I flew them for the first time and was so disappointed. The flight crew was so mean and refused to help me. I'm in a wheelchair and needed help but nothing. Here is my story. They tried to take my walker so i couldn't use the restroom but on the web site it states all medical devices get priority storage. The as i was getting on the plane there was a foot step to board and no one helped me so when i finally got on the flight crew blocked me and i can only stand for a minute and my body gives out. Then after telling them to please move they sat me in the wrong seat and told me to move. Then my sister and i was having a private conversation and one of the flight crew was listening and started yelling that she wanted me off the plane that she didn't have to listen to me. All i was telling my sister was how disappointed i was with how the airline was. Then the male flight crew stood in the isle with his penis in my face. All in all it was horrible. But if thats not all the return flight was when they misplaced my wheelchair. Took forever to find it. So my point is if your disabled do not use. You get no help from the crew and they are mean
I PREPAID FOR A CAR AND GOT SCREWED. YOU CANNOT RETURN THE CAR EARLY AND THERE INSURANCE IS WAY TOO HIGH. THEY CHARGE A FEE FOR NOTHING. YOU DO ALL THE WORK AND THEY GET MONEY. WOW WHAT A WAY TO MAKE MONEY. DO NOT USE THEM.
I ordered through grub hub and they told me my food would be delivered within 4:40 and 4:50. Well right now its 5:25 and still no food. I called capri's pizza at 5:10 and they told me my food was already out for delivery and i had to call grub hub to cancel so i did. Wgen they called capri's to find out whats going on they told him it was leaving as they spoke. So i was lied to. I will never order from them again. Its 5:30 still no food. Finally canceled at 5:45
I purchased 8 games from them back in 2004. had spinal surgery in 2010 and have not been on my computer since. recently I decided to get on it and found not only has vista been damaged but my games are really weird. I decided to purchase a new tower but was told I could not move my games without a code. so I called popcaps and they told me they couldn"t help me because I no longer have the receipt. who in there right mind holds a receipt for 13 years. the guy was rude and hung up on me. I will never purchase another thing from them again. almost 200.00 out the window.
If you are handicapped don't bother going. They do not help and they flock to you and proceed to tell you, you can't sit in a seat if you don't plan to play. I went with alot of money to play. Didn't even get in the seat when they told me i couldn't sit there if i wasn't playing the machine. Didn't even ask if i needed help just i couldn't sit there. Just because I'm in a wheelchair they thought i was poor. What a crock. Do not go there.
I placed my order in December. It said within 25 days so I contacted there support and they tell me within 45 business days. It's bs. I checked there longest delivery on there site and it says 10-25 days. I want my money back and I am going to eat them alive on Facebook. DONT BUY
