The thought of getting so many cute things so cheap is too good to be true. First, I paid for EXPEDITED shipping and still took about 3 weeks to receive my order. In that time my tracking info was NEVER available. You cant reach a real person on the number they have just a voicemail. The customer support emails you send you get a auto/generic reply EACH TIME. The shipment finally comes and things are not what's advertised. Items are different colors, different materials. I just WILL NEVER order from here again nor advise anyone else to!
Now 5/11/16- shortly after i wrote this reveiw trandsgal contacted me an said if i removed it they would refund my money, they still have not redunded my money so the reveiw is still up here!
It's ridiculous these shipping cost Yea the clothing is cheap but the shipping cost makes up the cost for clothing then it takes to long for clothing to come

I ordered 5 outfits for a really important music event I had coming up in LA. I had a week and a half until the show and figured id' have plenty of time to choose. 2/28 was the show. I ordered them 2/20. After ordering and paying MORE than double the price for expedited shipping. 3/1/16... no package or ANY info whatsoever on where it is.
Oh, and they just took off an outfit i ordered because it was out of stock but still showing on the site. URGH!
NEEDLESS to say, i spent another 400 on a completely different outfit! SO i can't wait for it to finally get here... so i can SHIP IT BACK! I WANT MY MF MONEY BACK.

The red bag w/black cat and fish is so cute. I had purchased this bag from another site, but it had ripped so this one is a replacement. I did notice that the lining in this one is a lower quality and the zipper zips in the opposite direction of what I prefer, but the color was a better red than the faded red from the other site. Overall, this is a super cute bag that I get lots of comments on. My item did come within the expected time frame.
I still haven't received my order. Never again will I order from this site

I love my Bomber jacket, It was new year but it still came within 2 and a half weeks. I looks kinda like the Handm jacket but its just longer, matte and warmer.
I originally wrote a review voicing my displeasure and frustration over not receiving a package. I was contacted by a Customer Service agent who was very empathetic and offered to refund me in full for my purchases I never received. Not only that, but it was the same CSR each time, which was helpful. They refunded me in full, in a very timely manner (in a matter of hours it was in my PayPal). Although the package loss is out of their hands after it leaves shipping, they took responsibility and offered to give me my money back. I am very appreciative for the Customer Service I received. It's also worth metioning that each time i replied to my ticket, they responded within 24 hours. Thank you Trendsgal support team for handling my ticket in a timely and professional manner!
I love Trendsgal! The price is right, and the quality is the same as other clothing I have bought. I simply READ the measurement charts, and my swimsuit fits true to size. My shipment came in the time frame they told me it would. I sent a question to customer service and had a reply the next day! I have another order, and I can't wait to receive it! I placed a small order for 2 items to try out there products and I didn't pay for express shipping. My items arrived in 3 weeks considering that it came from overseas that was a good timeframe. Both of my items are very cute and came the exact way they were advertised on the website. I am very satisfied with my order.

I placed an order then read the reviews. My heart sank thinking DAMN I might not get these awesome clothes. But here is what happened to me... I placed my order on 2/6/16 and received an email about a week later stating my order was shipped out. I tried the tracking number but couldn't see where the package was so I just hoped it would get to me. Well I got my order yesterday and I am thrilled with my clothes. They are true to size ordered and very nice quality. One of the dresses I ordered was out of stock and didn't come with the first order but I received an email yesterday that it is on it's way. It is obvious that this company is oversees most likely China and when I received my clothes my first thought was that they were probably made by poorly paid women and children. BUT I thanked them for making me such nice clothes and sent it out to the Universe. I really didn't have any issues with my order.
I ordered two swimming suits. To my surprise, the items were very cute, definitely worth the price I paid. My only critique is that one of the swimming suit was not lined in the back so it is see through when wet, but the other piece was beautiful! I would buy from them again if I see something I like.
I have been trying for 3 days to access someone at TrendsGal. My order took almost 4 weeks to get to me and it was not complete. I tried to sign in to Customer Service online and kept getting that my email or password was wrong or the insane code was not correct. I think it a company run around to avoid the real issue. Very poor service. After reading the online reviews I know I will never recommend or use this company again

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Your decision...

Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
