I recieved the dress i ordered off trendsgal today and it was within the timeframe. The dress however was barely comparable to the one I ordered, the only similarity was the colour and even that seemed off.
I was cheaply made and a disgusting material. Glad I didn't spend too much money.
I purchased 3 plus size dresses with TrendsGal, taking into account that everything runs a bit small. So, I ordered my dresses a 3X even though I wear a size 16w. (2x) The dresses arrived looking cheap and flimsy and way too small. One of the dresses on the website appeared to be a top quality formal dress, made of taffeta, and fit to wear to a nice ball or formal dance. But when it arrived, it was thin, cheap, shiny, satin.
Then when I tried to return it, stating it did not look like and pic AND was too small, they only wanted to give ma a partial refund. Huh that's a rip! They would be getting the dressed back and keeping part of my money too.! Ladies, just save yourself a BIG HEADACHE and DONT SHOP HERE! The photos are all photo-shopped up! The quality is low, the fabric is thin and cheap and face it, we should probably buy AMERICAN any.

I ordered 3 dresses and a jacket. I never recieved the jacket 2 mo later-the dresses are of poor quality. The one dress with a daring open neckline is the most ugly. This dress looks nothing like the photo-what looks like sewn on lace is printed, and the front open neck actualy you can see my whole chest and belly is so butt ugly. I wrote to the co for the 3 dresses-first there is no phone number-the chat is nothing more than send an email-there is no chat. I sent details why I don't like the dresses -3 days later they don't care of my response-now they want photos... WHY? Most terrible co I dealt with and I am lost of $50-waste of my hard earned $.

I've changed my review from a one to a three. I did recieve my items but not in the time frame in which I paid for. I am happy with the items that I purchased and extremely happy that I actually received them. Since I actually got my items I will use PayPal if I order from them...
I purchased three wigs from this site during Christmas 2015. I gave two of the wigs a negative review, however they did not post the negative reviews only the positive one. Plus I was suppose to get plus points for reviews with pictures, that did not happen either.

So this is an update to my Fraud review. They are a legit company from CHINA, but still with terrible customer service (their customer service thru the website was a little better than the ones contacting us on Sitejabber, because they were able to track my order with my printed receipt)... They still lost my email login to their website (which is OK with me because I will never purchase from them again). However, they did send my order to me within a two week time frame. The clothing however, is cheap and you definitely get what you paid for. The Dress I got was Black, with no lining... so its "see through or TOO sheer". You'll need to wear a slip or undergarment with it. Additionally, their sizes run small. So the XL... is CHINA XL... which like is a M-L for US sizes. The dress is OK... its not ugly... but its not at all like it is picture on their website. It's like that tried to have someone make it look like the pictures... but made with VERY CHEAP material and beading, etc. Again... you get what you pay for. Will I ever by anything from them again?... NO WAY! But I will not return the items since they were so cheap. I will just give them away to the needy. Good luck to all of you that have ordered, don't be surprised when you open the packaged and you are disappointed. Seriously, you really get what you pay for.

Well I ordered from trendsgal on February 10th.My order was shipped on Valentines Day. I read none of these reviews til about a week after I ordered. Then of course sat worried until today. I did email and got a ticket number about a week ago becaue my tracking message never changed once it entered Hong Kong. I actually got a quock rwsponse and was told it was in Cinncinatti Ohio. I live in Ohio. Well I got my shirts today. All 16 of them were there. I got one that really didnt look like the picture and has Initials sewn into them but otherwise everything else was "OK". Not a hug fan of some of the material but I guess I got what I paid for. All in all I got my stuff in the 6-25 days and everything was in my package.Im not dissappointed.And I will order from them again. I just now know what to expect.
I ordered my package three weeks ago and have no received it just like SO many other people! I have tried emailing MULTIPLE times and calling, apparently the phone number NEVER works. I will go to ALL means to get my money back especially since I spent over 60$ on my package! This is ridiculous!

You are a SCAM! I have read several complaints about people NOT getting their orders just like me. I will take this complaint as far as I can. Believe me! I ordered on 1-13-16 and still haven't gotten my order! You said you put a message on my account with you and there is nothing there of course. The reply url you sent me doesn't work. Can't reply. Click-ons don't work etc.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Your decision...

Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
