I already wrote a review about TrendsGal but you know after reading other reviews I realized that the problem is with you girls not choosing the right size. Why do u blame the company for shipping to u exactly what u ordered! There is a great measuring chart for every clothing item. All you have to do is take a measuring tape and know exactly how many inches u r. Sizes r different in every country that's why there is a measuring chart. Just don't be lazy. Its easy to put the blame on the website and destroy their reputation when it is clearly your own fault!

And about quality... What did u expect for that price? Original Fendi baguette handbag?
Its actually unbelievable how some thing r soooo cheap that you wouldn't even buy a floor mop for that money. And u people are still complaining.

Upon reading all of the reviews here, i'm beginning to wonder if i will even receive my items. This is ridiculous. The company is based in Beijing china yet runs its website off an american server. Obviously to lie and fake it as far as they can.

On top of that, their ticket support on the website doesn't even work? It refuses to submit my ticket to find out where my stuff is.

This is the one and only time i will EVER use this site.

While their customer service was very good, and their prices very good, the shipping, ouch! I ordered 4 items, a total of about 15 bucks and the shipping cost me about another 15 bucks. So that cute 4 dollar top? Really more like an 8 dollar top. That being said: I had a problem with each of the items that I ordered. I ordered a really cute pair of boots, I ordered them a size bigger than I usually wear because I like to wear big fluffy socks with my boots. They came (it took a while for it to get over the puddle too) and were super cute, but half a size too small. I also ordered two shirts, one fit just right, the other was too small. The fabric and stitching was obviously cheap, the small one of the two tops had a hole in the stitching (which I fixed). The last item I ordered was lingerie and boy... it was not what was pictured. The coloring was different, the fabric very very cheap ( I did expect it to be a little cheap, in my defense) and boy, was it TINY. There was no way I could wear it. Luckily, all in all I was out 30 bucks and got one halfway decent top and a pair of boots for my little sister out of the deal. Would I order from them again? Maaayyybbeee, but probably not. However, did I mention that their customer service was very good?

Trendsgal is a great online store! Everything is affordable and cute. I recommend buying a size up and really paying attention to the size guide. Shipping is reasonable too.

This was my 1st order. They took my money, shipped to the wrong address AFTER sending me a confirmation e-mail with the correct address and phone number I provided and then after a month and inquiring they refuse to accept the confirmation email copy sent to them and showed their mistake, they still will not refund my money or reship the order to the correct address and offered only to put points on my account for a discount off a future order. DO NOT ORDER WITH TRENDSGAL.COM

I got my clothes in two weeks after purchase. I purchase through paypal, which is a good security source to use. The material is cheap. If you can imagine the material that a bathing suit is made out of picture each clothing item coming back in that same material!. :) It's a silk almost fake material. However, with these prices I love my Bathing Suits. I ordered 3 bathing suits, a Romper, 3 dresses, a pair of sun glasses, and a shirt. The Bathing Suits were cute :), The Romper, and Sun Glasses were too. Everything else was not. Again, you get what you pay for. I wasn't displeased when I got back my order, but if you do order from this website keep in mind it will be a gamble between receiving what you really want. The pictures posted are pictures of cotton clothing-they do not resemble what you actually receive. Between a 1-5. I rate this site a 2.5 :). . If shipping & handling costs werent so expensive I would use this site to shop for my bathing suits only.

Well with the expedited shipping my 4 items got here in 7 days as promised. I ordered one more item afterwards because I had forgotten something and I used the flat rate shipping. Its been sitting in the USPS facility in LA for awhile now. I'm very patient it said 7-25 business days so I'm not complaining. Its only been about 2 weeks almost since I've ordered it. But other than that the quality of the clothing I got is worth what i paid for. I got a pretty coat that is really nice except a little tight on the shoulders. Make sure you make the right measurements when purchasing and take a good look at the material its made out of. I have no complaints about Trendsgal although I've seen people complain quite a lot. In my experience I think they're great. Just be patient with the shipping.

So after this review I posted below. I finally got my order. And I have to say the quality of the items I ordered are not even close to how they looked in the pictures. The material is very low quality, and as it seems the seamstress abilities are lacking. Some of the items I had to finish sewing myself, as material and triimmings just hung off the item. One item the sleeves were so small I could not get my arms in it to even try it on. The bath suit was cute, but couldn't get it to come up to my shoulders and I ordered a size larger too but I think they must be made for a child. And I am a small women. I will not order from this place again as I feel like I am supporting child labor, per the quality.

I have informed my friends and foe's not to order from this place. Had I known this was not coming from the USA I would have NEVER ordered to begin with. The false statement of your delivery will be shipped in 3-5 days does not mean you get it in a week. Means it is leaving china and you may get it in a month or more. The tracking information is in Chinese so reading where your shipment is impossible. Attempting to call but the no success there either. I know it looks cute ladies, but you are getting exactly what you pay for. If the price is cheap, so are the items.

I made the mistake of making two orders. The stuff look so cute on line. Looks are deceiving. I still have not received my order. My complaint ticket basically is telling me to wait. I am still waiting. I want my money back. SCAMS are cruell.

So as of yesterday, I got a partial delivery of my items. 1 order I had 8 items, I have received 3, quality is so so, but was happy to get it. Trendsgal still owes me 8 items. I am leary if I will get it. I have another order 3 items, NOTHING yet. So 11 items still floating around some where. Had I know (hine-site) this stuff was coming from China I would not have placed this order. However, if I do not get my 11 items, I am going public about this company and their PR relations. I will take it to local TV station and the B&B. I am so tired of people ripping us off for our hard earned money.
