I paid $80 and was suppose to have 7-10 day shipping. NOTHING. The customer service number doesn't work and the website wont recognize my email to sign in for support. I am VERY close to calling the bank and calling this a fraudulent charge. At this point I believe I may have been scammed!

Ordered two dresses in September waited 30 days then contacted customer support to find out the status of my package. They told me to wait 15 more days. So I did, no package. Then they asked me to jump through multiple hoops in order to investigate where my package is. News flash, I am the customer and I shouldn't have to investigate your mistakes. I Ordered a few things ahead of time in hopes of wearing them for a special event & 2 months later I still haven't gotten anything! This is ridiculous! I don't recommend that anyone uses thic website, everytime I try to track it it tells me " tracking information not updated " it's been almost 3 months & ive yet you get anything! THIS IS BULL$#*!

I love trendsgal! They sell the cutest stuff that you would not be able to find in any department store and the prices are great! Shipping is a little slower than typical, and some of the sizing is smaller, but definitely the pros outweigh the cons. I keep hearing about negative experiences others have had, and I'm sorry to hear that, but my experiences have been the exact opposite. Since I found this site I don't ever plan on shopping in a store ever again!
The contact number is disconnected I can't track my shipment with the boof $#*! tracking number and my event I order my items for is Friday I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN

I absolutely LOVE trendsgal! I'm big enough to admit that I'm fairly cheap; thrift shopping is my main source of clothing (well, it was before I stumbled onto trendsgal). Lucky for me, the prices are so insane, I'm getting more product for less money than I could anywhere else. There's no trade off between price and style either. All factors considered, shipping costs and timeline isn't terrible either. Trendsgal is definitely my best frenemy; I hate to love it, I can't stop shopping there everything is so cute! I definitely recommend this to my friends all the time. On a budget or not, trendsgal is the way to look fly and not break the bank.
The pros of this site is that the items I ordered did arrive in a timely manner. The primary issue I have with the clothes I received is that they are terrible quality. You definitely get what you pay for with this website. Every single item was made with cheap material. Save your money for clothes that will actually last.

Order from this site 3 months ago until now have not received my package. Contacted them and they said they would help me out. Either refund me partial of what I paid or make me pay another $30aus to resend me package like are you $#*!ing serious. I have ordered form many American sites and never have I had to pay more to get a package resent when not my fault. So we went back and fourth. So I asked for refund. And they said they can only refund 50%. They told me. My order was $28.85 and can only refund 50% of it. And I told them that that is not the correct amount. So i went into my bank statement and saw that I paid them $71.85aus which matched the amount on my receipt on the account I had with them which in usd is $51.83. Then they sent me a receipt which the amount of the clothing was totally different to the receipt in my account. I told them that the receipt they had sent did not match up to my bank statement. Then they went on to say I only paid abit of it. I looked through my bank statement and found that they had charged me twice. They charged me the $51.83($71.85 including PayPal fees) and the $36.65 (50.93aus) mind you I have only purchased one time with them which is this time only never have I purchased with them. I have sent them pictures of so much evidence but they still trying to deny it. They are seriously either dumb or just dumb. NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered for some items. I selected fasted shipment option i. E DHL... but when the items reached. One of the item was missing. And when I asked them. They said. That they forgot it and will send it later... and then they sent it by ordinary post that takes 25 business days... I paid for shipment that costed more than the item themselves and they send items by ordinary post... dont buy anything from them

I ordered some items for my wife from Trendsgal, and received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I found is that you have to watch the sizes. I knew these fashion were made in China, and took a chance. Shipping was fast... faster than stated, and quality was okay considering the price. Every item I ordered was exactly as shown on the website, so there were no surprises... except as I said earlier... watch out for sizes, as a lot of items are made small. You need to order larger than stated! Otherwise, I found no problem with this site! AND customer service on this site gets back to me sooner than any other I've encountered via email!

The items received took a long time to ship to me in the USA. When they did come, they were actually very cute and decent quality for its price point. However, the sizes were totally misrepresented on the website. Sizing charts stated 33 inch waists and 42.5 inch hips for 2XL articles. However, the products had a hip of approximately 26 inches!
When I contacted Trendsgal about my products received (including pictures with rulers, like they requested), they did not offer a refund, stating my articles are not covered under warranty. I am a frequent online shopper, and this is literally the first time I have EVER had to contact my credit card company to dispute with a merchant.
I would never recommend buying from them unless you like the essence of surprise with sizing.

This is a warning to whomever actually runs this fake business; I'm a legal studies major who is now working at a law office, I've shown your website to my boss and had him dial your so called "customer service". Needless to say, he was not impressed by your out of date answering machine. I've even shown him the poor quality jackets that you had the gall to ship me and he actually became more pissed off. We are currently in the process of tracking down your actual residence, but in the meantime, if you'd like to keep your "doors" open, I'd suggest you actually start working on fixing your phones, your customer service, your payment plans and return policies as you cannot give the "No Refund" $#*!, and anything else that we haven't picked up on. If you have any questions on what you need to do then message me at any point in time and I'll have my boss get back to you as soon as possible.
Also, yes I know, I already received my full refund on this old purchase forever ago; nice to know that you FINALLY got back to me on that here on this website. Failures.

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
