely will not shop here again and i dont personally recomend spending large amounts of money here.
I ordered almost $100 worth of stuff 1/08/16 and i still have not recieved anything. I am angry. I have sent 2 tickets to them in the last 2 weeks and they are still being processed. It says they would respond in one business day. I want my money back. I am getting in touch with someone to shut this place down. Its awful.

Do not order from this company. They are scammers. I was about to place an order, the total was 22.41 USD and I am from Canada and with the conversion and shipping my should have come to 40 dollars. When I went to pay from my Paypal account the amount to be debited was 90 dollars. I have emailed them with actual screenshots and their replies are bull$#*!. Do not order from this company. The phone number is a joke. No one answers and you can't leave a message

I love Trendsgal, the prices are great and the products I've received have been of good quality for the extremely low prices I've paid! I would highly recommend this site to friends! I received my products in a timely manner and had no issues with my orders.
My order came expedited and in just 5 days. That was awesome. And when I had a question for customer service the support people consistently responded to my support tickets with professionalism and were super helpful. I have been quite impressed with the service and the promptness in the delivery of my Trendsgal order.
Still waiting on my order. They made a from label from www.USPS.com and nothing has shipped. I have called and the phone number is a freaking Magic Jack phone! I have E-mail and not other than its shipping, but that is a Big Fat Lie! I am calling the better Business Bureau and they are going to cancel this order and they're going to pay me back my money. Missing items due to the fact that items ran out due to ordering time. After several texts with Trendsgal to find replacement, I was offered a full refund of cost of item. Thanks Trendsgal and I will order again.
I don't understand why I didn't read these reviews first I would have never ordered from them. I hate ordering from China because not only does it take forever the quality is cheap. Never looks like the pictures they advertise which is false advertisement. I don't get how you take my money, I see PayPal paid you and you send me a email to confirm payment. Then make up some bogus line about PayPal not able to verify my account or something like that. Idk. Looking at the reviews I should have stayed away. And if I don't get my orders I will open up claims with PayPal.

If you're like me and can't afford much, then Trendsgal is great to order from as prices are extremely low for the items and there are lots to choose from. Quality and appearance of items varies depending on what you order, but if you're not too picky then it shouldn't be a problem. A lot of reviews mention the products are of horrible quality, but if you're expecting top-notch designer or brand name quality you're obviously in the wrong place. For the price, the clothes are really nice and serve their purpose. No button hole? Then cut one. A stitch came undone? Then just sew it back up. Simple as that. It's not like the products are going to fall completely apart the first time you wear them, so if you really like the products and want to save money, go for it! If you are picky or can afford more expensive items, then you may find somewhere else more satisfactory. I ordered clothing and I personally found the women's dresses to be of the best quality (I love the vintage styles!) and there was nothing wrong with mine, so if you're looking for a pretty dress at a good price, I definitely reccommed checking out Trendsgal. And I can't speak for others, my but order was shipped and arrived very fast (I'm in Canada), just expect to pay courier fees based on weight/size, and everything was very neatly packed and clean.

I have been a VIP member with trendsgal.com for a few months now and they are a really good company to order from. Sometimes orders may take linger than usual to get delivered but their customer service is very good at replying to all of your concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good quality items at reasonable prices.
Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.

I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
